开始啦，首先，把冰皮粉加85度热水以一比一的分量混合，搅拌均匀，盖上保鲜膜，醒10分钟。然后，在面团里加入果味粉，反反复复地揉搓大约五分钟。再用电子秤，把面团和馅料按20g/份的标准分成小团，搓成小圆球。我小心翼翼地拿起面团，用擀面杖使劲按压，面团犹如被涂上了502胶水，怎么也撕不下来。“失败是成功之母”，我决定多试试，挑了一个紫色的面团，仔细地看了看，扑上一层面粉，擀面杖滚动轻压，不时停下来检查，厚薄一致的3厘米左右的冰皮出来啦！再把馅球裹进薄片中，完全包裹，最重要是不露馅。最后，把这个带馅的＂汤圆＂放进各种不同图案的模具里，收口朝下，轻轻一压，推开，一个漂亮的冰皮月饼就诞生了！我骄傲地欣赏着我的第一件作品：精致的花边，剔透晶莹的色泽，非常诱人。一口咬下去，月饼嫩嫩甜甜的，唇齿留香。

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. we looked up to chris and he looked down at us a bit hesitant. i dont blame him the poor guy. it was then we told him to let go and to fall on his back. chris looked at me and asked "are you sure ill land on the blanket?" now, my brother at the age of four, had a cute squeaky voice. but because of a problem at birth with his tongue being a bit attached to the mouth, it came out more like this, "ah you sho awill lan on da blanked?", "yup!", i told him, "were sure!" and he let go.now when i think about chris letting go of that branch, i think of his faith in me and my sisters and i also think how stupid he was to trust us, cause when that boy let go he was in for a big surprise. chris fell right through that sheet and landed right on his stomach. and no matter how tight we held on to the sheet, he still managed to get through.

“万岁，万岁！终于可以做月饼了！”咦，这是哪个班传来的欢呼声？原来是四（4）班的同学在举办“月饼圆圆寄深情”的活动呢！

首先，大家用热烈的掌声请出燕子老师。燕子老师是家委会的叔叔阿姨特地请来教我们做月饼的。她指着餐盘里的食材介绍道：“软软的、冰冰的就是皮，而有点硬的就是月饼的馅儿。馅儿有各种各样的味道，奶黄的、板栗的、豆沙的……”同学们听得入了迷，个个微张着嘴巴，一个不小心口水就会滴落下来。燕子老师接着说：“现在我们拿一块皮，把它捏得稍微扁一点，再拿一块馅儿，把馅儿包在皮里面，然后轻轻地把它搓成一个圆，这样就完成了第一个步骤！”

只有一双筷子，一人和一下，把面和的像一盆散沙，只能强行把他们揉在一起。接下来，要把面团平均分成12份。这可是最难的了。这面团像是淘气的孩子，揉着揉着就散架了，幸好后来一个老师前来帮忙，我们才得以完成这一步。然后，就是把每份都揉成团了。这很简单，揉完之后，我小心翼翼地捏起他们，好像使劲一点就会碎掉。再就是把它们一个个摁扁，放馅，捏紧，团成团，放到模具里，压扁，摁出来，一个个可爱的月饼就做好了!

一、英语写作的特点.

The characteristics of formal writing

1.名词化趋势

I do not eat much.-->I am a light eater.

The clock on the desk reminds me of time.-->I put a clock on the desk as a reminder of time.

We once cried, laughed and disappointed.-->There were moments of tears, moments of laughter, and moments of disappointment.

注意:名词化趋势的句子当然还有动词, 目的是尽量把表达句子中心意思的那个词汇用名词表达.符合英文的习惯.

2.无灵主语(区别于被动语态)

我们中文写作中,习惯以人做主语,而英文则相反,习惯以物做主格.

More and more young students studied further in the past two decades.

-->The past two decades witnessed a growing number of young students for further study.

Looking out of the window, you will have a nice view.

-->A glance out of the window offers you a nice view.

注意: 名词化趋势和无灵主语常常是相结合的.

