今天是农历八月十五日，也是我国的传统节日——中秋节。每逢中秋，家家户户都要吃月饼、赏月，而我们家的月饼却是与众不同的，因为今年我和妈妈、奶奶决定亲手做些月饼出来，与家人一起分享。

我们要做的是肉馅月饼和紫薯月饼。准备的材料有：紫薯、食用油、发酵粉、面粉、肉等等。妈妈先蒸了几个紫薯，随后我将蒸好了的紫薯放进碗里用木槌使劲捣成了泥，放在一边备用。妈妈也没闲着，瞧，她正拿着菜刀切肉呢！这时，奶奶从柜子里拿出来一袋发酵粉，轻轻撕开，小心翼翼地倒入铁盆，一边往里面倒了一些水，一边搅拌。完全溶解后，开始往里面加面粉，也是一边加一边搅拌，加到一定量后，就开始揉面了。没多久，面揉好时，奶奶又把揉好的面包上一层保鲜膜放在一旁静静地发酵。再看看另一边，妈妈把肉也切好了，正在把切好的肉末入锅里翻炒呢，随着香气的四溢，我忍不住咽了咽口水，抢着要来拌馅。

没一会儿功夫，面发酵好了，开始做月饼啦！首先，我从面团上揪下一小块，搓成球形，然后从中间慢慢往外捏，捏成窝头状，再用勺子把馅儿放进窝里，再包起来。包成团后，放进带有花纹的模具里，在用力往下压，慢慢倒扣出来。嘿，一个漂亮的月饼就做好了！我拿起月饼跟妈妈、奶奶做的放在一起，一种说不清道不明的滋味顿时涌上心头，我还要做好多好多的月饼……最后，我们我们的成果放进烤箱里，慢慢等它们烤熟。过了许久，一个个香喷喷的月饼出炉了，不待凉我就慌忙咬了一口，虽烫口但回味无穷，这是我第一次吃自己做的月饼啊……

在这个合家团圆的日子里，我们一起吃着手工月饼，幸福无比！

During the 15 days from New Years Eve to Lantern Festival, Beijing was affected by smog for more than half the time, because of which people suffered a lot. On the road people drove slowly because they could not see clearly. People also suffered from many illnesses caused by smog.

The smog in Beijing has been caused by many factors, in which the increase of cars in the city area plays an important role. The carssend off a lot of poisonous gases, which in turn adds to the already seriousair pollution.

In my opinion, the number of cars should be limited.We should call on the people to use more public transport. Only in this way canwe expect to have more sunny days.

It is reported that ten big cities in China are being  among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.

Many factors are  to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air, the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the  use of plastic bags etc.

To my view, stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without  should be heavily fined. 星期五下午，我们一群小记者顶着烈日去参加亲子烘培活动。

到了指定地点，工作人员热情地接待了我们，她们拿出了自己做的精美的冰淇淋，分发给我们每个小记者，在这炎热的夏天给我们带来了一丝凉意。

接下来就是我们小记者们大显身手的时候了。刚开始我还觉得很简单，但是真正自己动手了就洋相百出，在用水油皮包住干油酥的时候，意外发生了，因为我把水油皮擀的太薄，放上干油酥包起来的时候，皮子漏了，根本包不上，看着其他小记者们完成的都不错，我有点急了，爸爸鼓励我：“不要急，知道问题出在哪里了，等下一个做的时候注意点就可以了。”在爸爸的鼓励和安慰下，下来几个包的还算对得起观众。经过搓揉、擀皮、包馅，一盘盘形态各异、大大小小的月饼终于完成了。最难熬的是等待，因为要把做好的月饼放烤箱烤二十分钟，小记者们都迫不及待的等在烤箱旁，希望能早点烤好。

激动人心的一刻终于到了，看着拿出来一个个金黄色自己做的月饼，一种成就感油然而生，我拿起一个，轻轻一咬，哇，好香，味道好美啊！吃着自己亲手做的，心里美滋滋的，这种感觉和味道跟买来的是截然不同的，我想每个小记者的想法应该是一样的。

