农历八月十五是中秋节，这一天妈妈对我说：“今天，我们来做冰皮月饼吧。”“我们没有材料，怎么做啊？”我问道。妈妈笑了笑，神奇地变出了一箱材料，我高兴极了，跃跃欲试。

首先，先往盆子里倒了200克的开水，再倒入一包冰皮的粉，搅拌一下，直到它们融为一体。这时飘来一阵米糕的香味，我问妈妈：“这不是米糕吗？有什么用啊？”妈妈答道：“这就是冰皮。等会要放冰箱一会就是冰皮了。”接着，妈妈把做好的”米糕”揉成了长条形，就像一个长面包一样，妈妈又把长面包切成每40克一小块，把它们揉圆，又把袋子里馅倒出来，也切成一小块一小块，揉圆。

接下来，我们就要正式开始做月饼了。先把一块“米糕”压扁，再拿一块馅像包包子一样把馅包进去。最后，把包好的“月饼”放在模具里，一只手轻轻地按压，一只手慢慢地把模具提上来，这样，一个月饼就做好了。

我和妈妈按照这个方法，又做了好几个月饼，还做了抹茶口味的呢！虽然我们做的月饼不像别人做的这么好看，不过，在月光下吃着自己做的月饼，这是多么幸福的事情。

自已做的月饼可真好吃，我下次还要做月饼！

中秋节这天，儿子要去学二胡。从冰箱拿出一大块羊肉和一条鳕鱼，再提上昨天从山里买的小米，送回老家后，我们便陪儿子去学二胡了。

婆婆打来电话，说四叔要回来过十五。我们便又去市场买了一只白条鸡和一条大鱼。

午饭吃的羊肉水饺。这羊肉可是有来历的，是老公他们几个从山里买的山羊，亲自参与宰杀的。呵呵，吃着放心啊！

下午，我们便早早动手忙活开了。乒乒乓乓，叮叮当当……傍晚时分，热气腾腾的饭菜便摆满了桌子，荤素搭配，色彩交映，让人挺有食欲的。

刚要举杯相庆，儿子却又溜出正屋，乐癫癫地端出了婆婆拌的咸菜，绿绿的芫荽，黄黄的胡萝卜，红红的辣椒，卖相挺不错的。公公皱眉：“这孩子，大十五的，吃什么咸菜？”我忙打圆场，“没事，挺好吃的，放桌上吧，我再把月饼摆上一盘，不就十全十美了吗？”

阖家团坐，推杯换盏，品佳肴，尝月饼，其乐融融。

收拾好碗筷，我们走出院子，月亮才刚刚升起。

走进一条街巷，狭长，幽深；橘色的月亮高与墙平，挂在巷子的尽头；近处，墙边斜挑着几朵淡黄的丝瓜花，恬静安适；颇有几分中国写意画的意境。

我忙掏出手机，还没打开，儿子便叨叨开了：“我老妈又诗意大发了！老爸，快走快走，别耽误她照相！”“咔嚓”，“ 咔嚓” ，画面便定格在了手机里：一高一矮，一胖一瘦，两个背影，头顶是那轮橘色的圆月，背景是那幽深恬静的街巷，很是入画的一景。

走出街巷，便是旷野，潮湿清冽的寒气扑面而来，混着些淡淡的庄稼味儿。玉米秸攒在一块儿，一堆堆的堆放在玉米地里。“中庭地白树栖鸦，冷露无声湿桂花。”这两句诗忽然跳入我的脑海，想那诗人在那万籁俱寂的深夜，仰望明月，凝想入神，丝丝寒意，轻轻袭来，肯定会浮想联翩吧。只是，这“冷露无声湿庄稼”的意境，肯定会显得更悠远，更耐人寻味吧。我被我的奇思妙想差点逗乐了。

发动起汽车，老公转头：“我带你们到龙马河公园去玩玩吧。” 儿子雀跃，我忙点头。

刚踏进公园，儿子便兴奋地拽着我转起了圈圈，转的我是头晕脑胀。我忙告饶，“儿子，暂停暂停，让老妈喘喘气儿。”儿子松手，转身一级级跳起台阶来，“这小子，整个属猴儿的，怪不得老公总是调侃他，粘上几根猴毛比猴子还精！”

