星期六，小主人报的老师给我们布置了一个跟往常不大相同的任务——给敬老院的爷爷奶奶们做月饼并亲手送给他们。

到达目的地了，我提起事先准备好送给爷爷奶奶的礼品和水果，昂首挺胸地向前走着。当走过敬老院大门时，墙上布满了绿绿的爬山虎，把我们映衬得更美!

这时，我看到了许多老人家有的坐在树边，有的坐在椅子上。我观察了一下，有的只穿了薄薄的短袖，有的只穿了拖鞋，有的甚至连鞋子都没有穿。看到这些，我的心里不由地升起了怜悯之情。看着他们的衣服、鞋子都这么破，我巴不得把我家里的衣服都搬出来给他们穿。

接着，老师给我们分配任务，把我们一共分成四组，两组做月饼，两组做游戏让老人们快乐快乐。

我们高级班安排的任务是做月饼，分成两组。老师把已煮熟的豆沙和面粉分配好给我们。另一组已经开始做了，我们这组也不能落后呀!我们开始拼命地做月饼，忙地不可开交，连擦汗地时间都没有。时间到，是该看看我们战利品的时候了。呀!我们这组做了30盒，另一组做了28盒，我们居然做得更多，可开心啦!

该我们做游戏了，首先是做抱抱游戏。这个游戏怎么玩呢?很简单，老师说几个人抱在一起就几个人抱在一起，抱在一起的人数不对就算输。输的同学要受到小小的惩罚，就是抽一张信封并按照上面的要求做。后来又玩了拖凳子的游戏。在一片欢声和笑语中，游戏结束。

最后，该给爷爷奶奶们发我们的劳动成果——豆沙月饼。我给了一个老爷爷，又给了一个老奶奶。在充满童真的房子里，结束了我们的活动。

在回来的路上，我暗暗下定决心，下次我还要来，还要为爷爷奶奶们献爱心。

“嘿呦、嘿呦、嘿哟……”河那边传来了一阵打糯米团的声音，只见河那边的壮汉挽起了衣袖，手拿着一根木棍使劲的往一个石槽里捶打，石槽里面有糯米、面粉，只有经过这样千锤百炼出来的月饼皮才会更加软绵酥脆。

“丁零零”小闹钟说话了，我在甜甜的美梦中被吵醒，对了，今天是中秋节呢，这一次我也要去打月饼了。

外婆正在厨房里忙的热火朝天，她将红糖打碎放入盆里，再放入切好的姜丝、橘饼粒，最后放入白糖搅匀做成饼馅。你一定会想：为什么没有放咸蛋黄呢？因为还在后头哩！

我走上楼去，看着外公和姨夫正在打月饼皮，我也忍不住加入打月饼皮的行列，没打几分钟就把我累的气喘吁吁。空有满腔热情奈何体力不支，接下来我就只能在旁边观战，直到他们将月饼皮打好。

接下来就该轮到我家祖传了几百年的打月饼模子出场了，月饼模子有三个不同的图案，一个是嫦娥奔月，一个是月亮，一个是鱼纹。外婆将打好的月饼皮揉成团，往模子里面一塞，再加入饼馅和蛋黄，最后把另一个饼模子合上，一个月饼就成型了。外婆的手脚十分麻利，不一会儿就做好了满满的一盘子成型的月饼，外婆在月饼上刷上油，放入烤箱里烤。“叮”的一声，二十分钟到了，我把烤箱门打开，一股热气腾腾的气体带着香味扑面而来，让我忍不住想去拿一个尝一尝，这时外婆叫住了我，说：“吴昊，要先给嫦娥仙子吃了，我们才能吃。”

看着外婆将一个个金黄的月饼装到盘里，我忍不住的咽了咽口水，蹭外婆不注意，偷拿了一个月饼撒腿就跑。我咬了一口月饼，居然是咸蛋黄馅的，满满的蛋黄味留于齿间，令人满嘴的回味，真的是太好吃了。

自己偷吃了嫦娥仙子的月饼，想着中秋佳节我们都是一家人开心的在一起团聚，而她却一个人孤零零的待在广寒宫，心中顿时充满了愧疚感。正如苏轼《水调歌头》所写：“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺。但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”我举起手中剩下的半个月饼对着天空中那一轮明月说道：“嫦娥仙子我们一起吃月饼吧，希望有一天你也可以和你的家人团聚。”

“八月十五月儿圆啊，又到一年中秋节……”一年一度的中秋节终于来到了，本想全家去西太湖好好欣赏一番“海上升明月，天涯共此时”的良辰美景，可惜天公不作美，只有绵绵的阴雨相伴，又冷又湿，哪儿都不能去。妈妈看我失望的样子，笑着说：“没事儿，今年中秋节虽然不能出去玩，妈妈和你一起做好吃的鲜肉月饼！”我一听，立刻兴奋了起来，“真的吗？太棒了，现在就做吧！”妈妈爽快地答应了。

