技巧一、必须抓住特征

所谓特征，就是指事物所具有的独特的地方。任何事物都有各自的特征，这也是它区别于其它事物的主要标志。要准确地反映事物的本来面目，必须抓住事物的特征。《活板》介绍我国古代的印刷术，就当时说："活板"这种印刷术的主要特征是"活".因而文章在介绍中自始至终抓住了这个特征，把活板的印刷历史、制作方法和使用方法，介绍得十分清楚，使读者有了确切的了解。能不能抓住事物的特征，主要取决于作者对事物有没有细致的观察和深入的研究。这就要求在寻找事物的特征时，要注意两点：一是要对该事物进行仔细、深刻的观察;二是要进行认真比较，只有比较，才容易发现事物独特的一面。例如《玉雕》写了三匹马的姿态：前面的一匹黑马："三蹄腾空，回首后顾，神态略显紧张";中间的一匹白马："体态轻盈，前两蹄蹬着地面，后两蹄蹬着两块玉石，奋起若飞奔状，尾巴好似一团白云浮在空中";最后的一匹黑马："嘴唇紧闭，把头高高地昂起，四蹄蹬在玉板上……脖子上的鬃毛一律竖起".三匹奔马，各有各的特点。作者正是通过观察、比较，抓住了它们的特征，才写出了这篇成功之作。

说明事物表面上的特征，只能是读者对事物外部的特征获得印象;说明事物本质的特征才能是读者进一步获得比较深刻的认识。如《向沙漠进军》一文，在说明沙漠危害人类之后，接着根据沙漠的特点指出：它逞强施威的"武器"是"风"和"沙","进攻的方式"是风沙袭击和沙丘移动。我们采取的抵御办法是"培育防护林"和"植林种草".但这只是守势，不能从根本上解决问题。文章接着指出，"征服沙漠的主要武器是水",有了充足的水源，向沙漠进军就会取得彻底胜利。这就指出了"风沙"、"植林种草"和"水源"三者之间的内在联系，也就说明了征服沙漠的本质问题。可是，为什么过去人类长期受害，却没有能征服沙漠呢?这是因为人类征服沙漠的远大理想只有在社会主义制度下才有实现的可能。这就进一步从社会方面说明了问题的本质。说明文只有透过现象，揭示本质，才能使读者对事物获得比较深刻的认识。

技巧二、合理安排顺序

事物大多是具有复杂性的，必须从多方面去介绍，才能讲清楚它的特征。依据事物本身固有的条理，是将说明文写得条理清楚的根本保证。事物本身固有的条理顺序，一般说来，有以下几种：

(1)空间顺序。是指按照物品的空间方位进行说明。或由远及近，由近及远;或由内到外，由外到内;或由上到下，由下到上;或由前到后，由后到前等等。说明物品的形状、构造，一般采用这种顺序。《玉雕》，由前到后，一一介绍三匹马的姿态，用的就是空间顺序。

(2)时间顺序。是指按照时间发展的先后进行说明，先发生的先说，后发生的后说。说明事物发展变化的过程，往往采用这种顺序。如《看云识天气》中有一段描写天气的变化，由晴转阴，由阴转雨(雪)有时间先后的顺序，天空的云随着这个时间的推移，也变化着不同的形态：卷云--卷层云--雨层云。就是按时间先后的顺序写的。

(3)逻辑顺序。是指按照事物内部的联系和人们认识事物的规律来安排说明的顺序。由整体到部分，由主要到次要，由浅入深，由简到繁，由具体到抽象，由现象到本质等，因此，说明文作者在考虑文章思路时也必须符合这些认识规律，才能使自己的文章正确地反映人们对客观世界的认识过程，同时又能适应读者的接受能力和欣赏习惯。如《大自然的语言》说明物候现象来临的因素，共写了三段：第一段说，"首先是纬度",第二段指出，"经度的差异是影响物候第二个因素",第三段指出，"影响物候的第三个因素是高下的差异".这个层次顺序的安排，就是由主次决定的。

