半个小时后，同事们见我眼眶红红的从办公室出来。这种时候就更想扑到妈妈怀里大声哭出来了，可我不能……突然我想到了橱窗里那盒精美的月饼。

我又一头扎进了文件堆里，上司说如果完不成就一直加班，不放假！我将那盒精美的月饼寄了出去，我也希望和爸妈一起吃一顿幸福的团圆饭，而不是我一个人在租的房子里吃着点的外卖。想到这儿我有点心酸，但也只能埋头苦干，我不敢打电话，我怕听见父母的声音就会不顾一切的想回去了，我咬咬牙把手机放在了一旁。

我们二年级时，学校举办了中秋节系列活动——做月饼。知道这个消息时，我们都特别高兴！我们听从学校的安排，准备了做冰皮月饼的材料。

说到中秋节，大家一定会想到月饼，月饼的制作方法有很多，手工制作的、机器制作的大家都吃过。今天我要向大家介绍的是我的家乡宝丰当地用碳火烤制的手工月饼。

宝丰炭烤月饼在云龙是很有知名度的。每当中秋节前，制作炭烤月饼的小作坊都忙碌起来了。做碳烤月饼先得调馅儿，馅儿的种类也是丰富多彩的：火腿、薄荷、红糖、豆沙、玫瑰、核桃……

可多了，核桃馅儿的月饼是最受欢迎的。接下来就要和面了，和面可是一场劳心劳力的体力活，用的不是水而是香油或者猪油，面粉和着油用力地揉啊揉，真正到了“三光”的时候就算是大功告成，所谓“三光”就是面光、手光、盆光，这个时候面也就上劲儿了。和好面就可以包馅儿，一个个面剂子捏成碗状，放进各种馅儿，包成团，再放到模具中压上各种图案，月饼便成形了。

接下来就是压轴大戏——烤月饼。烤这种月饼一定要用炭火来烤啦！把压好的月饼放到平底锅中，盖好上面可以放炭火的特殊盖子，上下两面同时用炭火均匀烤制，烤的时候一定得控制好火候否则月饼不是焦了就是没有熟透。二十多分钟后金黄的月饼终于出锅了，香气四溢，引人垂涎三尺。

我迫不及待的伸手要大快朵颐，却被卖月饼的奶奶拦住了。我一脸疑惑：有生意还不想做？我岂不是品尝不到人间美味了？呜呜……忽然奶奶拿出一根特别的筷子，难道还要用筷子才可以吃？我问奶奶：“这是干啥呢？”奶奶笑着说：“傻孩子，月饼这么烫就放到嘴里，岂不是要把舌头烫熟，奶奶还要用这根筷子给月饼化妆呢！”我恍然大悟。只见奶奶用筷子蘸上用草莓调制的果酱给月饼点上鲜艳的图案，瞬间金黄的月饼添上了几朵漂亮的小花，更加引人垂涎欲滴。这时奶奶拿起一个月饼让我尽情享用，一口咬下去那滋味层层贴贴，饼皮儿酥脆、馅儿料香甜，我一下就吃了两大个。奶奶看我吃得这么有滋有味还送了两个不同馅儿的，让我好不开心。

周四下午我早早的在学校里把作业写完，一回家里，就接到妈妈的电话，她晚上要带着我参加单位的活动——做月饼。

我想如果没有模具，再好的馅料到了手上，只能成为没有用处的一团废料。没有规矩，不成方圆，也许老师、父母给我的那些不愉快的条条框框，却是一个真正能让“小月饼”变得精美的模具。

中秋节那天，我手拿一块月饼，盼望着奶奶会出现，希望我能把手中的月饼递给她。

可我等了好久好久，怎么盼，都望不见奶奶的身影，我咬了一口月饼，思绪如同月饼馅一样，猛得向我涌来……

“八月十五月儿圆，中秋月饼香又甜”。中秋节是中国的传统节日，月饼是中秋节正式的应节食品，人们把中秋赏月和品尝月饼作为家人团圆的象征。我们七色花中队在中秋节前开展了中秋节DIY月饼活动。

我上完科学课回到自己教室，一进教室就闻到月饼馅儿那浓浓的香味，再看看教室里的同学：有的像脚上安了弹簧，走起路连蹦带跳；有的像刚出笼的小鸟，在教室里飞跑；还有的像坐在抹了油的椅子上，身子扭成了麻花，和前后左右的同学谈论得不亦乐乎。

上课铃响了，我们安静地听老师说：“软一点的是皮，比较硬的是馅儿。首先要把皮轻轻地拍大，然后用皮把馅包住，最后用模子把月饼印出花纹。这样，一个漂亮的月饼就做完了。”我不知道做月饼需要什么技巧，所以就依葫芦画瓢――照着做。我先拿了一个蓝色的冰皮团，把它放在手心上，它不动也不滚好似一个熟睡婴儿躺在我的掌心。用一另只手轻轻地拍打，把皮子拍大拍扁，大约手掌差不大的时候，取出一个圆圆的、金黄色的蛋黄馅，放在冰皮中间。当我把馅包到冰皮里时，问题就来了：手套又滑又大，月饼皮又十分的黏，如果戴着手套做月饼，一不留神手套就会掉，但如果不戴手套，月饼皮就会粘在手上，搓都搓不下来。我正不知所措时叔叔送来了面粉，这样月饼就成了我的手下败将。最后就要印花纹了，但月饼皮太薄，才压到一半，我的半成品差点就“壮烈牺牲了”。在这紧急关头，还是自己想出了一个办法：用面粉给月饼洗个澡再印花纹。果然，粘了面粉的月饼好压极了，压一次就是一个完美无缺的冰皮月饼。制作过程中大家都很调皮，我常常印完一个月饼想转头换模子时，就被突如其来的同学恶搞面粉阵呛得眼泪直流。

