Every Chinese, who experienced 1980s, will remember forever the day November 6th 1981 when the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated the Japan National Team (the so-called "Toyo Women Magic") with 3 to 2 at the 3rd World Womens Volleyball Cup in Osaka Japan. With my own efforts to complete a task.  Internship in advertising, I learned a lot of things can not go to school books,  contact with clients across industries, while also working in the printing  industry, media, service organizations and other rituals have a certain  understanding for the future able to adapt quickly to lay the foundation for  work.

Prior to this, McDonalds, I also worked part-time, bitter, tired, but that  time has given me a lot of fun. Learn a lot. I begun to taste the hardships of  life and make money easily. McDonalds as a world-class enterprises, it has a  strict standard of staff training system and working mechanism. Work at  McDonalds, on the one hand I learned such a big company product promotion,  teamwork, customer service, quality assurance and so should learn the rules and  regulations and successful experiences, on the other hand, deal with all kinds  of customers, but also enhance the my ability to communicate with others, in  addition, work has worked hard my hard-working spirit.

In addition, in terms of ideology, I also actively move closer to the  party, on the one hand, to strengthen its own ideological and moral  construction, to arm themselves ideologically; on the other hand, in the spirit  of serving the people, adhere to help others, serve the community members of the  strict demands on themselves. Finally the beginning of the glorious junior  joined the Chinese Communist Party, and successfully turned positive after one  year.

Four years in college, I know a lot of friends, they gave me a lot of help,  let me learn a lot, this is college, in addition to expertise outside of an  additional valuable asset.

In short, four years of school life, whether professional or social  knowledge about, or people skills, have learned a lot I can say that four years  of my life the most significant period of time, my ideal life and the pursuit of  life during this period to determine their own career planning for a new life  also have a new goal. My View on Helping Others in Need

In modern society we are often sorry to see that people are reluctant to help others out, not to mention helping a stranger; offering a helping hand seems to be out of accord with the times。

Then what’s wrong with our society? Some people may say that facing skyrocketing housing prices, expensive medical expenditure

and soaring commodity prices, they have no choice but to struggle to make a living, and thus it would be impossible to spare a hand to help others because it may bring them into trouble. Therefore, standing by indifferently is their only choice。

However, is it necessary to be selfish in order to survive, or in order to ensure that people do not take advantage of you? In my opinion, helping others brings a strong sense of accomplishment. What’s more, the evaluation criteria

for judging one individual’s success should be modified so that offering a helping hand to people in need is encouraged and welcomed in our society all the time。

Korea is a country that famous for its beach, culture, even their products. Luckily, I had a chance to go to Korea last year.

When I got Korea, it was night. We went our hotel. To our surprise, the hotel was so beautiful and nice, the room was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was also delicious.

The most famous palace in Korea Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is spectacular and it is too big that we spend 5 hours finishing visiting this place.

We also try the Korea food. But I dont like it, it was always made of vegetables and seafood, with a little salt and oil, but my mother said it is healthy.

The shopping mall in Korea is big, very big. The Lotte shopping mall is the biggest one with almost all kinds goods in it. We bought many nice things.

I enjoy myself during this trip. If I can, I want to visit there again.

新的英语课程标准引发了一系列变化，首先加强了指导性和可操作性；其次体现语言学习的规律和渐进性；再次体现了弹性和选择；第四有的地方降低了难度；第五有的地方提高了要求。对教学模式和教师本人提出了新的挑战,同时也提供了新的发展空间。

一、教师是活动的指导者，学生是活动的主体

《英语课程标准》的基本理念中提到“让学生在教师指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作探究等活动方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。学生在学习过程中进行情感态度和学习策略的调整，以形成积极的学习态度，促进语言实际运用能力的提高。”

这就要求我们英语老师要掌握一定的课堂和课外教学艺术，开展集趣味、知识、娱乐、教育于一体的英语活动，能为学生提供尽可能多的语言实践机会。教师要用直观形象的形体语言，丰富多彩的表情，幽默风趣的语言表达，使学生在轻松、愉快、和谐的氛围中复习旧知，学习新知，提高学习信心。

