每当秋风乍起，空气中还隐约地流淌着丝丝凉意，年少的我便开始翘首期盼，期盼那个月明如镜的夜晚，还有那羡慕已久的半块月饼。其实，日历刚刚翻过农历的七月，小铺的柜台里就已经摆上了月饼。但对于家境贫寒的我来说，在接下来的数天里，只有朝着柜台悄悄地咽口水。但在童年的记忆里，充满了对中秋之夜的无限渴盼，还有对月饼的那份痴痴眷恋。

偶尔，也会看到别家的孩子吃块月饼。儿时的我便如同在黑暗中见到了光明，眼神霎时被牵引了过去。而拿着月饼的小伙伴此时并不急着吃，只举着圆圆的饼儿兴奋地跑着，那诱人的芳香便彻底勾起了埋藏在我心底的欲望。于是，在乡间蜿蜒的小路上，总有我背着破书包拼命跟着小伙伴奔跑的背影，与之相随的，还有那一声声急吼吼的嚎叫：中秋的脚步啊，怎么还不来到？

记得那时外婆家开了家小店铺，母亲常常去帮着打打下手，到天擦黑的时候就回来。进了家门，来不及歇息，就迫不及待地从行囊里掏出一大块月饼。母亲知道，那块月饼一定是我盼了一整天的。看着我欢欣雀跃的模样，母亲温柔地笑了，仿佛一天的疲劳早已随风远去。

吃过晚饭，我们一家拿着小马扎便围坐在不大的庭院里，桌上摆着那块月饼。父亲就着皎洁的月光，小心地切开它，一股冰糖和桂花的香味迅速飘散开来，溢满了整个庭院。在一地的银色月光里，我开始狼吞虎咽。随着月亮徐徐升起，庭院里充满了欢歌笑语，劳累了许久的一家人在享受着节日的快乐。

而今，中秋吃月饼早已不是什么奢侈的事情，可面对包装精美、种类繁多的月饼，竟全然没有了儿时那种欢喜的心。那半块月饼，给我带来了简单、朴实的快乐。一家人团团圆圆、其乐融融的场景，如今已经很难再看到了。儿时的中秋之夜，还有那半块月饼也只能作为遥远的记忆罢了。

“小心点儿，这块太小!”“注意，让一下，小心烫!”我们在上午班队课办了一场月饼会，提前过中秋。简单来说，就是分享自己带来的月饼。

月饼会可热闹啦!电脑已经播放起苏轼的《水调歌头》。同学们拿出小刀，把摆在桌上的月饼一一切开。说不定个别贪吃的已经偷偷叉起一块送入口中。

月饼种类可多了，让人垂涎欲滴。当然有些同学带的是传统口味的广式月饼，如豆沙，莲蓉，蛋黄等，却让我百吃不厌。也有些同学带的是苏式月饼。广式的甜，苏式的咸，广式的软，苏式的脆。新式月饼有抹茶、紫薯等不同口味。我喜欢的冰皮月饼也在场。冰皮凉凉的，Q弹十足。在一个个美味的月饼中，也有不少“炸弹”-流心月饼。假如这是榴莲馅的，你一下子咬到流心，就“完蛋”了。这个汁像糖汁一样流到嘴里。如果你常吃榴莲，会觉得这是绝顶美味。如果不常吃榴莲的，会觉得榴莲味太冲。我脑海里不禁浮现出不爱吃榴莲的同学咬到这个“炸弹”时脸上夸张的表情。

回过神来，我的同桌已经泡好了热气腾腾的草莓茶，说是给我们四人小组的。我暗自庆幸柯老师把我排到这个组。我拿出同桌给的小杯子，准备一饱口福，可是早有一群同学围过来。“我要进去!”“明明是你挤我的!”招呼完这些同学，我才能尝一点。我们用自己带的月饼摆了个“全家福”。

一会儿我已经吃得大半饱了。月饼太甜，甜得我不想吃了。还好，草莓茶的苦味冲洗了我的口腔。苦中带点酸，几口下去，甜味完全没有了。

讲台那边已经被包了个里三层外三层。我踮起脚尖看不着，站在桌子上才看得清。柯老师用大部分月饼在讲台上摆了个中秋节的“中”字，正在拍照呢。“咔嚓”余音未落，同学们猛地伸出手来抢。某些“幸运儿”马上抢了月饼，立刻咽进了已经被月饼撑得圆圆的肚皮里。没抢到的也继续奋斗，一手拨开人群，一手拿着叉子往讲台伸;某些“贪得无厌”的手“摸”了三四块，那些眼尖的“可怜虫”就在后面高声嚷着，“给我留点!”高的踮起脚伸手拿，矮的猫下腰，手从大腿缝里伸进去。

只有一双筷子，一人和一下，把面和的像一盆散沙，只能强行把他们揉在一起。接下来，要把面团平均分成12份。这可是最难的了。这面团像是淘气的孩子，揉着揉着就散架了，幸好后来一个老师前来帮忙，我们才得以完成这一步。然后，就是把每份都揉成团了。这很简单，揉完之后，我小心翼翼地捏起他们，好像使劲一点就会碎掉。再就是把它们一个个摁扁，放馅，捏紧，团成团，放到模具里，压扁，摁出来，一个个可爱的月饼就做好了!

