首先，陈老师在桌子上放了几样做月饼的工具：模具、砂锅、黑色和白色的巧克力、裱花袋。所有的东西都准备好了，我们便开始做起来。
我们先将两种颜色的巧克力放入砂锅中，把这些固态的巧克力溶解成液态的巧克力酱，然后分别放入两个裱花袋里，在袋口打一个结。准备工作做好了，接下来就进入正题。
我先把黑巧克力酱挤进模具里，又捏了捏模具，使巧克力酱紧紧粘牢边壁，然后在中间挤了一层冰淇淋，最后又放了一层巧克力酱，看着自己做的巧克力，我的脑袋里浮现出了一个景象：中间的冰淇淋是我，而在外面的巧克力酱是爸爸妈妈，他们把我围在中间，紧紧保护着我。

+ 加入清单每年中秋节，家家户户都要买月饼，吃月饼。月饼的形状，一般有圆的也有方的，或者金猪形，还有心形。广式月饼表皮棕红油量，里面的馅五花八门，有豆沙的，有莲蓉的，有五仁的……月饼大多数是甜的，不过我最喜欢吃鲜肉月饼，吃起来香喷喷，油汪汪，鲜美极了！现在还有冰激凌月饼，大人小孩都爱吃。农历八月十五是中秋节，那一天家家户户都团圆吃月饼，月饼象征着团团圆圆。月饼的形状圆圆的，像一个圆圆的月亮。还有的方方的，好像一片片让人垂衍三尺的饼干。月饼的花纹各式各样，有可爱的小兔子、有星星、有梅花……月饼的馅更是五花八门，有五仁的、草莓的、蛋黄的、红豆沙的、哈密瓜的……我最最喜欢的是别具一格的哈密瓜味了。月饼皮薄薄的，裹着一层浅褐色的外衣。切开月饼，看见了像翡翠一般的碧绿，闻一闻，淡淡的清新香，仿佛把我带到新疆，咬一口软软的，有点粘，香香的，甜甜的，让人越吃越爱吃。更让人回味无穷。我想，嫦娥姐姐也能在月宫吃月饼吧！我喜欢中秋节！八月十五到了，这是一个合家团圆的日子，大姑给我买回了月饼。月饼圆圆的就像八月十五的月亮。它的盒子方方的，红红的，上面还刻着中秋月饼这四个大字。月饼就甜美的睡在这个盒子里，月饼的花纹有很多种，有刻着调皮的小兔子的，刻着大字的，月饼里面的馅儿有哈蜜瓜的、枣蓉的、蛋黄的、草莓的，还有五仁的好多种，我都数不过来。我最喜欢吃五仁的，五仁的馅儿有花生、芝麻、瓜子仁、松仁，还有大枣。哈蜜瓜的馅儿最漂亮就像绿宝石一样晶莹透亮。月饼非常好吃，我看一眼就要流口水，不信你也来尝一尝，我喜欢吃月饼，我喜欢吃月饼。我特别喜欢中秋节，我们全家人坐在一起吃着月饼，看着美丽的月亮，多么幸福啊！中秋节，妈妈把鲜肉月饼做好了。妈妈套上手套把烤箱里的月饼拿出来，放到桌子上。我问妈妈：“要多久才会凉？”妈妈说：“不要着急，不会太久的。”听了妈妈的话，我就耐心地等啊等啊……终于月饼凉了，我急得就想吃，我用筷子夹了一个月饼放到嘴里咬了一口，真香啊！5吃月饼今天是中秋节，可惜天公不作美，没办法赏月了。不过，我们可以吃月饼呀！晚饭后，大家聊了一会儿天，爷爷说：“我们来吃月饼吧！”，我自告奋勇地说：”爷爷，我来发月饼吧！”，于是，我给四伯公、四伯婆、爷爷、奶奶四位老人吃对他们身体有好处的低脂素月饼，给爸爸、妈妈和堂姑吃好吃的椰蓉月饼，我呢，当然是我最爱吃的冰淇淋月饼啦！今天虽然没有赏月，可我们还是很开心！今天是中秋节，我们家中午在一起吃了团圆饭，下午，我还去看望了我的太爷爷，晚上，我到姥姥家，天黑了，我跑到院子里去看月亮，但是，天上有云，没有看到。我回到了家里，我们一起吃了月饼，我想月饼是不是就是为了没有看到月亮人们才发明的吧。7吃月饼今年中秋节，妈妈买了三种月饼，那月饼闻起来真香啊。我迫不及待地想吃了，妈妈说：“你再看看，闻闻，喜欢哪个？”我就选了一个造型比较独特的月饼，它厚厚的，小小的，像一个小笼包，上面点缀着芝麻，像天上的小星星。第一口，我只尝到皮，第二口，我尝到了豆沙，第三口，竟然还有蛋黄馅。梅干菜肉的月饼扁扁的，这是咸的，与豆沙蛋黄馅截然不同。妈妈说：“还有一种多肉的呢。”听说有这么多肉，太诱人了，已经吃饱的我又嘴馋了，吃了半个，那肉可真多，果然好吃。我最喜欢的就是这种了。这些月饼都是苏式的，皮又酥又脆，真好吃。吃月饼，还会给我们带来美好的祝福，祝福是全家团圆，生活美满。今天是中秋节，妈妈和我一起去妇女儿童活动中心参加“心灵手巧做月饼团团圆圆过中秋”的活动。我们来到了妇女儿童活动中心，那里很热闹。一开始主持人让我们先看视频，要我们记住做月饼的过程，才可以开始做。我们每个人都有一份准备好的原料；一个碗、一袋粉、四颗圆圆的馅，一瓶矿泉水，还有油和模具。开始做了，我先套上手套，把粉倒到碗里，加上油和矿泉水，把粉揉成一团；然后把揉成一团的粉块分成四份，接着分别压扁，在中间放上馅包好，团圆；最后放到模具压出花纹，就做好了。吃自己亲手做的月饼真香！

