我最爱吃的就是蛋黄白莲蓉月饼了!一口咬下黄亮亮、软松馨香的月饼，露出了金黄色的蛋黄。那味道，贼好吃!尤其是里面的蛋黄，口感醇正，色泽诱人。每年中秋节的时候，看着圆圆的月亮，吃着圆圆的月饼。那种感觉，这是好极了!

记得在上一年，我和爸爸妈妈外公外婆还有我的好朋友们，一起度过了那个愉快的晚上。那一天，在我们家楼上的露天的天台那，我们举行了一个中秋联欢会。我们有说有笑，赏着月亮，吃着月饼，还有我们自己想出的中秋词语接龙游戏。就在那一个中秋节的晚上，让我留下了许许多多的美好的回忆，也让我从此爱上了中秋节，爱上了月饼。

我期盼已久的中秋节就要到来了，我的心情真的好激动好开心!我真是好迫不及待的想吃到美味的月饼啊!我希望中秋节马上到来!因为我爱中秋!我爱月饼!

“年年岁岁中秋节，岁岁年年月饼情。”为了迎接一年一度的中秋佳节，老师让我们在学校里亲手做月饼，大家都高兴得一蹦三尺高。

下午，准备要做月饼了，桌上铺着白色的桌布，摆着美味的冰皮和馅，黑板上画着喜迎中秋的黑板报，还有各种各样的月饼模具：甜甜的笑脸、娇艳的花朵、可爱的小熊……这时，师傅来了，同学们摩拳擦掌、跃跃欲试。

首先，看师傅示范：第一步，把冰皮压成一个又扁又圆的形状再把馅放到冰皮里，包起来，包成一个团子。第二步，把包好的团子放在模具里轻轻一压，就大功告成了。

看了示范，我们一各个恍然大悟，原来做月饼这么简单，一个个胸有成竹地做了起来，我小心翼翼地把冰皮捏成碗状，再把馅搓成圆形，放入冰皮中，让冰皮把馅完全包住，再搓成圆圆的团子放在模具轻轻一压，一个个小巧玲珑的冰皮月饼就完美出炉了。

你瞧它：晶莹剔透，边上一圈圈花纹像波浪一样点缀，中间一个大大的“福”字，充满了喜庆的气氛。看着这诱人的月饼，我口水直流三千尺啊！

我迫不及待，尝了一口：“哇！真好吃！”甜甜的、香喷喷的、口感细腻，入口即化，唇齿留香，真让我回味无穷啊！

“皎皎中秋月，点点思乡情”。一个小小的月饼，寄托着我们美好的情感，真是一次难忘的经历啊！

have taken place since 60 years ago.

In the past, the living conditions were very poor. There were not many

buses or cars, and the roads were narrow. Usually, a big family was crowded into

在民间，每逢八月中秋，也有左右拜月或祭月的风俗。“八月十五月儿圆，中秋月饼香又甜”，这句名谚道出中秋之夜城乡人民吃月饼的习俗。月饼最初是用来祭奉月神的祭品，后来人们逐渐把中秋赏月与品尝月饼，作为家人团圆的象征，慢慢月饼也就成了节日的礼品。

中秋吃月饼的习俗据传最早还是在唐代，唐太宗在贞观四年时，征讨突厥得胜并生擒其头领，八月十五凯旋回京。为庆贺胜利，京城长安通宵狂欢。当时有个经商的吐蕃人向唐太宗献饼祝捷。李世民接过华丽的礼盒，拿出胡饼笑指天上明月说：“应将胡饼邀蟾蜍(即月亮)”，随之把胡饼分给群臣食之，这胡饼就是后来的月饼。

还有一种流传更广的说法，中秋吃月饼的习俗，据说是由元末流传下来的。相传元朝时，中原广大人民不甘受蒙古人的残酷统治，纷纷起义抗元。朱元璋欲联合反抗力量，但元官兵搜查严密，苦于无从传递消息。

所以刘伯温便想出了一条计策，命王昭光制造饼子，将写有“八月十五夜起义”字样的纸条藏入饼子里面。再使人分头传送到各地起义军中，通知他们在八月十五日晚上起义响应。因而一举推翻了元朝。

为了纪念这一功绩，因而中秋节吃月饼的习俗也就传了下来。特别在我国东北地区，更有“八月十五杀达子”的说法。人们用月饼寄托思念故乡，思念亲人之情，祈盼丰收、幸福，谐成天下人们美好的心愿。

Dear Mr. Wang,

Thank you for taking the time to write your wonderful letter in support of MCEA (Maywood Chinese Education Association). Your letter clearly articulates all the major reasons children in Maywood will benefit from studying the Chinese language as part of their elementary school education. It provides invaluable support that will help making bilingual Chinese education a reality in Maywood public schools.

Although MCEA would like to see Palo Alto public schools implement the first bilingual Chinese kindergarten class in September of 2006, we have learned that the school district must take the time to understand how a new program will affect existing educational offerings, and to validate community interest. Nevertheless, MCEA, with more than 70 members, will continue to actively promote bilingual Chinese education in the Palo Alto public schools and will keep you apprised of the progress we make.

特点四：重点突出

好的句子应该重点突出，词的选择，词的重复都有助于句子的重点突出。

Eg. When the bank robbers entered the bank they yelled, "dont move!"

