Hello! Its my pleasure to come here and have a chance to introduce myself. I will graduate from Beijing Unite Teacher Training university and live in Beijing chaoyang district; my major is Visual Communication design.

一、活动主题：以 “Social Practice ”为主题写一篇英文文章，题目自定。

二、 活动主办：山东工艺美术学院团委

三、 承办单位：山东工艺美术学院学生会社团部英语协会

四、 活动时间：11月7日至11月8日

五、 活动地点：山东工艺美术学院19号公寓前十字路口

六、 活动形式及目的：

a) 活动形式：英语散文的征集和评比。

b) 活动目的：为丰富校园文化生活，以及迎接即将到来的大学英语四、六级考试，特开展主题为英语写作的比赛活动，以锻炼在校大学生的英语能力，培养大学生学习英语的乐趣。

七、 具体流程策划:

a) 提前一周张贴海报通知。

b) 选手报名,在公寓楼前十字路口。

b) 给参赛者一周的时间进行英语散文的创作。文章以电子稿或打印稿的形式提交。电子稿发到群邮箱，打印稿安排会员进行收取。

c) 由工作人员负责整理收集稿件

d) 作品由专业老师评选优秀作品。

e) 公布比赛结果并颁发证书。

it is my pleasure to introduce myself to you. My name is  MSJ. I major in Pesticide Science and I will graduate from the Research and Development Center of Biorational Pesticide Northwest A&F University in July ,2015. Hope a chance to work and develop myself in your department.

I passed the CET band 6 test in2012， after that， I tried my best to learn Medical English and mastered a lot of professional vocabulary. I can manipulate computer proficiently and master Microsoft Office software， also be familiar with SPSS and Photoshop.

During the past three years， under the strict guidance of my tutor， professor MA.I have learned systematically the theory of profession and got the basic manipulative skills about Phytochemistry. With the help of my supervisor， I have successfully finished the subject “Agricultural Activity of Alkaloids from Cephalotaxus

sinensis ” and grasped some experimental skill ， such as abstraction， separation， ….. ..

我为蜀都狂

一方水土养一方人，一方人筑一方城，创新杯作文大赛。你是否和我一样狂热于那“当年走马锦城西，曾为梅花醉似泥”的锦官城?

——题记

“狂”字，犭部，所谓狂，即任情地做事，不用理智约束感情。用键盘在“为”和“狂”之间敲上“蜀都”二字时，稍稍有些许停滞——真的对蜀都有着如此的狂热执迷吗?却忽然、阳台上潜入的穿堂风偷来楼下几家茶铺热闹的吆喝，送来满室夹杂着夏日香气的断续的叫好声，嘴角的弧度便上扬开来——对锦城的感情，怎么值不起一个“狂”字?而蓉城那满室墨香的草堂，那紧扣着诸葛丞相的武侯祠又如何当不起堪堪狂字?“成都是府。成都是天府。天府的人好安逸。”易中天教授在《读城记》一书中，成都府一栏的开篇，便是这骈散有致的三句话。恰也是这短短三排字，便勾勒出了我心中最美的地方。 好，你又要问我了——成都哪里安逸?哪里让你如此狂爱不已?那我也不能随便用几个形容词敷衍你，我敷衍不起，更不愿敷衍。那就只好长话长说，一一为你道来。

我为蜀都狂，狂的不是它“国家园林城市”、“中国最佳旅游城市”那外在的区区名号。为我所狂的，是我生在成都，长在成都，感受到的深切的文化关怀。 而说到天府文化，不得不提起的，便是茶。不，说茶还不大准确，细化一些，说白了，应是茶馆，是茶铺。