月亮已经爬上树梢，几棵新栽的古树枝丫寥落。“月上柳梢头，人约黄昏后”，踏着清辉，我舞影零乱，我歌月徘徊。呵呵，看来真得减肥了，跳了几下，就气喘吁吁，幸亏不爱香水，否则真会香汗淋漓了。

“老爸老妈，咱们到对面去看看巨龙吧。”儿子建议。

穿过马路，到了对面。几位老人拿着马扎，听着广播，谈着时政……一派安闲自在的模样。

赏过巨龙，踏上拱桥，月色皎皎，弥漫于身畔的是高低错落，远近和谐的秋虫呢哝之声。这拱桥，今年春节刚过时，我们一家一起走过。记得小侄女雅宁还坐在上面拍过照呢，旋转的红裙子，娇憨的笑模样，清脆的叫喊声……真如昨日啊！只是时光荏苒啊，大半年已经过去了，雅宁，想姑姑姑父了吗？想哥哥了吗？老爸老妈，你们在忙啥呢？又出去遛弯了？想女儿外孙了吧？

“老爸老妈，快过来，这里很适合野餐！”儿子的声音再次打断了我的遐想。穿过蹊径，我们踏上一个方形的浮桥，浮桥凸出在河面，四围木质栏杆，脚底是条木铺就的桥面，有两个宽宽长长的凳子。明月朗照，枝条交映，秋虫呢哝，真的是一个静谧舒适的所在，看来，这几年的野外嬉戏没有白费，这小子还是颇有自己的见地的。

“怎么写呢？”稍稍沉默，儿子问道。

我最喜欢吃肉了，妈妈给我往里面放了火腿、蔬菜丁，怎么感觉是中式的汉堡呢，不过烤出来比汉堡好吃多了，因为比汉堡香脆，比汉堡酥甜，最重要的是妈妈的味道，妈妈做的月饼真好吃。

妈妈还做了爸爸喜欢吃的蛋黄月饼，她自己喜欢吃的西瓜月饼。我们把月饼都摆到院子里，一边看着天上圆圆的月亮，一边吃着自己喜欢的月饼，我想嫦娥恐怕也吃不到我妈妈做的这么好吃的月饼吧！

赶在中秋节前夕，我参加了一次有意义的小记者活动—纯手工月饼制作，过了一把小小月饼师的瘾，做出了即美观又香甜可口的月饼。

活动开始了，这里装备齐全，可以做出不同品种的月饼，有牛奶味的，胡萝卜味的，还有猕猴桃味的……一位位“月饼师”带上一次性手套齐上阵。首先把不同味道的水果汁分别倒进老师为我们提前准备好的已经熟了的糯米粉中，由每组的“大力士”来和粉，在一旁加油打气的人可真不少！第一个步骤好不容易完成了，接下来我们要把馅分成每个15克，每6个装在预先准备好的包装盒里。可能是因为有些队员怕麻烦，积极性一下子降低了不少，好不容易完成了这个步骤，等待我们的将是一个更难的“关卡”—把和好的粉团分成40克每个，每人可以做6个月饼。刚称好一个，我们组的称就被别人借走了，看来我们只能自己估计重量了，我开始担心起来，看到别的组都开始做最后一步了，我们却还在这手忙脚乱的。有时这种危机感也并不是坏事，这不我们组的成员一下子配合的越来越有默契了，不到五分钟，每个人的粉团就都躺在了各自的月饼盒里了。最后一步终于快完成了，大家都把粉团捏成一只碗形，把事先准备好的香喷喷的豆沙馅包在碗里，用模具一压，很快一个香甜、美味的月饼就大功告成了。直接可以拿来吃了，有几个“小馋猫”忍不住就开始慢慢品尝起来，香香甜甜的月饼含在嘴里入口即化，甜而不腻，回味无穷！用熟糯米粉做的月饼可真是好吃又快捷呀！

看着自己亲手做的月饼，准备打包带回家中，和家人一起品尝这其中的美味。顿时心中一股莫名的喜悦涌上心头：自己动手做出来的月饼味道就是不一样，吃在嘴里甜在心里。

“八月十五月儿明呀，爷爷为我打月饼呀，月饼圆圆甜又香啊，一块月饼一片情啊！”每当唱起这首歌谣，一年一度的中秋节就到了。

一大早，我和妈妈就来到卖月饼的地方。只见货架上的月饼琳琅满目，人流如潮，耳朵里到处都是一家人为买什么月饼的争论声，鼻子里充满了月饼芳香的味道。我们货比三家，终于找到了一家便宜又好吃的月饼店。刚巧，里面有我最爱吃的凤梨月饼，妈妈一听，就帮我买了一盒。

