今天是我们第一次学做月饼的日子。我非常期待，下午体育课一下课，我就兴冲冲地拿着书包和同学们一起在大队部扬老师的带领下兴高采烈地走出校门，来到太庙社区的一块空地上。我看到社区的叔叔阿姨们都已经准备好了材料，就等我们去大显身手了。

太庙社区的叔叔阿姨们先给我们点名，再把我们分成了三组。开始学做月饼了，叔叔阿姨们先拿出准备好的面团，给我们示范：先把面团揉圆，再压扁成一个圆形的薄饼，接着在薄饼中心放上蓝梅馅，然后就象做包子一样旁边的面皮把蓝梅馅包起来。之后把包好蓝梅馅的面团揉圆，最后放到已经准备好的压制模型架上一压，一个月饼就诞生了。我们都很专心致志地听着细致的讲解，看着蓝梅月饼的诞生过程，心中充满了新奇。之后就是我们自己动手做月饼了。我先挑了个肥头大耳的面团，心里想着最好做个大大的月饼。于是我按老师教的步骤认真做，可是我第一个做的月饼很不整齐，有些凹凸不平。我有些懊恼，仔细回想了过程，可能面团挑得太大，而且模具的图案上没清理干净，所以做出的月饼不显图案。我做第二个月饼的时候就吸取了前面的教训，一步一步仔细做，最后终于在我手上诞生了一个美轮美奂玫瑰花图案的月饼。

做完月饼后，社区的叔叔阿姨们还给我们一起做游戏，其中我最喜欢的就是知识竟答：有关中秋节的知识。时间很快就过去了，我们最后还领了奖品，这真是一次难忘快乐的活动！

As you enter my room there is a double bed on your right side. There is navy blue bedding on my bed. I have a dresser on the other side of the room. The dresser has five drawers in it. I also have a chest on the end of my bed. The chest is filled with pitchurs. I also have a bathroom conected to my room. the bathroom has a bath and a shower. I have decerated it with the coler green. I like green because it is the coler color of the forest. I also have green drapes hanged up on the windows. That is basically what my bedroom looks like.

“做月饼咯！”奶奶的一声呼唤，把我们都引到了餐桌旁。“快去洗手，准备开动吧！”“要做什么？”“冰皮月饼。”“哦耶！”我不禁欢呼起来。

等我们洗好手，桌上已经摆满了各种工具和食材。擀面杖、糯米粉、量杯、100度的开水等。我们在奶奶的指导下，在盆里倒上面粉，奶奶用手掂了掂，“阿可啊，再多放一点面粉，太少了不够咱们吃的。”我拿起面口袋，又往盆里倒了些米粉。手一抖竟然倒多了，奶奶忙说：“不行，不行……”我只好又倒回去点儿。

这时，在盆里浇上刚烧好的开水，让它将米粉溶解。趁热用筷子搅拌均匀，再用手不断地去揉搓，直到变成一个光滑柔软的大面团，然后放在一边醒发。趁着这空档，我们来制作馅料。我最爱吃红豆馅儿的，于是我把一大块红豆沙先搓成长条，再揪成一小段一小段的，放在手心里团成一个个小圆球。此刻，面粉也成型了，把它从盆里倒出来，放在面板上再次揉搓，挤压发酵过程中产生的小气泡。

咦，这里有三个碗，里面分别盛有不同颜色的粉末。我猜紫色肯定是紫薯粉，黄色就是芒果粉了，还有一种是绿色的，难道是抹茶粉？奶奶说，这些颜色可以让冰皮月饼看起来更加诱人。我把面团也搓成小球，外面粘上不同的颜色的面粉，再把他们用擀面杖擀成一张张面饼饼状，然后将红豆馅儿包进去。最后放在按压器里，按出月饼的形状。

之所以叫“冰皮月饼”，是因为月饼上锅，用大火蒸熟后，还要晾凉，放冰箱里冷藏一两个小时。再取出来吃的时候，冰冰凉凉，味道独特。

在满满的成就感里，品尝着口感弹牙软糯，内馅香甜绵密的冰皮月饼，一阵清凉沁入心脾，这真是吃货的一大乐事。

“明月几时有，把酒问青天……”熟悉的歌在耳畔回响，妈妈走过来递给我一块月饼。我咬了一口，里边的芝麻在嘴里渐渐融化，月饼的屑沫沾在嘴边，我不禁看向明月，就仿佛又看到了她慈祥的笑容……