星期四的时候，我去了阿姨家有好多月饼啊！

我们一边吃月饼，一边看电影。终于知道了这原来是用面粉做成的，好像不是，我着急了这到底是用什么做成的呀！我只知道这里面有些是蛋黄的，有些里面是葡萄的，我们就开始找东西做月饼我弄了一个鸡蛋的月饼，还被我做成正方形的了。我看着阿姨做眼睛应接不暇，看清楚了这个，那个又做好了。我看的眼睛都花了，我想我还是让阿姨了交我做吧！我就叫阿姨来交我，果然，一下就会做月饼了。我吃了一口，把它吐掉了，

我们弄的家林都是月饼里的蛋黄和牛肉。我们吃的嘴巴旁边都是那里面的东西。我们吃得肚子都饱饱的。

我和月饼是最好的朋友，它也不是人我以后再也不吃月饼了！我以后是它的好朋友。

农历八月十五是最令人心驰神往的中秋节，在那时人们团聚一堂观赏那神秘的十五圆月，也会在皎洁月光下品尝那美味可口的月饼，还会伴着阵阵暖风围坐在桌边，等待着有六个骰子决出的状元……

在这些属于中秋节的特殊活动中，我最喜欢的就是吃月饼了。圆圆的月饼象征着全家团圆、安详和乐，更何况月饼外酥里嫩、味道万千，真令人垂涎欲滴！这不，一听到汪老师邀请我去她家学做月饼，我兴奋得一蹦三尺高，马上动身去汪老师家。

一到汪老师家，就看见同来学习做月饼的小伙伴雯雯和戴宝，再往里一瞧，餐厅的桌子上摆了几个大盆子，分别装满了面粉、各式馅料。我们迫不及待地洗净手，听从汪老师的指挥。

汪老师让我把抹茶馅料揉匀，看着似乎易如反掌，可如果你仔细端详一番，就不难看出它是个坚硬如铁的“大顽固”！我花了九牛二虎之力才将稍微揉匀了一些，却已是累得满头大汗的。

后来我想了个办法：先将它分割成一块一块的馅团，再一一揉匀。果然，这样子轻松多了，不一会儿，我便完成任务，递给一旁等候的雯雯，她的任务是将馅团包上油亮油亮、白里透黄的咸蛋黄。

再看另一边，汪老师和戴宝已经和好了面皮，正切成小块擀成面皮呢。30克不多不少的饼皮是月饼馅的新住所，汪老师说这是做月饼全过程最难的一步。一听有难题，我们又忙活开来。

瞧，戴宝已经将月饼揉成了一糊面团！而我竭尽全力想让月饼馅乖乖的听从指令，可是他就是和我对着干，雯雯也正因这件事情苦恼着。

在不断的观察下，我们找到了诀窍，包的时候一定要把月饼馅按紧，出力时候要均匀。很快，我们几个人就做好了十几个月饼。

当月饼放入烤箱的时候，我的心砰砰砰的跳个不停，雯雯也说，她恨不得现在就将月饼全部消灭。十几分钟后，汪老师将月饼端了出来，香味扑鼻，叫人直流口水，轻轻咬一口，抹茶的阵阵清甜和咸蛋黄的气息，在嘴边回荡。

望着自己亲手做的月饼，心里涌满了甜蜜，赶明儿我要再做几个月饼，分给我最最亲爱的爸爸妈妈，让他们和我一起分享这甜蜜的节日。

每年中秋的时候，总是少不了吃月饼，而在本周四，我亲手做了一次月饼。

周四下午我早早的在学校里把作业写完，一回家里，就接到妈妈的电话，她晚上要带着我参加单位的活动——做月饼。

驱车15分钟，我们来到了活动地点，那里有多叔叔阿姨和小朋友们已经围着一张铺着桌垫的巨大桌子开始制作月饼了!我们马上带了手套，开始揉月饼馅，我先挑了一块枣红色的水蜜桃馅儿，双手把它搓成球型，然后蘸了点面粉，再用面皮把它整个儿包起来，看起来像个小拳头般大小的球球，可爱极了。可是，这和我们平时吃的月饼不一样呀，我们吃月饼都是扁扁的形状，正面还有精美的花纹，可不会像大厨教我们做的一样，圆得可以滚来滚去。我疑惑的看着教我们做月饼的大厨，只见他笑眯眯的掏出了一个小模具，把刚刚做的月饼球放在模具里面，轻轻一压，奇迹发生了：一个花式精美，模样规整的月饼诞生了。我们也学着大厨，轻松的复刻出了五个月饼，大厨帮我们收起来，放到烤箱去完成最后的蜕变。

在等候月饼烤熟的时间里，在现场的杭州电视台的几个哥哥过来采访我，我也把上述过程描述了一遍。

我想如果没有模具，再好的馅料到了手上，只能成为没有用处的一团废料。没有规矩，不成方圆，也许老师、父母给我的那些不愉快的条条框框，却是一个真正能让“小月饼”变得精美的模具。
