每个孩子都爱吃薯条，我也不例外。总去外面吃不但担心炸薯条的油极可能反复使用，还担心遭遇地沟油，于是奶奶就尝试在家里自制。头几次总差强人意，后来有经验了，一次比一次好，口感甚至超过了KFC的味道，然后我们就不再嚷嚷着要去外面饱口福了，即使路过KFC也能不屑一顾了！

家楼下是一条好吃大街，各种烧烤火锅小吃中餐西餐应有尽有。每次路过火锅店，总能被店里飘散出来的火锅香味所吸引。可每次吃完火锅回来，我们都忍不住不停不停地喝水，虽然吃的当时并不觉得咸，而且特别享受火锅的味道，但吃过之后长时间口渴的感觉当真不好受。看似色香味俱全的美食里，一定添加了不利于健康的东西，才会导致我们事后的诸多不适。于是偶尔为了解馋，我们也试着在家里自制火锅，所有的配料完全自己炮制，吃着一样过瘾，而且事后也自然没有任何的不适了。

自己动手，丰衣足食。在这个食品安全堪忧的时代里，我更想说的是：自给自足，健康有着。为了吃上纯绿色的蔬菜，我们甚至不惜代价把屋顶一百多平的空地改造成了菜园。一年四季，各种应季的蔬菜总是蓬勃满园。我们坚持不施肥、不打药，用烂掉的菜叶子或老叶子泡水浇地，一有空就去菜园里捉虫。看虫虫们把青菜叶子啃啮得洞洞眼眼的，虽然觉得很可惜，但仔细一想，不是说有虫虫光顾的蔬菜才是安全无毒的吗？所以，与虫虫作战，也快乐无比！没有肥料的催生壮苗，没有农药的“护体”，这样的蔬菜虽然卖相确实赶不上超市里的蔬菜那么娇艳欲滴，但青菜的清香，玉米的软糯香甜，花椒的椒麻味，西红柿的酸爽，葡萄的酸酸甜甜等等最正宗的自然味道总是那么沁人心脾，无论如何也是超市里的顶级卖相所无法比拟的。

就像“三鹿奶粉”事件的发生，伊利、蒙牛等多家奶企业的奶制品被查出含有三聚氰胺，市场上奶制品的销售量急剧下降，民众对各大品牌的奶制品作出了质疑，许多新生儿父母都不知给孩子选择哪种品牌的奶粉了!

这个原本应该让我们最放心食品，现在呢?现在谁能保证什么食品是安全的呢?食品安全不该是重印保质期就能蒙混过关，昧着良心赚黑钱，拿人民的健康当赌注!

食品安全已经是一个刻不容缓的问题了，如此下去，人们是否要回到原始社会，吃那些最原始的食物，至少，没有添加剂。

9月20日至10月9日，为让人民群众度过一个平安、祥和、欢乐的国庆佳节，县质监局把加强特种设备安全和食品质量安全监管工作作为国庆安全维稳工作的一项重要内容，摆在突出位置，以饱满的工作热情和严格的监管措施，确保了国庆期间特种设备使用安全和食品质量安全。

该局在继续加强对食品生产企业日常巡查工作的基础上，全面检查了节日旺销食品，特别是把老百姓密切关注、关系人民群众生命健康和安全的乳制品、粮、肉、饮料、糕点、水产品、酒类等节日食品和儿童食品、营养食品、旅游食品作为重中之重，主要查处食品中掺杂掺假、以次充好、过期霉变、有毒有害和滥用食品添加剂、利用非食品原料加工食品等严重违法行为。此次专项检查共出动执法人员28人次，检查食品生产企业20余家，排查处理食品安全隐患2处。

有一次，我因为贪吃买了好几包小商店的“麻辣棒”，回家就都吃完了，最后拉了几天肚子，原来，这些看似美味的小零食也不健康。后来，有同学也因此生了病，学校老师很重视这个问题，为此专门开了一场大会。告诉大家这些门口的小零食其实是“三无”产品，千万不要吃，这会对我们身体造成伤害。并组织大家互相监督，不贪吃小商店的“三无”产品。在同学们的努力下，现在很少有人再买“三无”食品了。

国家食品安全监督部门也开始了对这些不安全食品的禁止与搜查，许多黑作坊、私自营业不安全食品的商家纷纷曝光，也给人们大量的宣传食品安全的知识。大家也不会盲目的去购买那些看似美味但其实并不安全的食品了。在有关部门的监督下，我们周围的不安全食品少了很多，也希望大家都能拒绝不安全的食品，让人人都健康的成长!

