姐姐的一番讲解后大家终于能够亲自动手。我左手拿着油酥，右手捏着水油，他们两个都好滑，搞得我满手是油，放在鼻边闻闻。“好香哦！我要开始了！”一声令下我先将水油小心翼翼得放在桌子上，用右手轻轻的按压变成一个“大圆饼”。然后我把手里搓成小球球似的油酥不偏不倚的放在“大圆饼”的正中间。我把它们像包包子一样包在了一块。我的手艺还真不赖，乍一看如同一个小笼包。看着完美的“小笼包”我于心不忍。可最终还是败给了心中的“小馋虫”。握起擀面杖向前一推，又向后一压。“小笼包”又被我压成了“长饼”卷呀卷，卷呀卷“长饼”又变成了“卷饼”。我在用手按在“卷饼”上。这时要注意中间厚边缘薄。“啪！啪！啪！”拿来的噪音？哦！是五2班的一位男同学对“卷饼”使出了“暴力”用手掌粗暴的拍击“卷饼”。“卷饼”也不甘示弱。与桌子亲密拥抱怎么也分不开。我立马吸取教训用的力道小了许多。马上就要完成了。我心中敲起了快乐的小鼓。我挑了一个豆沙团，瞄准目标并放在了正中间。再一次包“包子”这次就没那么简单了。豆沙馅儿比较大我怎么也收不了口。就在我不知所措时热心的“月饼姐姐”来了！她握住我的手一边把外面的油酥水油往里捏一，一遍又把豆沙向里按。不一会漂亮的“小包子”再次出现了！我又兴奋起来。贴好吸油纸再在圆具里用力一按。最后盖上印章“豆沙”

按照这样的方法我们又做了一个“伍仁”的。20分钟后香喷喷的“月饼宝宝”出炉了！我拿了一个豆沙味的津津有味的咬了起来“嗯！超还吃的！”我点赞完后三两下就解决了。平时吃月饼我都只在乎味道。不好吃的立马扔掉。这次我并没又在乎味道，这月饼对我有别样的味道！

今天是一年一度的中秋节，妈妈带我到星光耀三楼亲手做月饼。一到月饼屋，我就被橱柜里各式各样，形状可爱的月饼给吸引住了，有哆啦A梦、喜羊羊、QQ企鹅、小熊……看得我眼花缭乱，不知选哪种？最后和妈妈商量后决定做哆啦A梦和QQ企鹅的。服务员阿姨又向我们介绍月饼里的馅有玉米味、豆沙味、桂花五仁、枣泥，还特别说桂花五仁适合年纪大的吃，营养价值高，我就准备做了送给最疼爱我的爷爷奶奶，还选择了玉米和豆沙两种口味的。

月饼制作开始了，阿姨帮我先戴上帽子，穿上围裙，端上事先准备好的月饼皮、要做的动物的图案和三种口味的馅。阿姨先让我把各种馅搓圆，看上去容易，做起来比较难，我揉了好一会儿，才勉强做了一个，因为它的馅比较结实。阿姨看见了告诉我，先把馅压扁再揉，会快一些，我半信半疑开始照做起来，果然不一会儿，就做好了一个。然后用月饼皮把搓圆的馅包起来，掌握了之前的技巧，我很快就完成了。然后把做好的圆形的月饼放入各种动物模型中压一下，再慢慢地推出来，一个完整的动物形状的月饼就做好了。虽然一开始做的不是太完美，但我慢慢领悟制作要领，越做越熟练了。接下来要把做好的月饼放到烤箱里烘，我们静静的坐在一旁等，一阵阵诱人的香味扑鼻而来，让我变得更饿了，坐立不安，跑过去问阿姨什么时候结束？大约过了30分钟左右，阿姨把热乎乎、香喷喷的月饼端出来，我们一拥而上，看得我直流口水，迫不及待地拿了一个，和妈妈一起分享。

回到家，我把月饼分给爷爷、奶奶、爸爸让他们也尝尝我亲手做的月饼，他们吃了直点头，说：“这是他们吃过最好吃的月饼了。”我听了心里别有一番滋味。

一年一度的中秋节，家人们都会团圆在一起吃像月亮一样圆的月饼。今天，我也要去萧山日报社做月饼了。

来到活动现场——食堂，我领了一个六个格子的小盒子，在座位上坐好，仔细打量桌上的材料：有四个铃铛一样的模子，还有三盆熟糯米粉、两杯胡萝卜汁、两杯猕猴桃汁、两杯牛奶、两盘豆沙。

开始做月饼了，水晶老师教我们把果汁分别倒进糯米粉里，我负责揉胡萝卜味的，胡萝卜汁刚倒进去时是橙色的，被我揉呀揉变成黄色了。可是皮还没有弹性，我只好使出吃奶的劲继续揉……揉得手都麻了，才把皮揉得有弹力。

和我一组的小朋友也把其它口味的皮揉好了。于是，我们用秤把皮40克为一小团，每种口味的皮每人两小团。豆沙14克为一小团，每人六小团。分完材料后，我把每小团的皮都拍成薄薄一层，再往里面包一小团豆沙。

馅都包完了后，我把包好的糯米团放进模子一压，这时问题来了，压太重了会露馅，压太轻花纹就看不见。于是，每压一个都我都小心翼翼的，生怕压得不漂亮。我终于把六个糯米团压成了不同花纹的月饼，有Katte的、有玫瑰花的、有树叶的……

我看着自己亲手做地月饼露出了满意的微笑！

What is April Fools Day and how did it begin? Well, that is a very good question. The origin of this holiday is rather uncertain. The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days. Each Chinesepay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring festival， themigrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth. The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family about amonth in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in celebrating thespring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my parents have to cometo stay with us in the city.

Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to celebrating it with thetraditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave behind.

！看着圆圆的月饼，我那能忍受这香味呀，真狠不得一口把它吃掉，终于可以吃月饼啦！我顺手拿起一个小月饼，一口吃进了肚子，心想：这么好吃的月饼不能光给自己吃，应该和爸妈一起分享呀！于是我拿起了一个奶油红豆味的月饼，让妈妈先吃一口，然后我再吃一口．就这样，妈妈一口我一口．突然，妈妈给我讲起了她小时候的月饼：”那月饼是一个圆形的，上面有许多芝麻．”那好吃吗？妈妈说也挺香的，但还是现在的好吃喽．等我吃好了月饼．我一本正经地说：”这月饼啊！是我吃过最好吃的月饼了．”妈妈笑着问：”为什么呢？”因为里面装满了妈妈对我的爱呀！我高兴地说．”

今天，是我最高兴地一天，因为我吃了充满爱的月饼．