以上说的是三种较为常见的说明顺序。应当指出的是，不要把这三种安排顺序的方法看成固定的格式。事物是千变万化的，人们的认识是多角度的，说明的顺序经常随着说明对象的改变而改变，是允许的，也是正常的。总之，说明事物要做到"言之有序",文章才能脉络分明，层次清楚，使读者一目了然。

技巧三、选择说明方法

说明事物的方法很多，常用的有：

(1)下定义。用简明的语言指出被说明对象的本质特征，把那些容易与之相混的对象同它区别开来，叫下定义。如"统筹方法，是一种安排工作进程的数学方法".

(2)分类别。把被说明对象按一定的标准分成不同的类别，一类一类地加以说明，叫分类别。如《食物从何处来》把生物获得食物的途径和方法划分为"自养"和"异养"两类，然后分别说明。

(3)举例子。举出实例进行说明，使内容具体化，叫举例子。《中国石拱桥》通过介绍赵州桥和芦沟桥，使人们具体了解中国石拱桥的特点，用的就是举例子的说明方法。

(4)列数字。用准确的数据说明事物的某些方面，这种方法叫列数字。如"笔全长13.5厘米，笔身约占3/5,笔帽约占2/5.顶端的活动小枢纽能自由伸出和缩进，像个乌龟头，长0.7厘米，笔挂长3.9厘米。"(《我的圆珠笔》)

(5)作比较。就是通过比较说明事物和事理。例如《苏州园林》中，用苏州园林建筑的不对称与我国古代宫殿和近代的一般住房的对称进行比较，突出苏州园林的自然之美。

(6)打比方。利用两种事物之间的相似之处作比较以突出事物之间的性状特点，增强说明的形象性和生动性的说明方法叫打比方。"石拱桥的桥洞成弧形，就像虹。"形象准确地说明了石拱桥的外形特征，这句话就用了打比方的说明方法。

(7)画图表。有时，单用文字说明难以做到明确、具体，这时就可以用画图列表的方式加以补充，这种方法叫画图表。《统筹方法》一文就用了这种说明方法。

(8)引资料。资料的范围很广，可以是经典着作，名家名言，公式定律，典故谚语等。

我们怎样选择说明方法呢?这要根据自己的文章而定，因为运用一些说明方法的目的，是为了更正确地说明事物。

技巧四、语言描述准确

说明文的语言，和其它文体一样，都讲究用词准确，表述明白，这是写好各类文体章的基本要求。但是，说明文作为一种独立的文体，对文章的语言又有自己的特殊要求。说明文是以介绍知识为主的一种文体，无论是解说事物，还是阐明事理，都必须讲究科学性，按照客观事物的本来面目，老老实实地说清它们各自的特点和本质，既不允许虚构夸大，哗众取宠，也不允许艰深晦涩，佶屈聱牙。这样，说明文的语言就应该简洁明了，质朴无华，也就是语言要"平实".

不过，讲究平实，并不等于推崇呆板。正如叶圣陶先生在《文章例话》中所说："说明文不一定就是板起面孔来说话，说明文也未尝不可以带一点风趣。"为了将事物解说清楚，将事理剖析明白，说明文的语言可以形象些;为了适应不同场合的说明需要，增强文章的可读性，说明文的语言也可以活泼些。说明文的语言可以做到"平实"与"生动"的和谐统一。

语言的平实与生动，主要通过语言的运用来体现。不同色彩的词语，不同特点的句式，不同形式的修辞，都可以形成不同的语言风格。除此以外，表达方式的选择，说明方法的运用，乃至结构形式的安排，对文章风格的形成也有重要作用。

