奶奶叫我把准备好的果盘和月饼盘端到院子里去献月亮。我边摆着水果盘边看月亮，月亮圆圆的，我仿佛看到了嫦娥姐姐和小玉兔了。嫦娥姐姐在一旁跳着优美的舞蹈，而小玉兔也在一旁摇晃着小脑袋……

月亮圆圆的，今天有多少个家庭没有团圆呢?又有多少人没有和家人吃团圆饭。

今天，老师让我们每人带了一个特殊的月饼，有圆形的、方形的、花形的……大的像玉盘，小的像乒乓球。我最喜欢的还是我自己的脆皮月饼，上面用红章印了一个花纹，寓意花好月圆、花开富贵。

老师告诉我们，月饼不仅外表好看，而且还有一个凄美的传说呢！相传，后羿射日有功，西王母娘娘赐给他一颗仙丹，他交给了妻子嫦娥保管。可后羿的徒弟想把仙丹占为己有，于是在八月十五这天去抢夺，嫦娥为了保护仙丹，把它吃到了肚子里，便立刻飞到了月宫里。后羿就照着八月十五月亮的样子做成了食物，盼着和妻子早日团圆，这食物后来就成了月饼！

看着多种多样的月饼，听着动人的故事，终于到了大饱口福的时候了，你是不是也迫不及待想品尝品尝了呢？据我所知，传统月饼有豆沙馅儿、五仁馅儿、枣泥馅儿……随着时间的推移，人们又做出了很多新式口味的月饼，有木瓜蓉馅儿、椰子馅儿，甚至还有巧克力流心馅儿的，真是数不胜数。

而我最喜欢的要数巧克力流心月饼了，它可是月饼界的网红。打开精美的包装，扑鼻而来的是那浓郁的巧克力味，咬上一口，感觉甜甜的、软软的、糯糯的；中间的巧克力流心就在我咬开的一瞬间，流了出来。吸一口那香甜的浓汁，好像甜到了心里，感觉整个人都浸在了巧克力里，真是让人回味无穷。

月饼寄托了后羿对嫦娥的思念，也寄托了人们渴望团圆、欢聚的愿望。真心希望每家每户都能在中秋节这一天，团团圆圆、幸福美满。

要说月饼，我最爱的还是那豆沙月饼。今晚，我就品尝了下我的最爱。

它的形状好似一朵盛开的牡丹，颜色如同一锅刚出锅的焦糖那般金黄。看着它，如同看着一朵金黄的牡丹在井井有条的田野里开放一样令人幸福、陶醉。摸摸它，顿时感到手中如同有一条纯丝的手巾一般丝滑，还好似我们小朋友的头发那般柔韧。闻一下，一股香气扑鼻而来，将我包围于这股香气之中，这味道甜甜的，香香的。这种香有点像巧克力的那种浓香，也有点像茶的那种韵香。咬一口，那种软软的甜甜的感觉占领了我的味蕾，它们还大胆的在我的舌尖上跳舞、玩耍，令我激动无比。

开始做月饼了，我和杨效争着抢着用电子秤秤面团，先把面团平均分成十几份，然后同样把红豆沙也分成十几份。红豆沙可粘人了，虽然我们的手被弄得脏兮兮粘乎乎的，但是我们还是兴致勃勃，几乎想把手吃下肚子去。开始做月饼馅了，先把红豆沙搓圆压扁，放入一颗金灿灿、圆滚滚的咸蛋黄，真可爱呀！接着用豆沙精心地把这颗“月饼心”包起来，不让它露出来。最后再给月饼馅穿上一件软绵绵的小外套月饼皮，月饼坯就做好了。我们都很喜欢印月饼，把可爱的月饼坯放进模具里，轻轻地、慢慢地压成一个有花纹装饰的小月饼。

一个接着一个，月饼从我们的手中变出。妈妈接过月饼，一一帮它们刷上蛋黄液，送入烤箱。不一会儿，一个个香喷喷的月饼就出炉了。金黄色的月饼在阳光的照耀下，显得格外好看。轻轻咬下月饼，金黄色的月饼皮包着香香甜甜的红豆沙，还有一颗QQ的咸蛋黄。那是我和好朋友杨效一起合作的劳动成果，这个月饼多么像是我们友谊的结晶啊！