活动接近尾声，通过这次体验活动，我明白了一个道理：做任何事，只要勇敢、自信、敢于去积极尝试，就会得到意想不到的收获和成功！

星期四的时候，我去了阿姨家有好多月饼啊！

我们一边吃月饼，一边看电影。终于知道了这原来是用面粉做成的，好像不是，我着急了这到底是用什么做成的呀！我只知道这里面有些是蛋黄的，有些里面是葡萄的，我们就开始找东西做月饼我弄了一个鸡蛋的月饼，还被我做成正方形的了。我看着阿姨做眼睛应接不暇，看清楚了这个，那个又做好了。我看的眼睛都花了，我想我还是让阿姨了交我做吧！我就叫阿姨来交我，果然，一下就会做月饼了。我吃了一口，把它吐掉了，

因为我吃进去了的都是面粉。阿姨说：“你干嘛，把面粉吃进去了，这个要烤一下才能吃的。”我把月饼给烤了，那了出来的时候月饼变形了。我吃一下，好难吃的月饼啊！

我又想为什么我们做的月饼这么难吃，为什么他们月饼这么好吃呢？我们边吃月饼，边看电影，好爽啊。

我们弄的家林都是月饼里的蛋黄和牛肉。我们吃的嘴巴旁边都是那里面的东西。我们吃得肚子都饱饱的。

我和月饼是最好的朋友，它也不是人我以后再也不吃月饼了！我以后是它的好朋友。

中秋节快到了，妈妈带我去参加爱心社组织的“今年中秋特开心，我和家人做月饼”的活动。

星期天下午，我兴奋地随妈妈和同学们来到活动地点，首先我们排队领了材料，然后找了一张桌子，我们各自穿上围裙围在桌子旁做准备工作，其次由义工老师讲解做月饼的要领，最后我们兴高采烈地做起了月饼。

我先用电子称称出25g的月饼皮和馅，然后把月饼皮和馅撮成圆形，再压扁，其次拿起一坨豆沙馅放在饼皮中间，然后用双手很小心的把饼皮往上推，把豆沙馅给全部包住。再把这些做好的月饼放在模具里使劲一压，哇!好漂亮呀，有中秋，花朵……各式各样的小月饼摆在我的面前，妈妈夸我做得有模有样，首战告捷，我好开心!……

最后义工老师把我们做好的月饼放进了一个大烤箱里。过了半个多小时，香喷喷的味道迎面扑来。我迫不及待地拿起自己做的月饼打量一番，然后咬了一口，啊，又香又软，让人吃了一个还想再来一个。

今天是个特别让人愉快的日子，我亲自做了一回月饼，那感觉真是妙不可言!

终于，客人走了。母亲拿出一包月饼，小心翼翼地取出一个。那时的月饼包装简洁素朴，外包装上一般印有一个红圈，是正方形外包装的内切圆。圆内印有图形，也是红色的。月饼上也印有清晰的红色花纹。虽然没有太多变化，但花纹总是那么清晰，那么均匀，那么好看。母亲把月饼用刀切成两半，红心圆也变成了两半，我和妹妹急切地拿起来，放在手里，端详了半天，才舍得下口。偶尔，我们相视一笑，那种情趣无以言表。笑声充盈在楹梁之间，香气溢满了简陋的小屋。那美丽的红色花纹和香甜的玫瑰丝，慢慢在唇齿之间消失了。那一刻，我觉得世间所有的美味都不及这小小的月饼。剩下的月饼，只能留到中秋节全家一起分享。接下来，就是对中秋节的期待了。

中秋节到了，母亲擀上香喷喷的手擀面，每人一大碗，管饱。饭后，我们把小桌摆在院子里，一家人围坐桌旁，边饮茶赏月，边品味月饼，边聊天说笑，边享受无边亲情。母亲洗上一盘苹果，把剩下的月饼平均分成四份，让我们兄妹四个一起挑选。父母亲是舍不得吃月饼的。我和妹妹除了享用自己的那一份，还可以从大哥、二哥那里分一份，尽情享受着被人宠爱的感觉，幸福得不得了。我们吃下去的，不仅仅是美味，还有那一份浓浓的犹如醇香咖啡、经久不化的亲情。这份亲情，让我们在今后的日子里，不孤单，不悲戚，时时如有一把无形的大手温暖着，鼓励着，一路前行，风雨之中异能见彩虹。