篇17：关于学做月饼话题

+ 加入清单记得去年，我和妈妈决定自己动手做月饼，准备度过一个有意义的中秋节。在那个天气晴朗，阳光明媚的星期六，我邀请好朋友杨效到我家里一起做月饼。
清晨，妈妈很早就在厨房里准备食材。当我还在兴奋状态时，就听见楼下传来一阵叫声“林越，我到了。”啊！杨效到了，我赶忙跑下楼去把她带上来。回家一看，妈妈已经把食材准备好了，有和好的面团、红豆沙、咸蛋黄、蛋黄液和印月饼的模具。
开始做月饼了，我和杨效争着抢着用电子秤秤面团，先把面团平均分成十几份，然后同样把红豆沙也分成十几份。红豆沙可粘人了，虽然我们的手被弄得脏兮兮粘乎乎的，但是我们还是兴致勃勃，几乎想把手吃下肚子去。开始做月饼馅了，先把红豆沙搓圆压扁，放入一颗金灿灿、圆滚滚的咸蛋黄，真可爱呀！接着用豆沙精心地把这颗“月饼心”包起来，不让它露出来。最后再给月饼馅穿上一件软绵绵的小外套月饼皮，月饼坯就做好了。我们都很喜欢印月饼，把可爱的月饼坯放进模具里，轻轻地、慢慢地压成一个有花纹装饰的小月饼。
一个接着一个，月饼从我们的手中变出。妈妈接过月饼，一一帮它们刷上蛋黄液，送入烤箱。不一会儿，一个个香喷喷的月饼就出炉了。金黄色的月饼在阳光的照耀下，显得格外好看。轻轻咬下月饼，金黄色的月饼皮包着香香甜甜的红豆沙，还有一颗QQ的咸蛋黄。那是我和好朋友杨效一起合作的劳动成果，这个月饼多么像是我们友谊的结晶啊！
这真是一个美好的中秋节！
