我爱吃那芒果味的雪月饼，那真的香味扑鼻，味美极佳呀！你呢？

今天，是我难以忘怀的一天。为什么呢?因为周老师带我们做了月饼。

当今天最后一节课的上课铃打响后，我们怀着激动无比的心情回到教室。不知是谁先“哇”了一声，我们全班都异口同声的“哇”了起来。我们大家都被眼前的一幕惊呆了，原来每组的桌子上都放着八个盒子，一碗面粉，一堆馅，场面很壮观呀!我们涌进教室，不亦乐乎的忙开了，拿出早已准备好的桌布和手套，把桌布整齐地铺在桌子上，然后戴上手套，开始和面粉。周老师把装有面粉的盘子倒上水，然后让我们每组的1-4号轮流搅拌，不一会，就有许多组向老师求援：不是这个面粉太干了，就是那个面和得太稀了……我们组的面粉和得太稀了，加上了所有的备用面粉之后，还是很稀!唉，这真是“赔了夫人又折兵”呀!好在我们组坚持不懈，经多方协助，才扭转了“败局”。

和面粉终于结束了，有的组的面粉和得软硬适中，堪称大师!而有的组，只剩下碗底那一小撮;更有甚者，面粉消失的“无影无踪”，桌上乱作一团……老师只好宣布：星期一再做一次。

回到家里，我给爸爸讲了我们做月饼的趣事，爸爸也给我讲了些注意事项，以及如何判断什么时候该加水或者面粉。

这次做月饼的活动，真的很有趣;同时，也让我知道了，原来我平时吃的水饺和面饼，制作过程也不是那么容易哦，现在我也能体会到卖早点的那些伯伯们是多么的辛苦了。此外，我觉得各位组员之间的合作也非常的重要。

中秋节到了。妈妈给买了一大堆千姿百态的月饼，其中我最喜欢的就是那些小兔子月饼。

我一打开包装袋，一股浓香味儿扑鼻而来，我倒出里面的月饼捧在手心，一只胖乎乎的小兔月饼让我欣喜若狂。

接下来就是压轴大戏——烤月饼。烤这种月饼一定要用炭火来烤啦！把压好的月饼放到平底锅中，盖好上面可以放炭火的特殊盖子，上下两面同时用炭火均匀烤制，烤的时候一定得控制好火候否则月饼不是焦了就是没有熟透。二十多分钟后金黄的月饼终于出锅了，香气四溢，引人垂涎三尺。

我迫不及待的伸手要大快朵颐，却被卖月饼的奶奶拦住了。我一脸疑惑：有生意还不想做？我岂不是品尝不到人间美味了？呜呜……忽然奶奶拿出一根特别的筷子，难道还要用筷子才可以吃？我问奶奶：“这是干啥呢？”奶奶笑着说：“傻孩子，月饼这么烫就放到嘴里，岂不是要把舌头烫熟，奶奶还要用这根筷子给月饼化妆呢！”我恍然大悟。只见奶奶用筷子蘸上用草莓调制的果酱给月饼点上鲜艳的图案，瞬间金黄的月饼添上了几朵漂亮的小花，更加引人垂涎欲滴。这时奶奶拿起一个月饼让我尽情享用，一口咬下去那滋味层层贴贴，饼皮儿酥脆、馅儿料香甜，我一下就吃了两大个。奶奶看我吃得这么有滋有味还送了两个不同馅儿的，让我好不开心。

我爱家乡的美食，更爱我的家乡。将来我一定要让更多人品尝到家乡的各种美食，让更多的认识我的家乡——宝丰古镇这个历史悠久、风景秀丽的地方，让这个“养在深闺人未识”的古镇名扬天下。

The Spring Festival  the most important festival in China.People usually decorate the doors and windows with red papercuts.becouse red means good luck.People usually clean house too.becouse they want to sweep away bad luck.Children can get some new clothes or presents from their parents and grandparents.On New Years Eve,family always have a big dinner.Everybody are watch TV and talk.In the midnight,there usually fairworks.On New Years Day,people usually put on their new clothes and vit their femily and friends.They usually say Happy New Years Day. The Spring Festival finhes at the Lantern Festival after two weeks.People usually eat a kind of rice dumpling called yuanxiao.It can take people good luck all the year round.

