我走进一楼食堂，发现里面人山人海，有大人、有小记者、有老师………每张桌上摆着一个模具、两瓶酸奶、一碗面粉、一碗豆沙、一个称重器。水晶老师说先把两瓶酸奶倒进面粉里，用手把面粉捏成“大球”，再把豆沙摘成小块，到称重器上称重量，要求每个豆沙为14克。接下来把“大球”摘成“小球”，把“小球”放在称重器上称重量，每个面粉小球为40克，再把“小球”压成“大饼”，在“大饼”上放下豆沙小球，把豆沙小球裹起来，放进模具里，按住模具的按钮，把月饼从模具中挤出来，一个月饼就做好了！我做了猕猴桃、南瓜、酸奶味道的月饼。

做月饼真有趣啊！我还偷偷摸摸地尝了点儿，味道还是蛮不错的嘛！

我吃过红豆味的月饼，吃过绿豆味的月饼，还吃过水果味的月饼，也吃过奶油味的月饼……但就是没吃过冰皮月饼。可是今天，张老师要亲自教我们怎样做冰皮月饼。

我和同学们一样满怀无比期待和喜悦的心情，安静地坐在座位上，等呀等呀，张老师抱着一大盒做月饼的材料来了。

首先，张老师给我们依次介绍了做月饼的原料和工具。不看不知道，做月饼的原料还真多呢！有预拌粉、冰皮粉、果味粉、白油、馅料等等。介绍完毕，开始做月饼了。

我聚精会神地盯着张老师，跟着老师的步骤先把预拌粉搅拌好后调成面团，再把它揉搓成圆形，紧接着把它按平，冰冰凉凉的，像在摸雪糕似的。面皮开始变得柔软又有弹性了，我又跟着张老师的步伐开始放馅，先把馅搓成圆团，放进压平的冰皮面团里，然后把它包得严严实实的。哎呀，我用力过猛露馅了，我急得团团转。手忙脚乱中我灵机一动，把冰皮面团稍厚的地方往露馅的那边推了一点，真是有惊无险，我暗暗庆幸：哈哈，我太聪明了。

最后，张老师给我们每个人发了一个模具，张老师做了一遍示范给我们看，强调大家一定要将两个压膜片都放进去，可是粗心大意的我只放了一片，害得我的月饼最终还是成了露馅饼。

月饼做好了，张老师给我们拍照留念，同学们脸上都笑开了花，大家吃着自己亲手制作的月饼，欢声一片。

虽然这次做的月饼不太成功，我有点小小不开心，但我感受到了和大家一起做月饼的快乐，因为吃的这些月饼是自己做的。而且我认识了我从没见过的冰皮月饼，回家我还可以做给爸爸妈妈吃。

一年一度的中秋节就要到了，9月15日，我参加了亳州晚报小记者活动中心举行的做月饼活动。在去参加活动的路上，我的心情既激动又害怕，因为我怕一个月饼也做不好，我长这么大可没做过月饼呢！

我们小记者排着队来到商场的五楼，老师发给我一个号码牌。我是5号选手，今天我和姥姥可要挑战其他32组的选手呀！

开始的时候，公元烘焙的师傅为我们大家示范月饼的做法及步骤。只见老师把面团和蜜饯一个一个的分好，用面团包住蜜饯，然后放到一个木质的月饼模具中，轻轻按压，然后小心翼翼地磕出来。看着月饼师傅轻而易举就把月饼做好了，我紧张的心情也放松了下来。

第一轮比赛有8个家庭参加，我和姥姥要上场啦。我和姥姥撒了些面粉在模具里，然后把和好的面团拍成扁扁的面皮，包上莲蓉馅，放到模具里用力地按，按好后上下左右轻轻地在桌子上磕一下，一个完完整整的月饼就做好了。我和姥姥的速度非常快，6个月饼还没用到10分钟就做好了。我拿出牙签，在月饼上写上了“5”字，这样等烤出来之后别人就知道这是我做的月饼了。老师上来把我们做好的月饼收了起来，接下来就等着烘焙出香喷喷的月饼啦！

我们进入了休息区，商场里的工作人员为我们准备了喝的牛奶、果汁，还有水果，真是好开心呀。一会儿，我们又开始了下一个活动项目，台上的一位爷爷为我们讲解中秋节的习俗。原来中秋节还有这么多的习俗，还有很多关于中秋的诗句。今天可是学了不少的知识。