一、纵观近年各地中考英语写作题，题材一般是写人、写事、写物、写景、日记、书信、通知、便条等文体。一般来说，不同的写作题材，它的人物，时间，写作的重点也是不尽相同的。下面结合一些常见的题型介绍一下写作的注意事项以及写作技巧。

1、以图表提供情景的作文要以“读”为主，首先要读懂图表中的数据、时间、编码、序号以及相互间的变化关系，对所给的信息加以分析、推断、筛选、概括、去粗取精；在写作时目的要明确，要注意内容的准确性和严肃性，尤其是图表中的数据、时间等不得有误。

2、以图画提供情景的作文应以“看”为主，通过细心观察图中的人物、景物、文字、环境、数字等，弄清写作的意图，通过分析思考把握逻辑联系，找出主题并借助所给的文字，把图中的信息转化成文章，但要注意，文章不能停留在图画的浅表，而要表达出提供情景的意图和内涵。

3、以提纲提供情景的作文。这种形式本身的要点已经很明确，重点也很突出，只要把各个提纲加以发挥，注意遣词造句的灵活性和语法规则的正确性，就不会造成审题不清而偏离主题，但要注意，文章必须覆盖所提供的各个提纲的要点。

4、以书信格式提供情景的作文。首先要了解书信的格式，英文书信格式与中文有所不同，(1)、一般在信纸的右上角写上写信人的地址和日期，地址应按从小到大的顺序排列；(2)、左边顶格写上收信人的姓名；(3)、正文部分；(4)、祝愿的话；(5)、写信人签名。信的内容一定要按所给的要求写，不要漏写。

二、各地的评分标准略有差异，但是都包括以下几个方面：整体印象、语言表达、词数规定等几方面内容。我们在写作中要尽量避免扣分，争取有加分点。当然用英文写作不同于用母语那样得心应手，常常会受到生词、语法、惯用法的限制，只要同学们平时注意两种语言的异同性，抓住写作要点，也可妙笔生花。

1、为了保证文章层次分明、条理清楚，要把时间固定下来，如：记叙一件事要用过去时；写经常发生的事或对人物的描写，要用一般现在时。整个文章中的人称要一致，首尾呼应，不要随意改动，以免造成误解。

2、不要为了追求“一鸣惊人”而去找一些生冷的词汇，对这些一知半解的词你不会用，不知道如何搭配，结果可能适得其反，使文章显的生硬、不协调，甚至错误百出，所以要使用有把握的词，避免不必要的失分。比如说发生了一起意外事件，我们通常用“have an accident”来表示，不要错误的使用“have an incident”。

3、注意不同语言的表达习惯，也是写好英语作文的重要环节，如“我的理想是做一名歌手”，很多同学写成“My ambition is to do/make a singer，”“to do”表示“做”或者“干”，“to make”表示“制作”，而“做一名歌手”则表示“成为一名歌手”应该用“be/become a singer”；又如“看书、看报”应用“read a book/newspaper”，而不是“see a book/newspaper”。因此，平时应该注意不同语言的表达习惯，切忌望文生义或一味生搬硬套。

4、有些同学因怕出错而只写短句或简单句，写出的文章过于幼稚、空洞乏味。要使文章有血有肉就要把平时学的知识用进去，如：定语从句、宾语从句、非谓语动词和比较等句型，关键时用上一、二个，就能使文章不同凡响，更有文采，特别是对关联词的使用，如“so that”、“not…but”“not only。。。but also”等，会使你的文章逻辑结构紧密、层次鲜明、条理清楚，更能显示出你的英文功底，但要做到这些并非一日之功，要靠平时的不断训练和积累。

三、最后将中考写作的基本步骤和技巧归纳为以下几个环节：

1、细心审题细读题目中每一项提示或观察所给的每一幅画，明确文章的中心思想，弄清题意，确定写作体裁，掌握所要表达的要点做到心中有数，避免随心所欲，文不对题。

2、理顺要点在所给提示或图上标出要点，然后按事件先后的顺序或各要点之间的内在联系排序，分出层次。如果是看图作文，则要按图构思，这样做既可避免要点遗漏，又可使表达内容条理清楚。

