没有家人陪伴和没有月饼可以吃的中秋节是不完整的，而在那年的中秋节，虽然身边没有家人的陪伴，但那年中秋节吃下的月饼是我吃过最暖心的月饼，不是说吃下的月饼有多么的美味和特别，只是那年中秋节有一份难得的情谊值得我们回过头来想念。

在中秋节的前两天，我们舞蹈队临时接到通知，说是要在中秋佳节的时候，去到省里去演出，听到这个消息，起初爸爸妈妈还有爷爷奶奶自然是不愿意的，但在我一再的坚持下，他们还是同意了下来。

中秋节的那天，我们舞蹈队早早的就坐上了学校为我们准备的校车上，从天刚刚蒙蒙亮再到清晨的第一缕阳光缓缓的出现在这个世界，看着窗外的一切，再想着往常的中秋节肯定都是在家里和亲朋好友热闹的度过，如今只能在车上和一个陌生的地方度过这个团圆的日子，想着家中的爸爸妈妈我心里开始有点后悔。

演出结束后，我们来到饭店里面填饱了肚子，在大家都吃饱了以后，我们的舞蹈老师却说起了话来，她从身后的包里拿出了藏了很久的月饼，向我们说道：“孩子们，中秋节快乐，今天辛苦了。”

老师的话一说完，我的心瞬间就被暖烘烘的情感填满，瞬间感到老师对我们爱。舞蹈队的小伙伴一人一个月饼，开开心心的吃下这个包裹着爱的月饼。

这次的中秋节，我难忘，这次中秋节吃下的月饼，我更难忘。

我中秋节那天问妈妈，为什么要吃月饼，妈妈说“中秋节吃月饼就是借着农历八月十五月儿圆圆、人也团圆的寓意表达我们中国人希望生活和和美美、团团圆圆的美好愿望。所以每逢八月十五，在外面的人要尽量的回到家乡、回到父母兄弟姐妹那里，享受亲情、享受天伦之乐。如果和亲人不能团聚，那么就中秋节这天呢，海上生明月，天涯共此时。抬头望明月，低头吃月饼，也表示大家在一起了。”

今年八月十五，我吃了不少广式月饼。它们有大有小，外面的皮金灿灿的；里面呢，有的包着豆沙馅、有的包着枣泥馅、有的包着莲蓉馅，还有五仁馅的，透着桂花香，很是让人流口水。我第一口吃下去软软的，第二口甜甜的，第三口我忍不住“啊呜”一口把它们全吃掉了！如果再喝上一口桂花茶，那就更爽了。

中秋节吃月饼是我国传统的习俗，月饼的种类繁多，我最爱吃的是蓝莓月饼，除此之外还有莲蓉月饼、水果月饼、冰皮月饼......

说起中秋吃月饼，还有个古老的传说。在古代，人们在中秋节吃月饼拜月神时，把月饼当作供品。不过那时的月饼叫小饼、宫饼、团圆饼，就是不叫月饼。到了汉朝，皇帝派了一个叫张骞的使节出使西域，他带加了芝麻和胡桃做馅的圆形饼，叫做胡饼。唐朝的时候，据说有一年中秋晚上，当月亮升起的时候，唐玄宗和杨贵妃在皎洁的月光下一起赏月吃胡饼。吃着吃着，唐玄宗忽然说：“这个胡饼的名字怎么这么难听呢。”在一旁的杨贵妃为了讨皇上欢心，望了望天上的明月随口回答道：“那把它叫月饼吧!”所以，月饼这个名字就流传开了。

今年中秋节我和家人一起吃月饼和赏月。呀!那天的月亮真圆啊!这时我想起一首诗：小时不识月，乎作白玉盘。又疑瑶台镜，飞在青云端。赏月之后，我们去吃饭。哇!我的亲朋好友都来了，桌上摆满了热呼呼的、香甜可口的饭菜，我的口水都流出来了。正当我们吃得津津有味的时候，爸爸举起杯子大声说：“干杯!”我知道，他这是要为团圆干杯。

“海上生明月，天涯共此时。”每年中秋节，家家户户都会合家团聚。今年的中秋前夕，家委会的叔叔阿姨们给了我们一个大惊喜——DIY冰皮月饼！

最后一道工序：成型。月饼模具是手压式的，有着一个粗粗的圆筒，圆筒底部是各种花纹，圆筒上面有一个大手柄。妈妈告诉我，把团子放进去，再将它倒扣在桌上，将上面的手柄按到底，再拿起模具，轻轻地推一下手柄，月饼就会自然脱落。按照妈妈教我的方法，我拿起一个模具，将月饼放进去，轻轻一压，一个漂亮的月饼就做好了。我拿起月饼看了看，原来是机器猫的花纹呀，机器猫的嘴角上扬，好像在对我说：“中秋快乐！”接下来，我又印了玫瑰花、米老鼠等图案。没多久，八个冰皮月饼就水到渠成了。

今天是八月十五中秋节，是我国的传统节日。妈妈给我买了我最喜欢吃的五仁馅月饼。但是，爸爸今天却远在商丘。

On the afternoon of new years day, when I finished my homework, Dad took me to my house to buy a new house, and I couldnt wait to sit on my fathers electric car.