时隔三十多年，那种吃月饼的意境一直在我的脑际萦回。那是一种难以言表的身心的快乐，镌刻在记忆深处，永远也不会淡忘。我想，那也许是因为增添了与人分享的感觉，所以才有了那种沁人心脾的愉悦。你只是轻轻想来，一种幸福感便也填满你的身心。

今夜，月亮又圆，相隔几百里的兄弟姐妹，在自己的幸福小家里品味中秋。记忆中的点点滴滴，温馨着我，丝丝缕缕由时间珍藏的爱再也抑制不住时间的压力，喷薄而出，写下了一路的温暖与柔情。此时，我的心软软的。我知道，那份属于童年的温馨将一直陪伴着我，因为那儿永远是我的故乡，我的家，我的根，永远有我的双亲，我的兄妹。

i’m very glad to tell you something about chinas second manned spacecraft shenzhou vi.

it was launched at 9 o’clock, oct 12, 2008. and it returned to earth at about half past 4, oct 17. shenzhou vi orbited around the earth at a speed of 7.9 kilometers per second and traveled 3.25 million kilometers during the 115 hours and 33 minutes’ journey in space. the total cost is rmb900 million . aboard the craft were two astronauts, fei junlong and nie haisheng, who conducted a lot of scientific experiments. their journey in space was very smooth. the living and working conditions inside the cabin were very good. their health is in good condition.

中秋节，吃月饼！这可是我盼望好久的节日。那天晚上，爸爸带我们去奶奶家吃团圆饭。

奶奶早就在门口等着了，看见我们来了，奶奶高兴地嘴都合不拢了。奶奶走到我的面前，告诉我说：“我给你做了烧鱼、炸鸡……”“真的？”我的口水已经流了出来。不等奶奶回答，我就飞奔了进去。“哇！是真的！”大家都笑了起来。我迫不及待的吃了起来。

就在快吃完的时候，我问了奶奶一个问题：“奶奶，难道光吃团圆饭不吃月饼吗？”“呵呵，有，吃完饭就吃。”我立即罢工，奶奶问我：“怎么不吃了？”“留一点空位儿给月饼。”我说。

吃完饭，奶奶把满满一盘、大大小小的月饼端了出来。大的月饼像一个手掌那么大，小的月饼像一个嘴巴，月饼有草莓味、蜜瓜味、凤梨味、豆沙味……奶奶还说：“这些月饼的里面有一个月饼里面有一枚硬币。”长辈们都让我先挑。

我看了看那个，又看看了看这个，忽然，一个大的被我看中了。我把他拿了起来，咬了一口，把月饼咬成了不圆月；咬了两口，还没有吃到硬币。我吃得很慢，因为我怕咬住了硬币，弄疼了我的牙。眼看着月饼都快吃成月牙了，还没吃到硬币，我有点泄气了。吃完这个大的月饼，我有拿了个小的吃。吃一口成了“不圆月”，吃两口成了“月牙”，还是没吃到硬币。我把这个小的吃完就对奶奶说：“奶奶，根本没有。”奶奶笑了笑说：“想让你吃多点！”

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually

goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to

school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because

of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and

occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to

keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming think nothing is more

refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has ended I went swimming

many times with my classmates we all had a good time. This summer vacation,

however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student

I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were a year

away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time

between work play during the summer vacation derived benefit from this

arrangement.

1.There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.

In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.

2.We can’t live without water, but now the water was polluted. It is the biggest problem. It influences our daily life. So we should find a way to solve this problem. Water is important resources. In our daily life, we often leave the tap on after cleaning hands. Sometimes we often drop litter in the river. So the water was polluted by us. I think we could use a bottle of water two or three times. We have to turn off the tap after cleaning hands.

Let’s try to form a good habit and save things around us. Let’s do it from now on!

Fish can’t live without water. Plants can’t live without water. People can’t live without water, either. As you can see, the water is very important to us. But now drinking water is leand less. The water was polluted seriously.
