中秋节快到了，妈妈带我姥姥家去学做月饼。

到了姥姥家后，我先把双手洗净后，然后在姥姥的指导下先把饼皮和好，再准备好材料：有花生油、糖浆、糖、盐、苏打、面粉、焦糖、水、豆沙、鸡蛋。步骤：将水、盐、糖、苏打，搅拌均匀备用。最后将糖浆加花生油，用打蛋器搅拌，并加入适量的焦糖。

我用小秤把月饼皮秤15克一个，共8个饼皮备用。将豆沙包入面皮中，月饼膜撒入薄薄的一层面粉，左右敲打一次就可以将成行的月饼打出来了，最后，单独取出蛋黄，打散，用刷子刷上一层蛋黄汁。