【分析】这个句子比较平淡，可以修改一下动词。

特点五：语法正确，句式多变

句式多变指句子长短结合。如果全篇都是复杂的长难句，文章读起来会晦涩难懂，并且有挑衅阅卷人之嫌。反之，全篇都是短句，感觉有侮辱阅卷人之感。

我把一个似包子的未成形的月饼塞进粘了熟面粉的模具中，舅妈说：“放在桌子上用力往下压，然后轻轻一推就行了。”我听着小心翼翼地做了起来，只见一个月饼顽皮地从模具中蹦了出来。这时小伙伴们都围过来，雨菲和臭臭惊讶地说：“好香啊!好漂亮啊!”丸子大声嚷着：“妈妈，我也要做，我也要做!”大家都争先恐后地吵着要做，这个场面真热闹啊!

面揉好了，按照阿姨的指导，我们先把月饼揉成20克左右的小圆球，再把它压扁，抹上一点熟糯米粉，放入馅，然后像包包子一样把馅包在里面，再抹上一层糯米粉，放入模具中。不一会儿我就做出了一只栩栩如生、活灵活现的“小熊”。又过了一会儿，“小鱼”、“小星星”也在我手里相继出世了。好了，现在要涂颜色了。我虽然小心翼翼地涂着，但小熊最后还是变成了大花脸。唉，真可惜!

看着晶莹似雪的月饼，我都有点舍不得吃了。轻轻咬上一口，一股凉丝丝的感觉流遍全身，香甜的味道没齿难忘。真是太美味了!它虽然和传统月饼的做法截然不同，但在我看来更有情趣。

看着自己动手做的月饼，我兴奋不已;吃着自己做的月饼，也别有一番滋味在心头。

今年的父亲节，我终于深深地感觉到了不在爸妈身边，我会有多么想念他们，感觉就像过了好几年那么长，估计是我太想他们了吧。你们想我了没有啊?

转眼间，我就长大了，时间真是好快啊。也正是因为这样，有时候我就会想起小时候的事。

This years fathers day, I finally feel that Im not around my parents,

今天，是一年一度的中秋节。我可开心了，能和家人一起吃月饼、赏月，是多么期待啊！

大约晚上七点钟，月亮出来了，我说：“妈妈，我们把月饼拿出来，一边赏月一边吃月饼吧！”

妈妈从厨房拿出了各种口味的月饼，红豆味，海苔味，百果味……我嗅嗅这个这个月饼，有嗅嗅那个月饼，最后我指着一个蛋黄味的月饼说：“妈妈，我要吃蛋黄味的月饼！”“好吧，你吃吧！”妈妈爽快的答应了。

我把月饼小心翼翼地拿了出来，月饼的皮是白色的，因为是妈妈从元祖买来的，所以皮上还印有“元祖”两个字，然后我用切月饼的小刀把月饼切成了四块三角形，再端到阳台上和妈妈一边赏月，一边吃月饼。我拿起一块月饼，“啊呜”一口就把它消灭了，蛋黄馅有点甜又有点咸，还有一股清香，好吃极了，我连外面的皮都没有放过，一股脑全都吃了。我大声说道：“太好吃了！”我这一叫，把爷爷奶奶和爸爸也吸引过来了。我们一起品尝着月饼，观赏着月亮，我心想：月亮上，玉兔和嫦娥在干什么呢？她们看着人们在过中秋节，是不是也想做一位凡人，和家人一起过中秋节呢？…今天真开心啊，许愿全国小朋友与家人团聚，开开心心欢度中秋节！

Dear Sue,

I’m Li Hua, one of your students in China. It’s almost a month since you

left us. We all miss you and are very grateful for what you did for us.

We are busy as usual. We had an English speech contest the other day. I won

the first prize! This again reminds me of all your kind help. Do you still

remember the trees we planted together on the hill behind the school? Yesterday,

In order to make a decision that we will not regret,we should bear these two principles in mind:thinking before acting,and never missing any opportunities that arise.On one hand,we should have an apparent,objective judgment about ourselves while maintaining a clear idea about the world around us.On the other hand,we should also think about opportunity.Many people may not quite agree with this and think that opportunity is so rare that only the luckiest people come across it.However,opportunity is open to everyone and one should make good use of it when confronted with it.One should take advantage of it just like the proverb states:“Opportunities are only from the prepared minds.”

So when one is faced with choices the next time,remember that using the mind and taking advantage of good opportunities will pave the way to success.

When winter comes, the days are always full of rain and there are less sunshine, so it is so rare to enjoy the sunshine, people will feel excited to see the sunny days. As for me, I will be very happy when the sun comes out in the winter. I will get some plans to spend my time in the warm day, sometimes I will call my friends out and have a picnic in the park, we can not only enjoy the sunshine, but also can have a nice talk, it will strengthen our communication. Sometimes our family will have the barbecue outside, we share our food and play games so happily. I love sunshine, when I feel frustrated, I will forget about all the worries once the sun is coming out. Those sunny days in the winter are so special to me.

当冬天来临的时候，总是充满了雨水和少量的阳光，因此很难享受得到阳光，人们对晴天感到很兴奋。对于我来说，冬日里太阳出来的时候，我会感到很高兴。我会做一些计划来在温暖的日子里度过我的时光，有时候我会叫朋友出来，在公园里野餐，我们不仅能享受阳光，也能愉快地聊天，这能增进我们的交流。有时候我们家人也会在户外野餐，我们分享彼此的食物，愉快地玩游戏。我喜欢阳光，当我感到沮丧的时候，一旦阳光出来，我就会忘记所有的烦恼。冬日里的晴朗日子对于我来讲是如此的特别。
