又到中秋节了，妈妈叫我和她一起做月饼。妈妈去买了做月饼的材料来做馅，叫我去拿做月饼的木模子，还要我顺便把模子洗干净。妈妈买做馅材料有：花生米、红豆、白眉豆和芝麻。妈妈先把花生米、红豆、白眉豆、芝麻、糖和油，把它们搅拌均匀。

我们开始做月饼了。妈妈先把醒好的油面就像包包子似的擀成一个个小面皮，再把馅包进去。不能有漏洞，不然陷会漏出来。再把包好的小包子放进木模子里按紧，之后在把木模子反过来一磕，一个个月饼就做好了。妈妈教完我了。

我就按照妈妈说的去包，包了两个都没包好。我就问妈妈：“我为什么包不好？”妈妈听了，仔细检查我包的月饼。妈妈发现原来是我没有把馅按紧，所以我包的月饼非常松。听了妈妈纠正之后，我又开始包月饼了，我包的月饼一个比一个好看乖巧了。

做完月饼了，开始烤月饼了，我们先把月饼放在一个长方形的盘子里，再把它放在微波炉里烤上15分钟，拿出月饼翻了个身，再烤15分钟，月饼就做好了，我和家人吃的津津有味，我还是觉得自己做的东西特别香。突然，爸爸问了我一个问题，“君君，你知道人们为什么要过中秋节吗？

”还好我知道，我便滔滔不绝地讲了起来：“月饼最初是在家庭制作的，清袁枚在《隋园食单》里就记载了月饼的做法。到了近代，有了专门制作月饼的作坊，月饼制作越来越精细，馅料考究，外型美观，在月饼上有许多精细的图案。月饼代表着思念、幸福、期盼等。”

As an engineering student majoring in environmental systems, I have strong awareness of the environment and want to work in the field of environmental protection. Last summer holiday, I went to Beijing for a week. The first day when I took off at the capital airport , it gave me the first feeling was cleanand tidy. The people in Beijing were very friendly. T he second day, I visited Beijing city. I went to the WangFujing Ave , I tasted many famous snacksand Beijing Roast Duck, they are very delicious. I also went to the XinDongfang square, it was a very big shopping mall, it took me about half an hour to walk between two doors. I can saw many famous brands: Cucci, Chanel, Rolex, Seiko, even the new Audi cars. It made me really want to stay in Beijing .The third day I visited the Tian’anmen Square, and it’s very beautiful. And the Chang’an Ave is wide ,straight and clean. The forth day, I went to the Forbidden City. It made me felt the emperor ’ s royal mausoleum was very luxury. The fifth day I went to the Summer Palace, I went boating there. The sixth day, I visited the Great Wall, it’s very terrific, this great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are ! 为了能在晚上赏月时吃到我亲手做的月饼，我在天还没亮的时候就叫妈妈起床做月饼了。妈妈和我准备好了做月饼的材料，我们要开始做月饼了。首先，妈妈拿出发好的面，把面分成一小块一小块的样子，我则来将它擀成面皮。面皮擀好以后，我和妈妈包上伍仁、豆沙、枣泥等馅，将它封口放入模具之中，压成各种各样的形状，月饼就制作完成了。

The charity sale was held on our school playground last Saturday morning.

Many students and teachers came to take part in it. Everyone chose their

favorite items and paid for them at a much lower price. In the end, the money we

“送月饼，吃大餐，赏月亮，送祝福……很多呀!”我连忙说道。

“原来这么多啊，那我得赶紧准备准备。”妈妈一下子知道了要准备什么。妈妈列了一张清单，把许多要买的东西全部记录在了清单上。

第一件大事——买月饼。

我们急急忙忙地出发了。我们来到了一家月饼专卖店，映入眼帘的是许许多多的月饼，有小盒子装的;有中盒子装的;有大盒子装的。专卖店里人山人海，高的;矮的;胖的;瘦的，有的在品尝美味的月饼;有的在挑选美味的月饼;还有的在付账。每一个人出来，都提着大大小小的月饼，还十分多。

我们挤进了人山人海的月饼专卖店，这可不是件容易的事啊!这里的月饼夹心也是各种各样，有夹蛋黄的;夹豆沙的;夹水果的……让人每种都想买。但相对来说，我还是比较喜欢吃夹蛋黄的。我拿了5个夹蛋黄的月饼，对妈妈说：“妈妈，我要吃月饼，要夹蛋黄的。”妈妈爽快地答应了。真是奇怪，平时的妈妈可不是这样的，平常我要买什么东西，妈妈是死活都不肯的，她会用严肃的眼神看着我，对我说，买什么买，这些没用的东西，买来也是浪费的。

我拿着5个月饼来到前台，大吃一惊，啊，那么多月饼，是要给全世界每个人都送一个月饼吗?

“一共300元。”营业员对妈妈说。300元，这够我花一个学期了。唉，月饼可真够贵的!

月饼虽然可以代表祝福，但那些没有爸爸妈妈陪伴在身边的孩子们呢?他们该有多伤心，一家人不能团圆。这伤心是我们无法体会到的。比起将这300元给那些孩子，他们也许更希望爸爸妈妈能陪自己的身边吧。

在此，我祝天下所有孩子中秋与家人团团圆圆。

My father is a typical man, who is not very talkative. When other fathers

say how much they love their children, my father just keep quiet. He barely says

sweet words to me. But he will never miss every important moment for me, like

the performance in school. He is always one of the audience and watch my

performance. My father tells me to study with passion and he sets the good

example for me, because he loves his work. Sometimes he shows me his design of

work, and I admire him. I know my father loves me so much. Though he doesnt

talk much, he will be right by my side whenever I need him.

In the future,I hope I can be a reporter.As a reporter,in order to find many good news, I will travel in different cities everyday.And i will meet a lot ofstars .First,i will study hard,as a reporter,i should have a good command of Chinese,if i have to report in English,i also need to study English very hard.

From now on,i will read everyday,and i will try to write diary to practice my writing skill.Anyway,to be a reporter is my goal in the future,I will study hard to achieve it!