教学中教师要根据教学目标，学生的需要和客观条件，创造性地探索有效的教学方法，要学会活用教法突破难点。我们可以鼓励学生大胆地模仿，带表情说句子。如“I am hungry.”（可以作饥饿状）；“I am thirty.”（可以作口渴状）。在教单词或句子时，我们老师可以带领学生做动作，甚至做夸张的动作或用夸张的朗读语调，孩子们特别喜欢。“big”两手张开画个大圈，“small”用两手指做个特别小的小圈，“strong”出示手臂，并鼓起肌肉，“thin”做一个瘦的动作。学完单词后，老师做出动作，学生就会说出这个单词。

二、多用评价语，真诚激励。

《英语课程标准》的基本理念中对评价案例进行了重新整合和调整，补充了大量的可操作性比较强的评价方式和方法，提到“英语教学中提倡过程性评价方式，把对学生的评价贯穿到平常的学习过程之中。注重培养和激发学生学习的积极性和自信心。”

因为每个学生，都渴望得到老师的重视和肯定，渴望得到激励和赞许。让每个学生都能享受到鼓励、温暖的阳光，这样无论哪种知识水平、能力、层次的学生都能获得心理上的满足，从而使学生有一种积极向上的源动力。所以教师的评价语应丰富多彩，真诚激励。下面的句子应该多说：Good! Great! Wonderful! You are clever! Don’t worry!

三、面向全体学生、尊重学生的自主选择

《英语课程标准》的教学建议中提到“尊重每个学生，建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道。”平时学生如果主动帮我拿教具，我会向他致谢“Thank you”，若不小心撞到了学生，我会很抱歉地道声“Sorry”……虽然是点点滴滴的小事情小细节，但我希望从中带给学生“师生平等”的观念。

老师因为尊重学生而更关注他们的个性发展，学生因为受到老师的尊重会更乐意亲近老师，也就更加尊敬老师，这种心灵上的沟通和交流，一旦形成健康的双向互动，正面效应就会成倍增长，师生关系也会更加和谐地向前发展。

总之，新课程下的课堂教学，应是通过师生互动、学生之间的互动，共同发展的课堂。它既注重了知识的生成过程，又注重了学生的情感体验和能力的培养。因此，我们在教学中对教材的处理、教学过程的设计以及评价的方式都要以学生的发展为中心，以提高学生的全面发展为宗旨，这才是课改的最终目标。

As we all know, college is a place where students can cultivate their professional skills, but more and more students now lose their heart in study. They are addicted to playing computer games or other activities. If the Internet is not turned off, they would rather stay up to play than go to bed. Why this phenomenon gest so common? How really should do to college students?

我们都知道大学是一个可以培养学生的专业技能的地方，但现在越来越多的学生无心学习。他们沉迷于玩电脑游戏或其他活动。如果没有断网，他们宁愿熬夜玩电脑而不是去睡觉。这种现象为什么如此的普遍?大学生真正应该怎么做?

Maybe I can explain the first question with some reasons. Nowadays, college students are under more pressure from school work and coming employment. On one hand, they should try to pass the tests to get credit; otherwise they can’t get the academic degree. They may be defeated by the challenges or difficulties. They just want to do something exciting to escape the problem what they faced. On the other hand, college life is more flexible. Students could choose various ways to study. If they can’t make good use of time wisely, the result is that they will get lost. Students give up easily and can’t behold on consistently and persistently.

Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and

helping others is helping ourselves.We may come across some trouble and need

others help some day.If everyone isnt willing to help us just because we are

strangers to them，its hard to imagine what our world will be like.However，some

are afraid that helping others can sometimes bring us trouble.Sometimes we are

just misunderstood and even have to pay the cost of kindness.In my opinion，we

should try our best to help others when they are in need of help，but we should

also protect ourselves from getting into trouble.If everyone tries a little

kindness，our world will be full of love.