窗外虽然下着凉凉的秋雨，但七色花中队的教室里却充满了欢声笑语，还引来了其他班级同学羡慕的眼神。今天真是快乐而又有意义的一天。

with a bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my career

planning, I am very interested in supplementing my international business

education with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language. This I hope will help

农历八月十五是我国传统的中秋节，也是我国尽次于春节的第二大传统节日。八月十五恰在秋季的中间，所以也叫中秋节。中秋节是团圆的节日，一家人老老少少都在一起过这个团圆节。

今年，柳老师带我们提前过了一个既开心又难忘的中秋节。中秋节是要吃月饼的，以前一直都是妈妈买回来吃现成的月饼。今年，我们全班同学一起亲手制作了月饼，还请来了专门做月饼的师傅来教我们做月饼，家委会的叔叔和阿姨也一同参与帮忙。

活动开始前，主持人朱好阳妈妈进行了发言，每一组都起了一个响亮的口号，我们一组的口号是“喜庆团圆”。多么响亮而又温馨的名字啊！朱好阳妈妈又跟我们讲了制作月饼的大概流程，柳老师给我们马上进入“战场”的小勇士们加油、鼓气！我们就像战场上的战士一样，蓄势待发，只听首长一声号令。

月饼师傅站在讲台上，告诉了我们制作月饼的过程，并亲手演示了给我们看。馅料有奶黄、豆沙、板栗、紫薯，另外一排软软的凉凉是就是冰皮了，把冰皮搓圆并压扁，放上一块馅料，慢慢地把冰皮一点点的收紧，直到最后馅料完全看不到，然后扫上一层冰粉放在一边。我看着自己亲手做的还没成型的月饼，心中有种说不出的自豪感。

最后一个环节，用模具定型，师傅把模具发到每一组，我拿着模具小心翼翼地把未成型的月饼放入模具中，按师傅教我们的三个方法步骤，一按二压三拎，月饼成型了，真让我激动不已。那一刻，连我的的眼睛都湿润了，真没想到吃了近十年的的月饼，今年终于亲手制作了一次，我估计这辈子都不会忘记今天这一刻，太幸福、太有成就感了。

制作完月饼，就由师傅进行点评，大家心里都很紧张，教室里鸦雀无声，每一组都想拿到大奖。最后，我们一组拿到“默契奖”。不管每一组拿到的是什么奖励，大家脸上都洋溢着快乐的笑容。发完奖后，大家都喝着饲料，吃着自己做的月饼。可是我没有吃月饼，我想要把亲手做的月饼带回家跟爸爸、妈妈、妹妹一起品尝。喝着手中的饮料，我的心里美滋滋的。

在欢声笑语中，我们的中秋节活动结束了，这圆圆的月饼啊，不仅让我们学到了本领，也增进了同学之间的友谊。四（4）班就像个幸福的大庭，柳老师是我们的妈妈，在妈妈的怀抱中是多么的幸福，这是就是家的温暖。今天，这每一个难忘的镜头将永远留在我的记忆中。

从五岁开始，我就爱上了莲蓉蛋黄月饼，它的味道我永远忘不了。

它看上去有一点点腻，是向日葵形的，中间雕刻着各种各样的花纹，再仔细看看，白里透着棕色的外皮，里面镶嵌着丝绸般柔滑的馅，让我不禁意间口水流到了下巴颏。摸一摸它的侧面，柔柔的，滑滑的，像德芙巧克力一样溜进了我的指尖，摸一摸正面，很有弹性，很有活力，我的手指像在蹦床上跳来跳去，瞬间充满了活力。再咬一口，糯糯的，甜甜的，莲蓉和蛋黄融合在一起的味道顺着嗓子、胃子，一直流进了肚子里。哇！太好吃了！我仿佛吃到了人间最香甜的美味，我仿佛吃到了一颗神奇的仙药丸。哇！太棒了！直到吃完最后一口。我无法将这种味道忘掉，这种味道一直在心中萦绕。

啊，莲蓉蛋黄月饼，我最爱的味道！

啊哈，可把我梦寐以求的中秋节盼来了，在中秋节可以吃到我心仪已久的月饼，你说我怎能不激动！可是，这个中秋节我很不快乐！

中秋节上午，爸爸买来两盒月饼，准备晚上请嫦娥仙子品尝之后再让我们吃。我看那圆圆的月饼就像天上的月亮，馋的口水直流，恨不得一口把它们吞吃了。趁爸、妈去厨房做饭之机，我顶着被教训的后果，偷偷拿了一个月饼，咬了一口，可是味道并不是我想象的那么好吃，它甜中带着苦，真不好吃。我把这个月饼小心翼翼地放回盒子里，又拿了一个，咬了一口，这个怎么也这么苦？我把每个月饼都“啃”了一口，味道都美中不足地带着苦，心想：这是什么破月饼，这么难吃！

妈妈做完饭坐在沙发上，漫不经心地说：“把月饼拿来让我瞧瞧。”做贼心虚的我把月饼塞给妈妈，飞也似的窜到自己房间，只听见心儿“砰、砰”直跳，像要跳出我的胸堂，我忐忑不安地等待命运的审判。

“是谁把月饼都啃了一口？”传来妈妈声嘶力竭的咆哮声。静默中，妈妈推门而入，在妈妈坚毅的目光中，我诺诺地说出了我的“犯罪过程”。妈妈气急败坏地说：“臭小子，不惩罚你这个‘馋嘴猴’，你是不长记性的，去，到门外站十分钟！”我极不情愿地站在了门外，感觉像个丧家之犬。朋友们，可别学我哦！

唉，这个中秋节真不快乐，正应了那个歇后语：做贼盗黄连——自讨苦吃！