夜幕降临了，我们拿着早上买的月饼，去婆婆家赏月。在车里，妈妈突然大叫起来：“好大的‘太阳’啊！”哦，原来是一轮明月已经高高地挂在夜空了，就像一个大玉盘。来的婆婆家，我们坐在院子的长椅上，一边欣赏月亮一边准备切月饼。月饼真香啊，妈妈拿着刀站在桌子前，爸爸说：“快切呀、快切呀。”公公、婆婆也乐呵呵地等着吃月饼，我更是“口水流下三千尺。”看着我们的馋样，妈妈笑眯眯的切好了月饼。

我拿起一块月饼就往嘴里送，真香啊！我一边吃月饼一边赏明月。看着此时的月亮，我想：“远方的亲戚，他们是不是像诗里写那样举头望明月，低头思故乡呢？在月宫上的嫦娥，看着人间团圆的景象，是不是也在想念人间的生活呢？爸爸看着深思的我突然把我抱起来，只听见”咔嚓“一声，妈妈帮我拍了一张照片。哦！原来我这样刚好可以”碰“到月亮，就像我捧着月亮一样，真有趣！

这真是一个美好的中秋节，令所有人都难忘，回忆的中秋节。

后羿把丸子交给嫦娥，把事情的来龙去脉说清楚了，结果被他的徒弟听见了。第二天，后羿走了，徒弟就强迫嫦娥把丸子交出来，嫦娥十分害怕，就把丸子吃到了肚子里，飞上了月亮。后羿回来后发现嫦娥离开了，他悲痛不已。为了纪念嫦娥，后羿把嫦娥最喜欢吃的葡萄和饼干放到桌上，其中那个饼就是月饼。于是每年中秋节人们都会赏月、吃饼，寓意是祈求和思念的人团圆。

听着妈妈的讲述，我觉得今天过一个非常有意义的中秋节，这个中秋节让我知道了一些关于中秋节的知识。

今天的月亮是一年中最圆的一天了，没错，今天是8月15中秋节。

俗话说的好，中秋月圆人团圆。下午，我们去了外婆家，正好赶上大妈妈做月饼，已经做完一批了，顺手拿了一个，想起来老师说要参加有关中秋节的活动，我想：这不正是一个有关中秋节的活动吗？就坐下和大妈妈一起做起了月饼。

我看着大妈妈做的有模有样，就向她探讨这个怎么做的，大妈妈告诉我有秘诀，就是手机上下载“下厨房”APP软件，就能找到你想做的美食的制作方法。我们做的是咸蛋黄月饼，查了出来，材料不少：咸蛋黄、黄油（或猪油）、水、面粉、玉米油、白糖、红豆沙、低筋面粉，有一些还要精确到克，差一丁点就可能改变月饼的味道。

接下来要开始做了一看步骤，没想到那么复杂：先把咸蛋黄放入白酒里浸泡一会儿，去腥，在预热180度烤10分钟，把白糖、水、玉米油和面粉一起揉成面团，摸着光滑，这是油皮，再把黄油和低筋面粉揉成摸起来粗糙的油酥面团，然后分成相同的数量，用油皮包住油酥，压成长条形，卷起来放一边松弛，同时利用松弛的时间做馅，把红豆沙做皮，包住咸蛋黄，和油团一样多，最后把松弛完的油团两边往上一拉，一边捏，擀园皮，把馅包住，再刷上蛋黄液，撒上芝麻，一个个搬至烤箱中，同时把烤箱调至180度，烤上30分钟，这样一个个白团团再水深火热中慢慢烤熟。时间一分一秒的过去了，烤箱中的香味扑鼻而来，我的口水情不自禁的流了下来，实在太香了，因为月饼还没散热，我只能对着烤箱垂涎三尺，等到温度一点点的散去，月饼一个个蹦跶在我的面前，我立马拿起一个往嘴巴里塞，这个时候我的味蕾得到了满足，实在是太好吃了，我两眼冒光，立马又拿了一个吃了起来，等到两个月饼光荣地躺在我的肚子里的时候，我终于饱了！

在我和大妈妈的分工合作下，我们做了整整100个月饼，真的是自己动手做的味道也不一样，这真的是一个难忘的中秋佳节！