又是中秋节，妈妈还在加班，姐姐还在袁老师作文学校上课，爸爸正在外面购物，家里又只剩我一个人。看着电视上吃月饼的场面，我不禁口水直流三千尺。

“咚咚咚”一阵敲门声，奶奶手里拿着两个大大的，圆圆的月饼出现在我的眼前，月光照在她那银白的发丝上，有那么一丝丝的刺眼。奶奶已年过花甲，背已经驼了，好像随时都在准备收庄稼，奶奶的眼睛花了，再美好的事物她都已看不清了。她冲我笑笑，露出那几颗所剩无几的已泛黄的假牙。深深的鱼尾纹在她脸上荡漾开来，像一朵迎着风绽放着的花。她抬起那长满老茧的手摸了摸我的头，眯着眼睛：“孙女儿，来来，吃月饼。”我搀扶着她进了屋，随手拿起一块月饼，津津有味的吃了起来。嗯，是芝麻酥的。芝麻像一个个调皮的娃娃，一下子都跳进了我嘴里，塞得满满的。一点点芝麻渐渐融化开来，甜甜的，浓浓的，沁进了我的整个口腔。

奶奶为我擦去嘴边的屑沫，慈祥地笑了笑：“孙女儿乖，奶奶给你和姐姐带了两块月饼，你要听话，自个儿一人在家要小心，奶奶走了，爷爷在楼下等我呢。”我心中不禁一股心疼。奶奶平时是那么不容易呀！我抱住奶奶，如今她老了！奶奶也抱住我，摸了摸我的背：“傻孙女，好好读书，以后为你爸妈争口气儿！”我点点头，忍住眼泪。月光再次照在她那被岁月磨杀的脸上，我仿佛看到了奶奶以前的艰辛。

我再次向那轮圆月看去。想起了小的时候“小儿不识月，呼作白玉盘。”我又随手拿起一块月饼，吃了起来。当我把装月饼的袋子扔掉时，突然想起来这是给姐姐的！我胆颤心惊，生怕姐姐回来会大骂我一顿。

“咚咚咚”，一阵敲门声，我能感受到这是姐姐的气息。我对姐姐说出真相后，没想到她不仅没骂我，还夸我诚实。

“吃饭了！”妈妈叫了一声，我的思绪终于又飞了回来。我看着深情的明月，又看了看这芝麻味的月饼，笑了笑。此刻，我向明月祈祷，愿明月保佑奶奶在天上的一切……

早上八点钟，我拿着前一天晚上准备好的一块月饼、和爸爸一起做的灯笼，还有制作灯笼的工具，准时来到学校艺体馆，只见舞台前方挂着条幅：弘扬传统文化，情暖留守儿童，追梦娃小记者中秋节特别活动。首先乐乐老师给我们介绍了坐在主席台上的杜校长、孙主任、孙老师、范老师。杜校长热情地给我们讲话，祝我们中秋节快乐，我们这些小记者也向杜校长，向各位老师问好，送去节日祝福。接着，乐乐老师给我们介绍了中秋节的来历，还有嫦娥奔月的故事，我一下想到了我学过的一首古诗，李商隐的《嫦娥》：云母屏风烛影深，长河渐落晓星沉。嫦娥应悔偷灵药，碧海青天夜夜心。讲完中秋节的来历和有关中秋节有关的故事后，乐乐老师又请一位小记者同学给我们讲了孔融让梨的故事，孔融让梨的故事是弘扬中华传统美德的经典故事之一，是告诉人们，要养成尊老爱幼，互想迁让，不要只想自己，不想别人。然后老师们抱上来很多梨，让我们排着队，每人取一个大的和一个小的，只见同学们随手拿起二个，没有一个同学挑三拣四，大家拿着梨，脸上笑开了花。乐乐老师又请了二位留守同学说说自己的感受，通过他们的讲述，我更加懂得了，平时爸爸妈妈在身边，自己过多么幸福，也真心希望他们的父母能早点回来陪伴他们。

接着，到了做灯笼的环节，我按照前天晚上和爸爸一起做的步骤做起来，很快，一个灯笼就制作好了，我在灯笼里面贴上一张写好的谜语，然后和同桌互相交换灯笼，猜谜语，然后互相交换月饼。

通过这次的活动，我知道了中秋节的来历，感受到了学校领导和老师对留守儿童的关心，在欢声笑中，我们民安路的小记者们一起度过了一个难忘而有意义的中秋节。

So my friend has asked me to write to you... I have to confess its been

hard to know what to say. Mainly because like most adults I feel preposterous

asking anything of you because our time with you is surely done. Now we get our

own presents, control our own fates, take responsibility for our own actions,

and live in the world we have created... so its not for us to turn around and

plead for your help with the environment, the migrant crisis, the NHS,

education, food banks, human rights, fundamentalism and wars. Though God knows

we need all the help we can get with all these man-made problems and more.