3.被动语态

这一点大家比较熟悉,不详细讲.比如:

二、句式的写作:

Main features of English sentences:

1.长短句结合

Love is patient and kind. It is never jealous, boastful, proud or rude. It keeps no record of wrong that others do. It always protects, always fruits, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails.

一般来讲,总结性的句子应当使用短句,而说理的句子应用长句.

2.并列复合句

这种句子属于十分难写的句子,也举一个例子:

He who wants to save his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for me will save it.

3.单一复合句

也就是我们常说的各种从句,不再举例.

1. ”-ing & -ed” groups

4.介词短语

5.主语从句

e.g.

句子的变化还有 It is self-evident(adj) that…….和There be 这样的句子

6.倒装

(1)将一些否定性含义的副词和短语在句首,用倒装会使句子生色不少.

Never before has such a high standard been achieved.

Hardly had he arrived when she started complaining.

(2)为使描绘更加生动,与介词同形的副词可以移动到句首,而把主语放到谓语后面去.

Following the roar, out rushed a tiger from the bushes.

In came a pretty girl he had never seen before.

四、插入语

插入语可以是一个小词,也可以是一个同谓语的形式.

1.先看一个小技巧：(对there be 句型均有效)

There is, recently, a debate amongst educators that……

通俗的讲,在老外眼里,主语与谓语离的越远,句子的档次越高.

2.插入语后面再接上一个定语从句;

Direct experience, a necessary means to recognize the world, which differs from knowledge acquired from books, is a major step to the cognitive world.

再看几个同谓语从句的例子:

今天，我参加了小记者活动，亲手做了一回冰皮月饼。

广式月饼、苏式月饼的做法我在电视里都看到过，但冰皮月饼的做法却让我感觉有点神秘。八月十五吃月饼，这次中秋节，我就可以吃到自己亲手做的冰皮月饼啦！

然后，就要把它包起来。一个香甜可口的冰皮当然少不了它那甜甜的豆沙。黏黏的豆沙真是令人讨厌的家伙，死死地赖在我的手套上不肯走。终于，豆沙分完后，就要分面团了。大家分工揉的三个面团不一会儿就被我们“瓜分”了，你一个，我一个，这些小面团便成为了惹人喜爱的小孩子，令人向往。豆沙和面团准备就绪，只剩下包了。我拿出一个饱满的面团，把它压成一只小碗，将豆沙轻轻地放进去，再包起来使劲揉。

成型后，就差最后一步了！就是把揉好的团子搓成竖条，小心翼翼地放进模具里，然后用力压模具，一个印着花的月饼便闪亮登场了。

我一共做了六个，看着诱人的月饼，我忍不住尝了一个。哇，外面糯糯的皮加上里面细腻柔软的豆沙，竟碰撞出这么美味的火花，一口咬下去，满嘴的甜味在嘴里扩散，然后融化在心田。

中秋月圆圆，月饼甜又甜。第一次做月饼圆满成功，虽然做的过程有点艰辛，但尝到自己亲手做的月饼，心里美滋滋的！

为了丰富我们的假期生活，体验中秋节日的快乐，班主任卢老师倡议我们班的同学们到天宝蛋糕学做月饼，时间定在九月十日下午，我们都很赞成。

下午两点半，我们在学校集合，乘车来到了位于城东开发区的天宝蛋糕园。下车后，工作人员要求我们按顺序一组一组往里进，并且，因为这里对卫生要求很高，所以工作人员给我们每个人发了一个帽子，要求我们洗手后才让我们进入制作间。

然后，面点师教了我们如何做月饼。我们大家听完后，争先恐后地做起了月饼。我先把桌子上的面团放到面粉上，避免把面粘在手上，随后，把面团做成饼状，把月饼馅放在饼上包起来。这时我想：这不和包水饺差不多吗？应该不难做的。果然，不出五分钟，我就做了六七个。

再把包好的月饼生坯放到一台机器里面一压，月饼就做好了。

最后一道工序是把月饼放到烤箱里烘烤，因为我们年龄小，这项由面点师替我们完成。经过十来分钟的烘烤，在我们的焦急等待中，月饼出炉了，我们一片欢呼！

在回家的路上，我想：参加这样的活动真好，不仅心情愉快，还学会了一门手艺，真好！