有一句话，叫“民以食为天。”由此可见我们的生活与食品有着多么密切的联系啊!说到食品，我们便会想了，我们身边的食品安不安全;卫不卫生呢?我们许多人都会这么想。

最近的孔雀石绿、苏丹红等这些是已经被“消灭”了还有红心鸭蛋等还没完全被解决的。不过就算它们现在已经给解决了，可是我们还要担心“它们”还会不会在不就的将来卷土重来呢?想到这里，我就不禁想到了在幕后不断“制造”这一些危害人生安全的食品的人。于是我就发出了这样的疑惑这些人是为了什么?我想还是为了一个字——钱，钱是魔鬼得意的诱饵。因为钱，这世界上发生过多少次的谋杀、抢劫和盗窃?谁能想到这么一张张的钱币，竟是想监狱和法庭输送罪犯的“供应商”?

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

如：苹果过于的发亮说明苹果可能打过蜡。葡萄上的白斑过多可能就是农药使用过量。

这些说明，防御食品中人为的添加化学物质、有害物质有些是可是用肉眼或简单的方法检验出来的。

“滋啦!”走在步行街上，到处都有这种声音——小摊贩上在炒食物。

新的一年到了，去年画上了一个圆满的句号，而新的一年又将开始了。

吃了饭，大家坐在一起边看春晚，边聊聊近年来的情况，屋里洋溢着大家的笑声。“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏”咦?怎么没有烟花呢?“砰”绚丽的烟花飞入了漆黑的天上，霎时间天被照得通亮，“花瓣”似的洒满天空。难道除夕夜的天空不是最美丽的吗?

大年初一大家都在休息，到处都很安静。直到初三那天，大人们又忙了起来，他们要去亲戚朋友家拜年。小孩们更高兴，因为可以得到很多压岁钱。

一眨眼就到了二月底了，大人们该上班的上班，小孩该上学的上学，人们又向目标奋斗努力。

上海市食安委在上海展览中心举行“上海食品安全宣传周”启动仪式。6月11—22日，上海市农委等13个部门依次举办主题日活动。

宣传周开展“老味道、老故事、老品牌——坚守诚信的力量暨上海市食品安全示范企业”的推荐活动。宣传周期间将制订示范企业入围条件、程序和退出机制;由各区县食安委(办)组织推荐，经有关部门审核后，由上海市食品安全委员会办公室向社会公布100家“老味道、老故事、老品牌——坚守诚信的力量暨上海市食品安全候选示范企业”。

相关部门还将开展食品安全“六进”系列活动。包括组织开展进社区活动。组织食品安全科普专家及志愿者开展“食品安全知识大讲堂”活动，编印简明易懂的宣传册、宣传海报，广泛开展食品安全主题宣传活动，指导广大公众学习食品安全科普知识，树立理性消费观念。组织开展进学校活动。针对青少年人群，开展多种形式的食品安全主题教育实践活动，在餐厅广泛张贴食品安全主题宣传海报，引导学生形成科学、安全、合理的饮食习惯，提高食品安全意识和防范能力。组织开展进农村活动。充分发挥街(镇)食品药品监管所和居(村)民委员会的作用，采取开设宣传橱窗、张贴宣传海报、举办知识讲座、播放公益宣传片等多种形式开展食品安全科普宣传，帮助农民增强自我保护和防范意识。组织开展进工地活动。通过张贴食品安全主题宣传海报等形式，对施工人员和食堂工作人员进行食品安全知识宣传。组织开展进企业活动。指导有条件的企业，举办食品安全科普教育基地“开放日”活动，邀请群众实地观摩食品生产过程，感受质量安全保障措施。组织开展进机关活动。采取举办专题讲座、发放宣传资料等形式，宣传食品安全的法律法规和科普知识，提高机关工作人员食品安全自我保护意识。

安全，安全，在学校里，在校外，安全这个词恐怕是再熟悉但是了吧，让我们将安全铭记心中，时进刻刻都做到安全，让父母不再操心，让长辈不再担心，让安全从我做起，从身边做起。

有一天，小女孩的爸爸像平常一样到学校去接小女孩，然而，一辆迎面而来的大卡车由于超速行驶，把小女孩的爸爸撞倒在地，死神轻而易举地就夺去了他的生命，他多么期望自我还活着，他多么期望陪在小女孩身边，他多么期望能看着女儿长大。小女孩子并不明白自我的父亲已经去世了，她还是像平常一样在校门口等她的爸爸来霎，等了好久，还是没有来接她，小女孩心里想，为什么到这时候爸爸还没来接呢?是不是忘记了?是不是家里有什么事?小女孩很着急。当小女孩得知自我的爸爸已经死去，似乎傻了，她扑在爸爸有尸体上不断哀求：“爸爸，快醒醒!我要爸爸!我要爸爸……”她多么期望这场事故没有发生，多么期望爸爸能够醒来，像平常一样用自行车载她上下学啊!

生命是可贵的，它对每个人来说只有一次。安全隐患就像一颗埋在地下的地雷，稍不留神，就会踩上，带走的是宝贵的生命，它使家庭破碎，给亲人带来无尽的痛苦。让我们时刻牢记安全的重要性，为了您和您家人的安全，为了他人和他人的家庭幸福，请遵守交通规则，注意安全。
