I have a happy family. Though there is only a little furniture in my home and everything in the rooms seems rather disorderly, I love my home very much.

My father is an engineer, nearly fifty years old. As a Party member, quite often he works late into the night. He even forgets himself when he is reading. 一年一度的中秋节到了，这时家家户户都要吃月饼，赏月，别人家的月饼是买的，但我们家的月饼是自己做的，别有一番风味。

早上，外婆一大早就出来做馅，有青菜馅和芝麻馅的。青菜馅是把青菜切碎，煮熟以后把水拧干，再把青菜放在锅里，放一些肉末在锅里一起炒熟加上作料。芝麻馅是把芝麻放在锅里炒熟，然后把芝麻倒出来，放在石臼里，把芝麻捣碎，再加一些糖，搅拌均匀。外婆把馅都做好以后，中午吃完饭，外公帮我们把水倒在面粉里搓，把面粉搓成面团，不能太软，也不能太硬，所以加水的量必须控件好，不能多加，也不能少加，搓好后就可以做大饼了。我看见妈妈做的非常好，我也想试试，于是，我就去洗手，我先把馅放在面团里，然后把面团捏起来，再把面团用手拍扁。咦!什么东西跑出来了，原来，我拍的时候太用力，把面团里的菜都弄出来了，我只好重新做一个，我做的饼终于完成了，拍的我满头大汗，真不容易!外婆把我们做好的饼放到油锅里煎，煎的时候火不能开的太大，时间不能太长，也不能太短，短了可能还不熟，长了就煎糊了。只见外婆把饼上下翻转，一会儿一块金灿灿、香喷喷的大饼就出锅了，看的我直流口水!

又是一年中秋至八月十五的晚上，一块儿温暖的月饼让我充满力量，久久不能忘怀。

经过一番挣扎后，我打算向家乡的父母讨要一些月饼，我中秋节前一天讨要的，中秋节的下午就到了，这样快的物流速度着实令人满意。

打开厚厚的外表包装纸盒，我看见了有一层塑料膜的包装，连续撕了很久的胶带，才看到了家乡的月饼，迫不及待地拿出来品尝。撕开包装，看到熟悉的样子就有点小激动，然后一口咬下去，一种熟悉的味道在味蕾上弥漫开来，隐隐约约地好像还有家乡的味道。

爸爸说运费二十多，这样一算，其实邮寄过来的月饼成本也超级高了，可以算是黄金月饼了。但是，就是家乡的口味吃起来顺口，家乡的月饼也格外的美味。其实月饼，又何曾不是思乡的寄托呢？

盼望已久的中秋终于来临了，家家户户都在欢庆，当然，我们家也不例外。

瞧！我们家可热闹了，我和妈妈一同做月饼，里面有肉和榨菜呢，我和妈妈把手洗干净，然后拿起一堆面团，先把月饼皮搓圆，再压扁，之后把肉和榨菜放在皮的中间，再把肉和榨菜包好，放进做月饼的模子里，用力挤压，最后轻轻推出来，放在干净的面粉上，一个圆圆的月饼就做好了。最后妈妈把一个个月饼统统放进烤箱，过了二十分钟，香喷喷的月饼就大功告成了。

星期三上午，我们来到惠和园做月饼。

到了那里，我听有同学说今天有一位神秘嘉宾呢！我凑过去问：“神秘嘉宾是谁呀？”那位同学说：“不知道。”过了一会儿，一个人的到来使我们知道了答案。原来，神秘嘉宾就是本班的班主任张老师和她的儿子牛牛。有老师的陪伴，我感到格外兴奋。

开始做月饼了，教做月饼的阿姨说：“同学们，你们是几年级的？”“四年级”。我们异口同声地回答。阿姨又问：“有谁做过月饼的吗？”房间里立刻鸦雀无声。没有人举手，没有人说话。“那阿姨来教你们做月饼好不好？”阿姨问。“好”。同学们回答。

阿姨说：“我们要拿起一块面。”说着，她从大面团里取出一块跟巴掌一样大的面团。然后把这块面揉成圆球。她又把那块面团揉成一个光滑的圆球，再把圆球压扁。注意不要压得太扁。她一边说一边把圆球压成饼。然后把自己喜欢吃的馅包进皮里，再把皮揉成圆球。接着，她把饼里包上绿色馅，然后揉成了一个圆球。最后把圆球放进模型里，反过来一扣，就做成了一个月饼。说完把圆球放进了一个萝卜的模型里反过来一扣，一个月饼出炉了。

阿姨说完，就轮到我们自己动手的环节了。

我从阿姨端来的面盆里拿了一块面团。我先闻了闻它的气味，呀，面团的气味很刺鼻，还有一股橡皮泥味。不管那么多了，我拿起面团开始揉。我心想：揉个面团有什么难的。可事实上可不跟我想象的那么简单。我刚揉好，可是面团粘再我手上了。我费了好大劲才把它拉下来，可是，面团是拉下来了，可原先揉好的球就又得重新揉了。我连续试了好多次，可都没有成功。这时，阿姨走过来说：“你怎么没加淀粉呀？”我问：“还要加淀粉？”阿姨说：“当然了。”我说：“好。”于是，我往面团里加了一些淀粉，继续揉，很快就揉成了一个圆。然后，我又把圆里包上豆沙馅。然后放到模型里，反过来一扣，就做好了一个月饼。原来，做月饼还这么麻烦呀！

今天真开心！