—、狂热之——我把童年泡在了茶里。记忆里的六七岁，不爱“红妆”，却总喜欢随着爷爷去“泡”茶馆。所以为“泡”，是在于热腾腾的茶水永远满杯，袅袅的雾气旋转着升起在各式各样的茶铺里，伴着人们大清早便开始的议论抬杠，消散——聚拢——消散。那时整天坐在茶馆，也并不喜欢疯来疯去，而是喜欢静静坐在爷爷腿上，听他和其他一干爷爷叔叔辈儿的人大侃龙门阵。他们不讲东家长李家短，他们只会天南地北指点江山，逸闻趣事挨个儿点一通，最爱的是偶尔有个好话题的，大家便开始滔滔不绝，或英雄所见略同而会心一笑。 自己又特别迷恋司马相如写的赋，便又觉得个个侃爷都是作赋高手。而自然——龙门阵，便是我们成都人的“赋”。越这样觉得，爱去茶铺的次数便就越多，渐渐成痴，养成了每日必去的好习惯。 现在想来，当时是怎样一种享受啊!一群文化人，本地的、外地的，聚在老街深处，扎堆在茶铺子里，话题温馨，言语亲和，和每天高达12万人大的茶客一起，组成一支不折不扣的十万大军，分享心得，等到夕阳落山，再等到夕阳无山可落，终于才恋恋不舍地回家。我想除了成都府，无地敢出其二。诚然，那段泡在茶里的时光，便就是自己遥远的童年时代，少了橡皮筋少了毽子，却多了一份文化积淀，初中作文《创新杯作文大赛》。让我能早早体会到了成都这方水土上的语言，原来就恰似踢球好手，把话语颠来倒去，反复品味，形成一支味蕾上的舞蹈，耍出千万般花样。

二、古迹之所以为我心中古迹。后来稍稍大了些，就爱趁着假期去看那些名胜古迹。哪怕摸摸那里一块砖，一片瓦，也会高兴好半天。那时我还不知道，原来踏足过锦官这片土地的文人雅士大有人在，不止只是杜甫的“好雨知时节，当春乃发生”，还有李白、三苏、黄庭坚、李商隐……他们都让这片大地因历史的沉淀愈加厚重，又因岁月的磨洗愈见辉光。 丞相祠堂何处寻，锦官城外柏森森。踏进武侯祠，厚重的历史气息便能把自己像作茧一般，紧紧缚祝你不会感到窒息，只是会异常沉重，异常小心，生怕一个大声，而打破了沉寂以外的未知名的感觉。而我就偏爱沿着低矮的墙壁，以背贴墙，顺着墙根，双手触着青石砖头，一步一步地闭眼前移。指尖的微凉似乎可以真实地传递到心尖，把因泛起历史而躁动热血的心冷却稍许。是的，或许是因为生长于天府，或许不是，我最爱的诗人便是那大庇天下寒士俱欢颜的杜甫，当然，出身未捷身先死，长使英雄泪满襟。三国当中自也是偏爱诸葛三分。

三、串串香串起的人生百味。我爱成都的小吃，并不全为一时食欲，在于你能吃到的，是一种家的感觉。大街小巷，路边摊的叫卖声声声入耳，就像是家里人唤你无二。串串香麻辣的味道在味蕾上久久挥散不去，促使你张开全身的毛孔呼吸。偶尔芙蓉的香气传来，重重一吸，舒适许多，却还舍不得那股味道散去，便又开始新一轮奋战。最爱和玩伴一起到锦里去走街串巷，从街头吃到结尾。知道瞅见各家已灯火黄昏，才马不停蹄赶回家，享受家中家常美味。有人总质疑质疑质疑，说什么成都怎么就成了来了就不想走的城市?不是还有句俗语叫“要拴住男人的心，先拴住男人的胃吗?”你的品尝时能感到食物以外的温暖，怎么能不感到留恋，不感到不舍?不同国籍不同种族的人来到成都，看见他们吃到麻辣串时那一瞬的糗态，直教人捧腹，又直教人心疼。 大家如此不同，相隔千山万水，或许你家庭美满，或许你才从公司离职，你或许高居庙堂，你或许默默无闻。可是却在一根串串香上有了近乎神似的表情和动作。你不能不喟叹大千世界的神奇，不得不想起原来人生百味，也可以如此简单。

刘永在《一寸金·成都》中曾经这样赞过成都：——井络天开，剑岭云横控西夏。地胜异，锦里风流，蚕市繁华，簇簇歌台舞榭。雅俗多游赏，轻裘俊，靓妆艳冶。当春昼，摸石江边，浣花溪畔景如画。的的确确，成都美，成都好巴适，成都夏无酷暑，冬不严寒，成都人和善。可是倘使你不如我般生长在这片安宁祥和的土地上了16年，你变难以体味我心中那份痴狂。我一直耿耿于怀于“乐不思蜀”，实在理解不了怎会有人乐不思蜀?至少我仅仅呆在这里，都止不住反复咀嚼这里的每一种风味每一个表情。何况我们，大有可能在两年后各奔东西，到另外的城市开拓自己全新的人生，去为祖国“抛头颅洒热血”。那个时候，成都的夕阳，便再也不会每天照红自己的脸，记忆里的小桥流水人家又会不会变成高楼大厦?但我始终喻之于怀，我不会忘记这里的每一个符号。

