“你自己打，没看见我忙着吗。”话虽然很凶，但语气没有半点责怪的意思。(因为诗林哥哥是很疼我的!)

气垫床打好气，我急忙扑上去，真舒服呀!老家的空气质量就是好!貌似…有点冷。我和诗林哥哥聊着天，真希望今天不要过去!

第二天早上，四伯母把我叫起床，可我就是赖在床上，不肯下来。直到她说今天全家人都要去扫暮，我才起床。

到了山上到了扫墓的地方，他们先挂好鞭炮，然后递给我一枝香，便开始拜祭。

快要放鞭炮了，我心里正犹豫着躲到哪里去时我爸说要去拜祭其他祖先时，我急忙跟了上去。哈哈终于躲过鞭炮了。

不过扫完其他祖先的暮后，我觉得接受爆竹的洗礼也没什么。走山路比这个可怕多了：只能容下一个人的小路，很滑又凹凸不平还很陡峭，随时还有一个洞，很容易命丧山崖!不过我还收获了一些战利品：当李子。是我们老家特有的野果。味道很独特。

回到家，我把身上的刺全部拔下来才能舒服。

下午两点半，我们在学校集合，乘车来到了位于城东开发区的天宝蛋糕园。下车后，工作人员要求我们按顺序一组一组往里进，并且，因为这里对卫生要求很高，所以工作人员给我们每个人发了一个帽子，要求我们洗手后才让我们进入制作间。

首先，面点师给我们讲解了月饼的种类，有京式月饼、广式月饼、苏式月饼、台式月饼、滇式月饼、港式月饼等；就口味而言，有甜味、咸味、咸甜味、麻辣味；从馅心讲，有桂花月饼、梅干月饼、五仁、豆沙、冰糖、黑芝麻、火腿月饼、蛋黄月饼等；按饼皮分，则有浆皮、混糖皮、酥皮、奶油皮；从造型上又有光面与花边之分。

然后，面点师教了我们如何做月饼。我们大家听完后，争先恐后地做起了月饼。我先把桌子上的面团放到面粉上，避免把面粘在手上，随后，把面团做成饼状，把月饼馅放在饼上包起来。这时我想：这不和包水饺差不多吗？应该不难做的。果然，不出五分钟，我就做了六七个。

再把包好的月饼生坯放到一台机器里面一压，月饼就做好了。

最后一道工序是把月饼放到烤箱里烘烤，因为我们年龄小，这项由面点师替我们完成。经过十来分钟的烘烤，在我们的焦急等待中，月饼出炉了，我们一片欢呼！

在回家的路上，我想：参加这样的活动真好，不仅心情愉快，还学会了一门手艺，真好！

今天是星期六，也是我最开心的一天。因为今天的作文课上，我们要做月饼。

为什么做月饼呢？因为要过中秋节了。来到作文课上，我看到了做月饼用的工具，有月饼盒、馅和冰皮。老师告诉我们这个月饼叫冰皮月饼，不用加热就可以吃。

老师给我们发了工具。我的心情既迫不及待又很紧张，迫不及待的是想体验这个过程，紧张的是怕做不好。开始做了，老师拿了许多材料，白色的像一个个小汤圆，黑色的像一个个巧克力，我想用擀面杖擀一个圆圆的皮，可惜怎么擀也擀不圆。就在我打算放弃的时候，我想起了一句话——成功是失败之母。于是我又重新振作精神，终于擀出了一个圆圆的月饼皮。接着把馅儿放在冰皮上，再小心翼翼地把它抱起来揉成团。最后用模具往月饼上一压，就完成了。我的心情非常激动，我又紧张的把盒子盖上，生怕给月饼弄坏了。

这次月饼课我非常的开心。

Its the third Sunday in June again, and its the holiday Ive been looking

forward to for a long time - Fathers Day.

"Mom, what do you want to give grandpa?" I asked my mother, resting my chin

on my hand. After thinking for a moment, Mom said, "Fruit basket!" "Mom, help me

think about what should I give Dad?" "Lets go to the boutique and have a

look."

So, we went to the boutique, and we picked left and right, carefully

听完详细的制作流程介绍，我兴高采烈地做了起月饼来。我先把粉抹在手上，几次调整后总算搞定了比较适量的面粉，然后再把面团压扁，接着左手拿面皮，右手拿馅儿，用皮一点一点包住馅儿。包成一个球形之后，把这个圆球塞进带有图案的模子里，用手掌按平，再左敲敲、右敲敲，上敲敲、下敲敲，等把模子里的月饼敲松了，再把它抖出来。哈，一个花纹清晰美观的月饼诞生了！我特意在自己做的月饼上做了记号。妈妈和店主直夸我做得有模有样，十分精致。首战告捷，我好开心！……

我们把做好的月饼放进了一个大烤箱里。过了半个多小时，香喷喷的味道迎面扑来。打开炉门我拿起自己做的月饼打量一番，确定是自己做的，然后咬了一口，啊，甜而不腻、又香又软，让人吃了一个还想再来一个。

今天是个特别让人愉快的日子，我亲自了一回月饼，那感觉真是妙不可言！

广式月饼、苏式月饼的做法我在电视里都看到过，但冰皮月饼的做法却让我感觉有点神秘。八月十五吃月饼，这次中秋节，我就可以吃到自己亲手做的冰皮月饼啦！

首先是和面。我们面前放了三盆糯米粉和三种不同的饮品，有胡萝卜汁、猕猴桃汁和牛奶。我们和的是我最喜欢的胡萝卜汁。那橙黄橙黄的汁像瀑布一样倒进了盆中，又像雪一样融化在糯米粉中。我小心翼翼的将手伸进盆里，试探着碰了一下。哇，上面还是汁来着，下面全是粉了，好神奇啊！我把另一只手也伸了进去，开始揉了起来。丝滑的汁水调皮的蹦来跳去，糯米粉却像个老实的家伙，任我揉。多么淘气的汁水也逃不出我的手掌心，不一会儿，一个橙色的小面团就和好了。

然后，就要把它包起来。一个香甜可口的冰皮当然少不了它那甜甜的豆沙。黏黏的豆沙真是令人讨厌的家伙，死死地赖在我的手套上不肯走。终于，豆沙分完后，就要分面团了。大家分工揉的三个面团不一会儿就被我们“瓜分”了，你一个，我一个，这些小面团便成为了惹人喜爱的小孩子，令人向往。豆沙和面团准备就绪，只剩下包了。我拿出一个饱满的面团，把它压成一只小碗，将豆沙轻轻地放进去，再包起来使劲揉。

成型后，就差最后一步了！就是把揉好的团子搓成竖条，小心翼翼地放进模具里，然后用力压模具，一个印着花的月饼便闪亮登场了。

我一共做了六个，看着诱人的月饼，我忍不住尝了一个。哇，外面糯糯的皮加上里面细腻柔软的豆沙，竟碰撞出这么美味的火花，一口咬下去，满嘴的甜味在嘴里扩散，然后融化在心田。

中秋月圆圆，月饼甜又甜。第一次做月饼圆满成功，虽然做的过程有点艰辛，但尝到自己亲手做的月饼，心里美滋滋的！