母亲在村里是有名的打月饼能手，她打的月饼又圆又满，又甜又香。每年中秋，母亲不仅会为自己家里打月饼，还经常被邻里们邀请去帮忙。

母亲是一个非常讲礼数的人，虽然经常帮助别人，但却从不会收下别人送给母亲的月饼。母亲总是这样婉拒别人：“我这就要回家打月饼了，还要你家的月饼干嘛呢！”

在我9岁那年，母亲帮弄堂口的宝根婶打好月饼回家后，并没有像往年那样立刻开始擀面做馅，而是坐在了堂前的小木凳上发呆。母亲把我搂进怀里说：“我们今年可能吃不上月饼了！”

“为什么呢？”我难过地问。

“家里没有鸡蛋了，那只蛋鸡现在又在孵窝，早就不下蛋了。”母亲忧心忡忡地说，“没有鸡蛋，就做不成月饼。”

我沮丧地靠在母亲怀里，一言不发，我知道母亲无力改变这一切，所以我能做得只有尽量乖巧懂事一点，不给母亲添乱。尽管这样，但眼泪却悄无声息地流了下来，落在母亲的手背上。

“我出去想想办法。”母亲用衣袖为我擦了泪，然后让我一个人在家呆一会，就起身往村口小溪边的树林里走去，我心想母亲一定是出去借鸡蛋了，可河边根本没人住，能向谁借呢？

我在家门口捏了不久的小泥车，母亲就回来了，她的手一直捂着口袋，似乎怕口袋里有什么东西会碎了，母亲兴奋地告诉我，可以做月饼了！走进屋，母亲从口袋里掏出来的，居然是几十个鸟蛋，母亲一边打着鸟蛋，一边告诉我这是她从河边的树林里掏的，为了她够这些鸟蛋，她一连爬了十多棵树呢！

看着母亲已经有些微胖的身体，我简直无法想像她是如何做到的，这时，我突然注意到，母亲的脚趾上包着一块小碎布，殷红的血水从里面浸透出来，把布也染红了。

“妈妈，你的脚……”我问。

“没什么，爬树的时候不小心滑了脚，结果在树皮上刮翻了一块脚指甲。”母亲轻描淡写地说着，继续着手中的活计。

母亲很快开始擀面揉粉、压月饼……没过多久，母亲烤熟了月饼，就在母亲开始往烤笼里取月饼的时候，母亲脚趾上的布条松了，她蹲下去绑好绳子后继续取月饼，但是她没有注意到，她的手上已经沾上了一些血，等母亲留意到的时候，已经有两三个月饼从母亲的手指上沾到血痕了。

母亲“呀”地惊呼了一声，连忙洗了手，她拿着那几个沾着血痕的月饼看了看，走到猪栏前想扔了喂猪，我跑过去拉住了母亲。“妈妈，给我吃吧！”母亲这么辛苦做起来的月饼，我实在不愿意就这样被扔进猪栏。

“可是，这上面沾上血痕了。”母亲看着手中的月饼，自责地说，“都怪我，太不仔细了！”

我不知道该用什么言语来安慰母亲，我只知道我不舍得母亲扔掉这几个月饼，我从母亲手中拿过那几个月饼，放到嘴里吃了起来。

月饼甜甜的，其中拌着一丝微微的咸，我知道，那是母亲的血。不，确切地说，那是母亲对我的爱！

今天，我来到萧山日报的食堂，跟水晶老师学做冰皮月饼。

到了食堂，我先领了一个盒子，这个盒子是用来装月饼的，然后我找了一个位置坐下来。桌上有三盆面粉，三种不同的汁，分别是牛奶、猕猴桃汁和胡萝卜汁，各两杯；一个电子秤、两碗红豆沙、三个模具和几个印印。

水晶老师告诉我们，这个是面粉是熟面粉，做好直接可以吃，太好了。先把两杯相同的汁都分别倒在一个面粉盆里，一直揉搓，揉到表面全成光滑为止，然后用电子秤按每份45克称好，豆沙每份15克称好。每人各拿两白、两绿、两黄的粉团，把粉团压扁，周围薄一点，中间厚一点，把豆沙包里面。然后光滑的一面放在模具里面，口子上放一个图案，上面一个东西往下一按就好了，拿出来一看，有花纹了，好漂亮。

冰皮月饼做好了，咬一口，糯糯的甜甜的，味道好极了！

奶奶再三叮嘱我不要吃那盒月饼，然后把它藏到房间里就去锄地了。我向来都是喜欢吃白莲馅的月饼，这下听说拿去祭祖的竟然不是它，心里自然有种不高兴的感觉。想：“去，你是哪跟葱，竟敢跟我最喜爱的白莲做对。我倒要尝尝你是什么味的。”于是我探探四周没有人后，悄悄地溜进奶奶房里，轻轻地打开那盒月饼。哇，在里面憋了几天的香味一拥而出，“香，的确是香”。我惊叹道。这么香的月饼是什么馅的呢？我冲满了好奇心，再也忍不住了，拿起一个毫不犹豫地塞进嘴里，嗯，的确好吃，一看，啊，这馅绿绿的很好吃。咬了几口后，又拿起一个又咬了一口，咦，这馅是黄色的，哈，一个又一个的月饼都遭了秧。呼，吃饱了，我长长地呼了一口气，一看月饼盒，我才发现我犯了错，瞧，一个个月饼像被老鼠咬了一样，七零八落。我正要逃出房间，被奶奶逮个正着，她说：“我们家什么时候生了个小老鼠呀？”我嘻嘻地笑了两声，不好意思地跑了出去。

首先，要做月饼的皮，那软软的、甜甜的、口感细腻的。它由两个东西组成——“月饼专用”糖浆和中筋小麦粉。将糖浆与小麦粉混合，成黄色面团。我把黄色面团包好，放在一旁，接着，要做里面的陷了。

这次做月饼，让我领悟了一些道理……