除却茶铺美食，除却名胜古迹，这里还有太多的我的心之所向。这里的麻将的碰撞声，这里银杏树叶做成的书签，这里的太阳神鸟……孰敢或忘? 二十里中香不断，青羊宫到浣花溪。那是属于自己的土地，那是梦想开始的地方。不是单单一个“狂”字就能解释得清的。古人有句话说——情不知所起，一往而深。我想，大概就是如此了吧。

The Importance of Innovation

“Mindless habitual behavior is the enemy of innovation. ” I assume that you are familiar with Rosabeth Moss Kanter’s famous remark. It is obvious that a man who always stick to habit and experience can hardly create new things .

Rosabeth Moss Kanter’s remark aims at informing us of the significance of innovation. Why does innovation play an indispensable role in our life ? innovation can promote the advancement of both individuals and society as a whole. only those who are innovative can make continuous progress and maintain a competitive edge. Quite a few examples can be given to prove the importance of A, and I can think of no better illustration than the following one: how could Steve Jobs, a genius who changed the way of modern communication, recreation and even our life, launch so many powerful electronic products constantly without creative spirit?

We should always bear in mind that the consciousness of innovation is of great significance to us all. Hence, we need to develop a habit of discovering new things，using new methods and applying new thoughts in our work, study or simply everyday life. “Innovation is the spirit of human being’s progress.” A philosopher once said. There is no creativity without imagination. With the development of the society, creativity becomes more and more important. People could not satisfy with ordinary life. So we need creativity to meet their requirements. We can see significance of the creativity from an example. The smart phone—iphone spread all over the world. That was the creativity of The Apple Inc. It is obvious that it will produce a bigger profit than common manufacturing. But, hao can we acquire creativity?

I think the creativity roots in imagination. Albert Einstein said that imagination is important than knowledge. Because we should creative a thing that is never appeared, we need to image. Use all the things and information around us to think and then go to achieve it. Without the imagination of the Wright brothers , human could not complete the flying dreams. Without the imagination of the Alexander Graham Bell, we could not hear the voice from a distance. If the creativity can make the human progress, imagination will be the road to success. Where the imagination come from? Knowledge ? Experience ? practice? I consider that all of them are indispensable. It is often said that knowledge is power. So we should empower ourselves with knowledge. After that we need to obtain experience form. practice. These are the basis, and we must strengthen them to extend our imagination.

Hello everyone,

my name is Lee. This is really a great honor to have this opportunity, and I believe I can make good performance today. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 20 years old，born in Guangdong province, south of China, and I am a senior student at Guangdong ××University. My major is English. And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June.

In the past four years, I spent most of my time on study. I passed CET4 and CET6 with a ease and acquired basic theoretical and practical knowledge of Language. Besides, I have attended several Speech competition held in Beijing, which really showed our professional advantages. I have taken a tour to some big factories and companies, through which I got a deep understanding of English for application.

Compared to developed countries, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1998, our packaging industry is still underdeveloped, messy and unstable, and the situation of employees in the field is awkward. But I have full confidence in its bright future if only our economy can be kept at the growth pace still. I guess you may be interested in why I choose this job. 总之，我们大家都知道创新对我们大家有多重要。我们要尽量多学习知识来为成为有创新能力的人做准备。换句话说，我们要好好学习来为国家服务。

这是一个大众创业、万众创新的时代，青年是经济转型期的主力军，每一个创业创新故事，都值得历史的珍藏。作为历史悠久的青年杂志，《中国青年》力图通过一次征文活动，激发众人的热情，鼓励广泛交流。为此，《中国青年》杂志拟与青岛中特环保仪器有限公司合作，开展2016年“中特环保杯”青年创业创新故事征文大赛。青岛中特特环保仪器有限公司，是诞生我国目前PM2.5采样器体积最小最先进监测仪器的公司，其36岁的总经理李建本人，就是位极富传奇色彩的创业大咖。
