宝丰炭烤月饼在云龙是很有知名度的。每当中秋节前，制作炭烤月饼的小作坊都忙碌起来了。做碳烤月饼先得调馅儿，馅儿的种类也是丰富多彩的：火腿、薄荷、红糖、豆沙、玫瑰、核桃……

可多了，核桃馅儿的月饼是最受欢迎的。接下来就要和面了，和面可是一场劳心劳力的体力活，用的不是水而是香油或者猪油，面粉和着油用力地揉啊揉，真正到了“三光”的时候就算是大功告成，所谓“三光”就是面光、手光、盆光，这个时候面也就上劲儿了。和好面就可以包馅儿，一个个面剂子捏成碗状，放进各种馅儿，包成团，再放到模具中压上各种图案，月饼便成形了。

接下来就是压轴大戏——烤月饼。烤这种月饼一定要用炭火来烤啦！把压好的月饼放到平底锅中，盖好上面可以放炭火的特殊盖子，上下两面同时用炭火均匀烤制，烤的时候一定得控制好火候否则月饼不是焦了就是没有熟透。二十多分钟后金黄的月饼终于出锅了，香气四溢，引人垂涎三尺。

一开始老师给我们发制作月饼的材料，白色的冰皮粉，好像一堆堆雪白的积雪。我仔细观察月饼模具的样子，就好像一个个开红酒的工具，上面还印着“中秋”两个字。看着看着，我想象自己就躺在一张月饼床上，肚子饿了的话，就可以吃一口“月饼床”。

做月饼时，首先在冰皮粉里加入开水，然后进行和面，老师分别加入了不同口味的粉，有蓝莓、紫薯、菠萝、草莓……接着把它们搓成团，再把面团压扁，最后再用模具把搓好的面团加入不同口味的馅料放进里面，用力一压，一个个美味的冰皮月饼就做好了。

时间回到2017年……

掐指一算，还有几周就到八月十五中秋节了。超市里挂满了促销活动的牌子，那几百盒包装精致的月饼，在推销员那甜美的笑容映衬下显得那么诱人。正当我伸长脖子拼命伸手准备去拿一盒时，一个冰冷的声音打破了我的幻想：“别想了，我带你回家做月饼。”什么，做月饼，这还能吃吗？

回到家，我闷闷不乐地看着爸爸准备做月饼的工具。爸爸倒是乐呵呵地走来，说：“开始吧，先和面。”我只好找来水和面粉，胡乱一糊弄，爸爸看出我心不在焉，便对我说：“做什么事情都要认真。如果一个人连这一点都做不到，那做这件事还有什么意义？”对，做什么事都要集中注意力！想到这里，我便努力开始和面，不一会儿，面和完了。这时爸爸也很快把馅做好了。我们便进入了下一个过程，包月饼。

我们先把面团切成一条一条，在每一条里我们都放上面粉，然后把每条切成大小相等的5份。我用擀面杖把它们擀成圆圆的薄片。再把馅放在面皮中间，然后开始包月饼。

不想问题又来了，我用力过猛，一下子把馅给捏了出来，我又拿了一张面皮，但又不小心抓破了。我就这样试了好几次，还是包不好。我便泄气了，把东西往桌子上一扔，走出了厨房。

爸爸又看见了我的举动，他非但没有骂我，还对我说：“你有没有坚持，你想，如果你继续练习，总会成功做出一个月饼。”爸爸的话，像泉水流过心田。我回到厨房，重新拿起菜谱，认真包起了月饼，不一会儿，几十个圆饼出现在盘子里。

我拿出印模，在每一张饼上都按压了一下，一个个月饼就像变魔法般出现在盘子里。我把它们刷上了蛋黄水，烤了一会儿，便出现了一个个金黄色的月饼。竟然和商场里的一模一样。我尝了一口，又香又甜。

First， the government should perfect laws to punish those factories

thatignore the protection. And businessmen must pay more attention to

energy to lower theemission of haze.

母亲在村里是有名的打月饼能手，她打的月饼又圆又满，又甜又香。每年中秋，母亲不仅会为自己家里打月饼，还经常被邻里们邀请去帮忙。

母亲是一个非常讲礼数的人，虽然经常帮助别人，但却从不会收下别人送给母亲的月饼。母亲总是这样婉拒别人：“我这就要回家打月饼了，还要你家的月饼干嘛呢！”

“妈妈，你的脚……”我问。

“没什么，爬树的时候不小心滑了脚，结果在树皮上刮翻了一块脚指甲。”母亲轻描淡写地说着，继续着手中的活计。

母亲很快开始擀面揉粉、压月饼……没过多久，母亲烤熟了月饼，就在母亲开始往烤笼里取月饼的时候，母亲脚趾上的布条松了，她蹲下去绑好绳子后继续取月饼，但是她没有注意到，她的手上已经沾上了一些血，等母亲留意到的时候，已经有两三个月饼从母亲的手指上沾到血痕了。

