Chinese New year is a chinese traditional festival. We also call it the spring festival. It is on lunar january 1st.

On New year’s eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. 其四，茶是通往诗化生活的重要媒介。现代工业文明带给人类的最大缺失，是使我们越来越远离大自然、远离绿色，远离诗意。现代都市把市民分隔在一个个钢筋水泥所建造的“笼子”里，割断了人类与山水田园的联系;现代科技越来越发达，也只能是促使人们想出越来越多的点子向大自然索取，向人类自身索取，致使人们同机器越来越亲密，同计算机越来越亲密，却与我们生存其间的大自然、与我们的同类越来越疏远。人们不禁要问：“难道我们追求现代化，就是为了换来人与人心隔壁垒，越来越像机器一样单调、呆板吗?”这种情况已经引起西方许多智者的担忧。德国思想家海德格尔就此提出一个有名的命题，叫做“人需要诗意的安居”。这成了许多发达国家的人们一心追求的理想境界。今天，中国各地(包括台港澳)茶文化的勃兴，恰好反映了中国人面对现代化的挑战和社会的急剧转型，迫切需要以某种具有示范作用和象征意义的文化符号，来平衡民族的心态，净化和静化人们的心灵。这个文化符号，可以是中国书画、可以是气功、可以是京剧，但是，我认为最广泛和最典型的，莫过于茶——茶是最容易诱发诗意的精灵，它与诗歌、音乐、书法、绘画等等艺术形式自古就是相通的，无论哪种艺术形式与茶融合，都可以平添几分诗意，使人脱俗近雅。

其五，茶是东方伦理和东方哲学的集中体现。中华文化非常重视将伦理道德渗透到人民的日常生活中去，而茶恰恰充当了这样的中介。日本茶道讲究“清、静、和、寂”;台湾的“紫藤茶艺”讲究“正、静、清、圆”;中国茶学大师庄晚芳教授提出的“中国茶德”讲究“廉、美、和、静”……这些精辟的概括，无不体现了东方人在茶身上所寄托的理想境界。它们是茶德，是伦理，同时也是哲学。周渝先生曾提出中国茶文化的最高境界是“天人合一”。而耐人寻味的是，国学大师钱穆先生在临终之前口述的一篇文章中，也提出“天人合一”的思想是中华文化对人类所作出的最大贡献，他说：“惟到最近始澈悟此一观念(指“天人合一”——引者注)实是整个中国传统文化思想之归宿处”，并强调“我深信中国文化对世界人类未来求生存之贡献，主要亦即在此。”钱先生的这段话被中外学术界称为他的“文化遗嘱”。我在这里并不想把茶文化抬举到不适当的高度，但是，在体现“天人合一”这一点上，茶的确是达到了中华传统文化的最高层次。

现代人如果能够清楚地认识到以上五点，自然会做出自己的一个理性选择，那就是如当年赵州僧人所倡言的：“吃茶去。”

With the coming of National Day, I have a one week holiday. I really expect to it, because I want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel to JiuzhaiValley with my parents for three days. I have heard that the scenery of JiuzhaiValley is very beautiful in autumn and it’s the best time to travel there. Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip. For example, I search the Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey. There are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to wait.

Chinese New Year

Chinese new year is a chinese traditional festival. We also call it the spring festival. It is on lunar january 1st.

On new year’s eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. There are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, coke, pepsi and some nice wine. Overall, this is a good and delicious dinner. After dinner, we always watch tv new year progammes. We have a wonderful evening on new year’s eve.

On the first day of the spring festival, most of people get up early and say “happy new year” to each other. for breakfast, people often eat dumplings and baozi. After breakfast, people often make many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and fireworks. On the second and third day, we visit friends and relatives.

Everyone is busy on chinese new year, and everyone is happy, too.

Chinese New Year is the longest and most important celebration in the Chinese calendar. Chinese months are reckoned by the lunar calendar, with each month beginning on the darkest day. New Year festivities traditionally start on the first day of the month and continue until the fifteenth, when the moon is brightest. In China, people may take weeks of holiday from work to prepare for and celebrate the New Year.