“哇，好香啊！”“哇！好好吃啊！”这是什么声音？我疑惑不解地走了过去。哦！原来是本真国的小勇士们在制作月饼啊！我便迫不及待地也加入了进去。

这次活动举办在“简·爱遇见你”。这里有三间店面，看上去是那么的时尚，那么的诱人。

一进门，我便闻到了中秋节的味道。在这里，我看到的第一个月饼，比我以前见过的月饼都大好几倍。并且这个月饼上面的图案有龙，有老虎，还有凤凰。这个月饼就好像一个巨大的荷花，上面的老虎、龙和凤凰都像活过来似的，在荷花上面高兴地打闹着。由此可见，店长是多么的用心呀。

让我出乎意料的是，主厅后面竟然还有个大“接待室”。随后，张师傅又让我们站在足有十米长的大桌子旁边，同学们不知道张师傅打着什么主意，只好按照要求去做。过了一会儿，张师傅用托盘端来了许多块儿黑乎乎的东西。接着，把那些黑乎乎的东西发给了我们。我捏了一捏，又闻了一闻，哦！原来是枣泥。我现在知道了，张师傅是要我们自己做枣泥月饼。

那块儿枣泥，就好像一块儿黑色的石头。张师傅又说：“王国王的小徒弟们，来拿起你们手中的枣泥，把它捏成圆形的。”我便小心翼翼地按照要求去做，生怕一不小心把它掉到了地上。过了一时半会儿，我终于把枣泥捏成了圆形，它就既像一个黑色的玻璃弹珠，又像一块儿黑色的橡皮泥，非常柔软。

后来，张师傅又发给了我们每人一块儿比枣泥差不多大小的面团儿。我想这一次一定还是把面团儿捏成圆形，果然不出我所料！我便也把面团捏成了圆形。现在的面团儿既像一个白色的陀螺，又像刚出锅的大白丸子。

接着，张师傅对我们说：“现在我们把面团按成一个圆饼儿，然后再把圆形的枣泥馅儿放在上面，最后再把它捏成圆！”

我想这样的做法也太像包饺子了。我听完了以后，便按着张师傅的说法做了起来。首先，我把面团按成了“饼”，这个饼就好像一个饺子皮儿。后来，我又把枣泥放了进去，过了不到几分钟，我终于做成功了。现在皮儿把馅儿裹起来就好像一个大大地圣珠。因为它是黑白相间的。接着我又用模具把“圣珠”印出了一个美丽的图案。

最后，张师傅把印好的月饼放到了烤炉里，烤了15分钟。千盼万盼，终于盼到了月饼被烤好的时候，可是张师傅又在上面涂了一些鸡蛋，唉！可惜还要等6分钟！

最后，美味的月饼终于诞生了。真是太馋人了，我拿上了我做好的月饼，好激动，好兴奋。我现在不能吃，也舍不得吃，我要回家与爸爸妈妈一起分享。因为这是我靠自己的努力第一次做的月饼。

我的月饼就这样诞生了。

今天是农历八月十五日，也是我国的传统节日——中秋节。每逢中秋，家家户户都要吃月饼、赏月，而我们家的月饼却是与众不同的，因为今年我和妈妈、奶奶决定亲手做些月饼出来，与家人一起分享。

我们要做的是肉馅月饼和紫薯月饼。准备的材料有：紫薯、食用油、发酵粉、面粉、肉等等。妈妈先蒸了几个紫薯，随后我将蒸好了的紫薯放进碗里用木槌使劲捣成了泥，放在一边备用。妈妈也没闲着，瞧，她正拿着菜刀切肉呢！这时，奶奶从柜子里拿出来一袋发酵粉，轻轻撕开，小心翼翼地倒入铁盆，一边往里面倒了一些水，一边搅拌。完全溶解后，开始往里面加面粉，也是一边加一边搅拌，加到一定量后，就开始揉面了。没多久，面揉好时，奶奶又把揉好的面包上一层保鲜膜放在一旁静静地发酵。再看看另一边，妈妈把肉也切好了，正在把切好的肉末入锅里翻炒呢，随着香气的四溢，我忍不住咽了咽口水，抢着要来拌馅。

没一会儿功夫，面发酵好了，开始做月饼啦！首先，我从面团上揪下一小块，搓成球形，然后从中间慢慢往外捏，捏成窝头状，再用勺子把馅儿放进窝里，再包起来。包成团后，放进带有花纹的模具里，在用力往下压，慢慢倒扣出来。嘿，一个漂亮的月饼就做好了！我拿起月饼跟妈妈、奶奶做的放在一起，一种说不清道不明的滋味顿时涌上心头，我还要做好多好多的月饼……最后，我们我们的成果放进烤箱里，慢慢等它们烤熟。过了许久，一个个香喷喷的月饼出炉了，不待凉我就慌忙咬了一口，虽烫口但回味无穷，这是我第一次吃自己做的月饼啊……

在这个合家团圆的日子里，我们一起吃着手工月饼，幸福无比！