母亲“呀”地惊呼了一声，连忙洗了手，她拿着那几个沾着血痕的月饼看了看，走到猪栏前想扔了喂猪，我跑过去拉住了母亲。“妈妈，给我吃吧！”母亲这么辛苦做起来的月饼，我实在不愿意就这样被扔进猪栏。

“可是，这上面沾上血痕了。”母亲看着手中的月饼，自责地说，“都怪我，太不仔细了！”

每年中秋前夕，神池的街小巷都飘荡着月饼的香味，使人垂涎欲滴。月饼圆圆的，扁扁的，呈金黄色，上面有美丽的花纹，还写着字呢！有的写着厂家的名字，如“长祥圆”、“一品香”等，有的写着“神池”，再加上美丽的图案，使人真不忍心咬它一口。

月饼不仅外表美，而且“心灵美”。里面包着香甜的饼馅，有葡萄干、瓜子仁、果脯、青红丝，还有酒和玫瑰，吃起来又酥又甜，令人回味无穷，吃了还想吃。我特别爱吃，为此还有许多故事。一天中午，我回家直奔月饼盒，想吃一块儿。可妈妈说：“不行，饭快熟了，吃饭！”，我只好悻悻地走到饭桌旁，吃饭时，我故意只吃了一点，等爸爸妈妈午休后，我又偷了一块，大吃起来，好甜呀！我吃得嘴巴上沾满了馅，像只小花猫。

“八月十五月儿明呀，爷爷为我打月饼呀，月饼圆圆甜又香啊，一块月饼一片情啊！”每当唱起这首歌谣，一年一度的中秋节就到了。

一大早，我和妈妈就来到卖月饼的地方。只见货架上的月饼琳琅满目，人流如潮，耳朵里到处都是一家人为买什么月饼的争论声，鼻子里充满了月饼芳香的味道。我们货比三家，终于找到了一家便宜又好吃的月饼店。刚巧，里面有我最爱吃的凤梨月饼，妈妈一听，就帮我买了一盒。

夜幕降临了，我们拿着早上买的月饼，去婆婆家赏月。在车里，妈妈突然大叫起来：“好大的‘太阳’啊！”哦，原来是一轮明月已经高高地挂在夜空了，就像一个大玉盘。来的婆婆家，我们坐在院子的长椅上，一边欣赏月亮一边准备切月饼。月饼真香啊，妈妈拿着刀站在桌子前，爸爸说：“快切呀、快切呀。”公公、婆婆也乐呵呵地等着吃月饼，我更是“口水流下三千尺。”看着我们的馋样，妈妈笑眯眯的切好了月饼。

我拿起一块月饼就往嘴里送，真香啊！我一边吃月饼一边赏明月。看着此时的月亮，我想：“远方的亲戚，他们是不是像诗里写那样举头望明月，低头思故乡呢？在月宫上的嫦娥，看着人间团圆的景象，是不是也在想念人间的生活呢？爸爸看着深思的我突然把我抱起来，只听见”咔嚓“一声，妈妈帮我拍了一张照片。哦！原来我这样刚好可以”碰“到月亮，就像我捧着月亮一样，真有趣！

这真是一个美好的中秋节，令所有人都难忘，回忆的中秋节。

月饼，是中秋佳节必备的食物，是久负盛名的汉族传统小吃，它深受中国人民喜爱的传统节日特色美食。

走在大街小巷，看到那些地方都有着月饼的身影。圆圆的样子，看起来还是有点可爱。月饼是个点心，在人们的眼中，月饼仿佛就是应该在中秋吃一样。我觉得不是这样的，什么时候，只要你喜欢，你就可以去品尝它。

月饼的种类很多，它的味道也有很多。在我的记忆中，有红枣味、五仁、黑芝麻、豆沙等味道。我喜欢吃的当然是红枣味的了，说起吃枣味的突然间又想起了奶奶做的月饼。那个味道真的是不错的，直到现在我还有点怀念。但是永远吃不到了，只有自己去街上买点月饼了。

看着书桌上的月饼，静静的躺在那里。我的内心是沉淀的，为什么这么说呢？因为圆圆的月饼也象征的团团圆圆，我一个人没有回去，没有一点点中秋的气息。但是我能说什么呢？自己多少年没有回去了！不是不想家，而是早已经习惯。

中秋的月饼味道早已经在我的嘴里咀嚼，是啊！有一种温馨的味道。这是多么的完美，也是多么的回味。
