吃了这“一堑”，我可不敢再大意了，毕竟摔在那硬邦邦的水泥地上的滋味可不好受。我扶着栏杆小心翼翼地移动双脚，吃力地、艰难地前进着，耳边不时传来“啪哧”、“哎哟”的声音，吓得我连眼睛都不敢睁开看。

I like to met all those sorts of difficulties (I didnt mean to die!). Mountain biking is also a kind of travel, and that, I dreamed of doing it!!! Mountain biking is so cool!!
