说到端午节，我先来跟大家讲一讲端午节的来历吧。这一天，人们为了纪念爱国大诗人屈原，因为屈原在五月初五这一天给皇帝提个意见，皇帝听了，怎么也不同意他的意见，他就很生气，在五月初五这一天，他走到江边，投江入死。人们在这一天，就划着船在河面上寻找屈原的尸体，可是，怎么也找不到屈原的尸体。就把包好的粽子一个一个的投进江河里，不让鱼虾把屈原的尸体吃掉，让鱼虾把粽子吃饱，就不会把屈原的尸体吃掉。所以每年五月初五是端午节，这一天有赛龙舟，包粽子的习惯，就延续下来，是为了纪念大诗人屈原的。

今年的端午节，我也很想体会体会这种气氛，便向奶奶要求，让她教我怎样包粽子。包粽子，首先要把粽叶洗干净，在热水中泡软。再准备好枣子、绿豆、肉等做馅，就可以开工了。先把长长的粽叶折叠，围拢来，做成一个窝，中间放进调配好的糯米和粳米，包出棱角。然后把陷放在米里，和在一起揉匀，最后把粽叶包着的粽子做成四角的形状。奶奶告诉我，这包粽子的功夫全在最后一道工序，你的粽子包得好不好，就看四个角是不是匀称，是不是有型。我开始学的时候，总是把四个角弄歪了，不是成了六个角，就是揉成一团球了。奶奶就不止一次看着我的“杰作”发笑：“这，这能叫粽子吗？你让细线系在什么地方啊？”我在想粽子包出四个棱角是方便用细线系着挂起来的，怎么这世界上就没有圆粽子呢？经过千辛万苦，我的粽子总算包好了。放到锅里煮的时候，我不停地打开盖子，嘴里还念着：“好了没有、好了没有。”把家里人逗得哈哈大笑。终于粽子出锅了，我狼吞虎咽的吃着自己包的粽子，心想：我的粽子虽然难看，但太好吃了！

这真是难忘的端午节呀！

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

In this world there are many difficulties, overcome the eat to the success of candy, failed to eat very sour acid pears, in when I was three years old, has tasted the sweets of success.

Remember when I was three years old is four wheeled bike ride, then see other children on two wheels of the bicycle, I also want to ride. But in the heart of demons how also wont disappear, always afraid of hurt, afraid of ke is hurt. Mom and dad gave me great encouragement, and finally the two small wheeled off and ride up and not focus, always stagger, two feet without leaving at the same time. Havent contact for a while, I like frustrated the ball, pursed mouth. Mom and dad to see me so soon discouraged, told me a lot of truth, I also dont listen. Finally mom and dad use a meter, let me quickly learned to ride a bike.

Mom and dad pushing his bike out, riding up and said to me: "tingting, my mother and I want to ride a bike to go out to play, goodbye!" I have a look at mom and dad to go and ride a car chase, said: "you dont go, wait for me." This is mom and dad just stopped and looked at me and smiled. I immediately stopped, hugged daddy, said to him: "dad, I can ride a bike."

So, I learned to ride a bike, and after I hard practice, I mastered the skills in less than a week. Our family bicycle went out to play.

"Difficulties like spring, you weak it is strong. Difficulties like spring, you strong it is weak."

I through that finally understand this truth, to insist, can not fall by the wayside. Must eat to the success of sweets!

这个世界上有许许多多的困难，克服了就吃到了成功的糖果，失败了就吃到很酸的酸梨，在我三岁时，就尝到了成功的糖果。

记得我三岁时骑的是四个轱辘的自行车，那时看到别的小朋友都起两个轮子的自行车时，我也很想骑。可是心中的心魔怎么也消失不了，总是怕摔着，怕磕疼了。爸爸妈妈给了我很大的鼓励，最后把两个小轱辘卸掉了，骑上去没有重心，总是东倒西歪，两只脚没有同时离开地的时候。还没联系一会儿，我就像泄了气的皮球，撅起了嘴巴。爸爸妈妈看我这么一会儿就泄气了，给我讲了好多道理，我也听不进去。最后爸爸妈妈使用一计，让我很快学会了骑车。

爸爸妈妈也把自己的自行车推了出来，骑了上去并对我说：“婷婷，我和妈妈要骑车出去玩了，再见啦!”我一看爸爸妈妈要走，一边骑上车追，一边说：“你们别走呀，等等我。”这是爸爸妈妈才停下来，看着我，会心的笑了。我立刻停了下来，抱住了爸爸，对他说：“爸爸，我会骑车了。”

就这样，我学会了骑车，经过我刻苦的练习，我不到一个星期就掌握了技巧。我们一家子骑车出去玩了。

“困难像弹簧，你弱它就强。困难像弹簧，你强它就弱。”

我通过那件事终于明白了这个道理，做事要坚持，不能半途而废。一定要吃到成功的糖果!