在无数种月饼里，我最爱吃的是芒果味的雪月饼。

打开盖子看看，花形的雪月饼漂亮极了！白白的花瓣加上淡黄色的花蕊，就像金黄的太阳花，散着香气，发出淡淡的微光。如果你轻轻地抹开月饼上小水晶般的“露珠”，哇！月饼如同分成了两半，一半洁白如冰雪，一半闪闪发光。

你再闻一闻，一股冷气扑散到脸上，还夹带着浓浓的香味。摸一摸表面，QQ的，像软软的橡皮糖，但却是冰冰的凉凉的。

你咬上一口，那浓浓的芒果味，滑到你舌尖，也滑到了你心窝。一看，中间是奶油香草，里面隐隐约约有很多芒果丁呢！再吮一口软皮，轻轻咬住，嚼一嚼，粘粘的，就如同过年时才能吃到的喜庆的年糕。吃进肚子里，满满的都是幸福的感觉。

掐指一算，还有几周就到八月十五中秋节了。超市里挂满了促销活动的牌子，那几百盒包装精致的月饼，在推销员那甜美的笑容映衬下显得那么诱人。正当我伸长脖子拼命伸手准备去拿一盒时，一个冰冷的声音打破了我的幻想：“别想了，我带你回家做月饼。”什么，做月饼，这还能吃吗？

回到家，我闷闷不乐地看着爸爸准备做月饼的工具。爸爸倒是乐呵呵地走来，说：“开始吧，先和面。”我只好找来水和面粉，胡乱一糊弄，爸爸看出我心不在焉，便对我说：“做什么事情都要认真。如果一个人连这一点都做不到，那做这件事还有什么意义？”对，做什么事都要集中注意力！想到这里，我便努力开始和面，不一会儿，面和完了。这时爸爸也很快把馅做好了。我们便进入了下一个过程，包月饼。

我们先把面团切成一条一条，在每一条里我们都放上面粉，然后把每条切成大小相等的5份。我用擀面杖把它们擀成圆圆的薄片。再把馅放在面皮中间，然后开始包月饼。

不想问题又来了，我用力过猛，一下子把馅给捏了出来，我又拿了一张面皮，但又不小心抓破了。我就这样试了好几次，还是包不好。我便泄气了，把东西往桌子上一扔，走出了厨房。

爸爸又看见了我的举动，他非但没有骂我，还对我说：“你有没有坚持，你想，如果你继续练习，总会成功做出一个月饼。”爸爸的话，像泉水流过心田。我回到厨房，重新拿起菜谱，认真包起了月饼，不一会儿，几十个圆饼出现在盘子里。

我拿出印模，在每一张饼上都按压了一下，一个个月饼就像变魔法般出现在盘子里。我把它们刷上了蛋黄水，烤了一会儿，便出现了一个个金黄色的月饼。竟然和商场里的一模一样。我尝了一口，又香又甜。

做月饼，让我学习到了坚持。

天狗吃月大家并不陌生，不过你小时候有没有像我一样的想法？

那年我四岁，正好过中秋，我心想，这回有月饼可以吃了，于是望着天空中又大又圆又亮的月亮时，心里美滋滋的，因为我想吃月饼，因此看到月亮不禁想到了月饼。我们吃完饭，准备下楼遛弯儿，我想，这回我肯定能够到那个月饼，于是，我下楼了，兴奋和急切的心情使我无法控制住那快要累死了的腿，我飞快的跑出家门，是这够那个月饼，可是怎么够也够不着，当时我已恼羞成怒，气愤不已。于是老爷看见我在那里傻傻的呆着，就问怎么了，我说我够不到月亮，也就是月饼。这番话让路人听到了，不禁也笑了起来，我很奇怪，就问怎么了，路人说月亮是摘不下来的，当时我就蒙了，哎，白高兴一场了。

April Fools Day is a day to play jokes on others, No one knows how this holiday began but people think it first started in France.

In the 16 th century, people celebrated New Years Day from March 25 to April 1. In the mid—1560s King Charles IX changed it from March 25 to January 1. But some people still celebrated in on April 1, so others called them April Fools.

Each country celebrates April Fools Day differently. In France, people call the April Fools “April Fish”. They tape a paper fish to their friends backs to fool them. When he or she finds this , they shout “April Fish!”

In England, people play jokes only in the morning. You are a “noodle” if someone fools you. In Scotland, April Fools Day is 48 hours long. They call an April Fool “April Gowk”. Gowk is another name for a cuckoo bird.

In the America, people play small jokes on their friends and any other people on the first of Aprol. They may point down to your shoe and say, “ Your shoelace is untied.” If you believe them and look down to see, you are an April Fool then.