And its not that you arent compassionate and full of joy. Youre great.

In spite of you being changed into different colours for corporations and being

bastardised to represent materialism gone mad - despite probably originating in

some season based pagan druid ritual a million thought miles from requests for

spontaneously combusting hoverboards... Kidadults cynically pointing this out

after having their moment of belief in you are wasting everyones precious time.

Because you are not for them. You are for the children. Children who need some

magic in a world where the borders between innocence and responsibility, playful

imagination and cold, adult obstacles are continually shrinking.

This is what Id like to ask you to help with. A little more time for

children to be children. Stretch the moment of magic and playfulness. Distract

them from the realities of a world gone mad so that they can laugh with their

breath rather than sob with their tears. Especially those caring for family

members, or suffering illness, hunger or poverty. Especially those hiding in

buildings as bombs rain down, or being handed shaking with fear or cold into a

boat to escape environmental disaster or war. Please help to light up their

worlds with a moment of joy and hope.

When I think about it youve got it tough this year... And when I really

think about it Im not sure that asking you for a lightsaber and getting one

(not that I ever did by the way) is equatable with controlling the space time

continuum and making the good of childhood last a little longer.

But you do inspire wonder and awe amongst those that write you letters and

go to sleep hoping there might be a new object in their possession come dawn.

You inspire good behaviour and, at least in my memory, some desperate last

minute attempts to redeem bad behaviour so as not to be overlooked. Spare a

thought too for those millions who want to write to you but through illiteracy

cant. Hear their words and help to give them the time and chance to learn how

to read and write so they can better their lives and escape their impoverished

beginnings.

I feel a little sorry for you. And I guess Ive done exactly what I said I

wouldnt... Asked you to help with adult problems and solve some of the greatest

worries we have for our children. I promise to leave some extra port and mince

pies for you!

我家过中秋那天晚上要在顶楼赏月。我们要先做自己的月饼。我们拿起小麦粉，用熟水倒进去，揉成面团，让他发酵半小时。接下来我们做月饼的馅料，有蛋黄馅，水果馅，芝麻馅……我们先做蛋黄馅，准备十几个鸡蛋放到凉水里煮十分钟后，把鸡蛋捞上来，将鸡蛋壳剥掉，再把蛋白去掉，将蛋黄拿走，放进大碗里用筷子搅拌，再放点黄油和芝士蛋黄馅就做好了。我们再做水果馅，我将火龙果，西瓜，橘子放进榨汁机弄出来是一大堆水果泥，水果馅就做好了。接下来我们可以做月饼了，我们拿起月饼磨具，将面团和馅料放在一起，盖上模具之后放进烤箱，30分钟后一堆香喷喷的月饼完美出炉了。

然后，我们跑到楼上玩火把吃月饼，赏圆月……

上课铃响了，我们安静地听老师说：“软一点的是皮，比较硬的是馅儿。首先要把皮轻轻地拍大，然后用皮把馅包住，最后用模子把月饼印出花纹。这样，一个漂亮的月饼就做完了。”我不知道做月饼需要什么技巧，所以就依葫芦画瓢――照着做。我先拿了一个蓝色的冰皮团，把它放在手心上，它不动也不滚好似一个熟睡婴儿躺在我的掌心。用一另只手轻轻地拍打，把皮子拍大拍扁，大约手掌差不大的时候，取出一个圆圆的、金黄色的蛋黄馅，放在冰皮中间。当我把馅包到冰皮里时，问题就来了：手套又滑又大，月饼皮又十分的黏，如果戴着手套做月饼，一不留神手套就会掉，但如果不戴手套，月饼皮就会粘在手上，搓都搓不下来。我正不知所措时叔叔送来了面粉，这样月饼就成了我的手下败将。最后就要印花纹了，但月饼皮太薄，才压到一半，我的半成品差点就“壮烈牺牲了”。在这紧急关头，还是自己想出了一个办法：用面粉给月饼洗个澡再印花纹。果然，粘了面粉的月饼好压极了，压一次就是一个完美无缺的冰皮月饼。制作过程中大家都很调皮，我常常印完一个月饼想转头换模子时，就被突如其来的同学恶搞面粉阵呛得眼泪直流。