3、构成框架将理顺的要点或每幅图画的含义加以连贯，构成写作的整体框架，进一步定人称、定时态语态、定顺序、定段落、定开头结尾。基本框架构成后，写作就有了把握。4、组织句子用自己最熟悉的短语或句型将理顺的要点逐句表达出来，多用简单句，用有把握的复合句。要扬长避短，避难就易。若遇到表达障碍，可换一种说法，将一句变成两、三句，只求达意。

5、串句成篇将写好的句子连贯地组织起来，注意上下句的逻辑关系，适当采用递进、让步、转折、因果等关联词语，使短文浑然一体，层次分明，过渡自然。6、检查修改文章草成后，默读1～2遍，检查修改，尤其要注意人称、大小写、拼写、习惯用语、格式有无错误，要点有无遗漏，文句有无语病，词数是否恰当，行文是否连贯。

注意英语中一些表达上的习惯。比如在正式文体的写作中，很少用 “it isn’t”这样的略缩形式，而往往是一板一眼地写作 “it is not”。同理，在正式文体中的日期一般不缩写，阿拉伯数字一般会用英文表达(特别长的数字除外)。

关于端午节，有一个流传很广的故事。中国古代有一位伟大的爱国诗人，名叫屈原。在公元278年，农历五月初五的那天，屈原在绝望、悲愤之下，投入旧罗江，当地的百姓闻讯后，马上划船去打捞，一直行止洞庭湖始终不见屈原的尸体。

为了寄托哀思，人们荡舟江河之上，此后就变成为龙舟比赛。百姓又怕江河里的鱼吃掉屈原的身体，就纷纷从家里拿来米糰投入江中，以免鱼虾糟蹋屈原的尸体。后来就形成了吃粽子的习俗……

中国有许许多多丰富多彩的传统文化，博大精深，源远流长。由于我从小非常爱吃粽子，所以对“端午节”的印象非常深刻。

这周的星期三，在这个阴云密布的早晨，进行了让人紧张而又难忘的英语期中考试。

早读课时，我认真地阅读着英语书，生怕漏掉了什么，使得没能考到好成绩，不过，当时并不是很紧张。就在这时，我听到了让老师领卷子的广播，心里默默地想：放松，放松，我可以考好的，为什么要紧张呢？虽然，我竭力地安慰着自己，可是紧张的感觉，却油然而生。突然，四（3）班的老师走了进来，原来，她就是我们这次的监考老师。开始放听力的录音了，声音震耳欲聋，有一道题目没能听清，结果就蒙了一个答案，心里暗暗地想：惨了，这个题目没听清，如果蒙的答案是错的，岂不是要拖累自己了？后面的笔试部分我觉得很简单，于是就没有认真检查。

第二天，报成绩时，我的心“扑通扑通”地跳着，脑神经简直绷到了极点。虽然得到了一个不错的成绩：98.5，但是那依然不是我心目中理想的成绩。果然，我没听清楚的那道听力题不出所料错了和一个单词少了复数形式的“S”。顿生悔意，如果我当时检查一遍或许就只会错一道题了。

这次考试，因为我粗心和对题目的轻视而犯下的错误，铭刻在我的脑海里，从今以后我不能再让自己重蹈覆辙，要认认真真地做好每一件事。

近年来，话题作文逐渐成为中考命题的热点，其特点是开放性、发散性、灵活性、多元性、自主性、多向性。要想在中考中写出一篇令人满意的话题作文，必须过好以下四关：

一、审题关

考生审题如同下棋，一着不慎，满盘皆输，可见审题的重要。所以考生应把握好话题作文的特点，仔细审题，充分利用作文题中的提示性语言，来获得写作内容。话题作文一般由材料、引导提示语、话题和要求四个方面构成。其中引导提示语的作用最为重要，它是对材料的阐释和对话题的引导，是材料与话题的纽带，甚至能够给我们提示一定的作文思路。如果我们能抓住这个特点，在审题过程中有意识地注意作文题中那些提示语言，往往会有意想不到的收获。另外，还要根据要求，选择适当的文体，注意字数的要求。如果考生审不清题意，就很容易失分。

二、立意关

首先要做到切口小，即选取一个小的角度、巧的角度，小中见大。如以《草赞》为题作文，无疑要写成一篇“托物言志”的抒情散文。照一般的写法，一些考生往往扣住小草“平凡”的特点来赞美在平凡岗位上工作的人们――教师、环卫工人等。而有个考生写此文巧取角度，抓住小草具有适应艰苦环境且有顽强生命力的特点，赞美一批下岗工人开办人们急需的“托老所”等服务性机构及其乐于奉献的精神。“赞小草”虽是老调，该考生却弹出了新意。

其次，学会逆反式联想。就是从话题的反面着手，确定写作的范围和内容。以“感动”这个话题为例，它的反面是不懂感动或者是不会感动。那我们就可以写一个说自己不懂“感动”的人，写他在母爱面前的心理和行动，写他的冷漠在母爱面前怎样一点一点被征服被融化，从而学会感动的过程。这样就能使自己的文章不落入俗套，不大众化，而给阅卷老师以“新颖”之感。

再次，学会虚实转换联想。有些作文话题往往是从纷繁复杂的现象中抽象出来的一些概念，既有虚的一面，也有实的一面。在审题的过程中，我们就可以根据自己的需要确定是写实的一面，还是写虚的一面。比如“位置”这个话题，从实的方面，我们小到可以写班级里的坐位，大到写一个人的职务；从虚的方面，我们可以写自己在别人心目中的地位，也可以写人在自然界、社会中的地位等等。

三、拟题关

“题好一半文”，题目是作文的眼睛，一个出彩的题目定能在最短的时间内吸住阅卷老师的眼球。让阅卷老师一见钟情的拟题的方法有：

以话题为中心，进行扩展和补充，这是拟题的最基本方法。它还可以对写作范围加以限制，使话题由大变小，由虚变实，由抽象变形象。以“感动”话题为例，我们可以围绕“感动”，拟出这样一些标题：“就这样被你感动”、“妈妈，我为你感动”、“感动我的一个瞬间”、“心灵的感动”、“寻找感动”、“都是感动惹的祸”、“谁为谁感动”、“感动之后的思考”、“感动的力量”、“为平凡而感动”、“拒绝感动”、“学会感动”、“谈感动”、“今天，你感动了吗”等题目。

其次是用标题来表明自己的观点，如“诚信不可少”、“莫以成败论英雄”、“感动不需要理由”、“多情未必不丈夫”等等。这些标题就是文章中心的高度概括，同学们对自己文章的整体把握和概括能力的高低决定了所拟标题的优劣。

再次是用联想的方法来拟题，该法适用于一些有象征意义的话题，如“水”、“山”、“树”等。以“树”为例，我们可以通过联想和想象拟出很多见解独到的标题，如“前人栽树，后人乘凉”、“谈本与末的关系”、“材与非材”、“木秀于林”、“谈个体与集体的关系”等等。

四、文面关

语言、文面犹如产品的包装，若无好的包装，产品也将黯然失色。“语言”在作文评分标准里单列一项，不同等级中有不同的要求。考场作文要想得高分，须重视语言表达。因漏字、添字或错字而造成病句会把作文拉下一个档次，且会因“错别字满3个扣1分”而追加扣1至3分。此外，字迹工整、书写规范，对于应试作文显得尤为重要，不可等闲视之。若删改涂抹、书写潦草，也会因“卷面不整洁”而被“酌情扣去1至3分”。这一里一外，得失非小。