妈妈从冰箱里拿出事先准备好的酥皮和油皮，对我说：“首先要把它们各自均匀地分成十二个小团团，然后搓圆，让油皮把酥皮包起来，用擀面杖推平，再用手把面皮轻轻地卷起来，等待半小时，让面醒一醒，这样重复两次就可以包了肉馅了。”我不等妈妈说完，便抓起一大团酥皮开始分段。我把酥皮和油皮这儿切一刀，那儿切一刀，没多久就分好了。“切好了！”我大声宣布。妈妈走过来一看，强忍着笑，对我说：“你自己看看，这切的匀吗？”我一看，也差点笑出声来，酥皮、油皮被我分的长短不一，简直没法看。妈妈说，如果酥、油皮没有按配方的重量均匀地分好，月饼是做不成功的。看来做什么事都要认真严谨，唉，只有重新再分了。好不容易按照操作配方做好了月饼皮，接着就是包肉了。

我学着妈妈的样子，用大拇指把面团的中间按下去，然后把肉塞进去，使劲用手把周围的面皮往上推，试图把肉丸“囚禁”在里面，可我刚把肉给塞进去，左边的面皮便裂了一道口子，鲜红色的肉馅露了出来，我好不容易把这个口子堵上，右边又裂开了一道口子，肉馅好像在和我捉迷藏呢，我这儿把它堵上，它又在那儿给我探出了头。几次下来，我实在是玩不动了，只好向妈妈求助。妈妈笑眯眯地从我手中接过月饼，把双手盖在月饼上，用双手的温度把饼皮捂软，再用手指把饼皮的边缘拉伸拉宽。没过多久，肉馅竟乖乖地被“关”在了里面。于是，我依葫芦画瓢，一口气修复了三个我之前做的月饼。

终于完工了！我在月饼表面涂上层蛋黄，撒上香香的黑芝麻，把它们送进了烤箱。看着一只只胖乎乎的鲜肉月饼烤得外焦里嫩，闻着阵阵的肉香，我真是“口水直流三千尺”。终于，月饼出炉了，我们全家团坐在一起，吃着鲜嫩可口的鲜肉月饼，爸爸连夸我们是能干的小厨师。

虽然雨声潺潺，虽然没有明月相伴，但只要一家人其乐融融地在一起，这个中秋也一样可以过得幸福美满。

为了丰富我们的假期生活，体验中秋节日的快乐，班主任卢老师倡议我们班的同学们到天宝蛋糕学做月饼，时间定在九月十日下午，我们都很赞成。

下午两点半，我们在学校集合，乘车来到了位于城东开发区的天宝蛋糕园。下车后，工作人员要求我们按顺序一组一组往里进，并且，因为这里对卫生要求很高，所以工作人员给我们每个人发了一个帽子，要求我们洗手后才让我们进入制作间。

首先，面点师给我们讲解了月饼的种类，有京式月饼、广式月饼、苏式月饼、台式月饼、滇式月饼、港式月饼等；就口味而言，有甜味、咸味、咸甜味、麻辣味；从馅心讲，有桂花月饼、梅干月饼、五仁、豆沙、冰糖、黑芝麻、火腿月饼、蛋黄月饼等；按饼皮分，则有浆皮、混糖皮、酥皮、奶油皮；从造型上又有光面与花边之分。

然后，面点师教了我们如何做月饼。我们大家听完后，争先恐后地做起了月饼。我先把桌子上的面团放到面粉上，避免把面粘在手上，随后，把面团做成饼状，把月饼馅放在饼上包起来。这时我想：这不和包水饺差不多吗？应该不难做的。果然，不出五分钟，我就做了六七个。

再把包好的月饼生坯放到一台机器里面一压，月饼就做好了。

最后一道工序是把月饼放到烤箱里烘烤，因为我们年龄小，这项由面点师替我们完成。经过十来分钟的烘烤，在我们的焦急等待中，月饼出炉了，我们一片欢呼！

在回家的路上，我想：参加这样的活动真好，不仅心情愉快，还学会了一门手艺，真好！

一年一度的中秋节到了，我们来到小桔灯，准备亲手做月饼。多么新鲜的事儿啊!多么令我们开心啊!

材料一切就绪，我取来冰皮粉，倒入盆内，再加入适量的热水，不停地揉，这冰粉可真不听话，老是粘着我的手，我细心地搓揉，费了好大得劲儿，这冰粉才败下阵来，变成了光滑的面团。我把这些面团分成了大小一致的小块，再将这些面团拍扁，做成了薄薄的皮。看着这些皮，我开心地笑了。看来，我离成功更近一步了。

月饼馅儿隆重登场了，我把豆沙馅儿，巧克力馅儿都分别揉成圆形，再小心翼翼地将馅儿包裹在皮里面，待包裹严实后，就把它放进带有图案的模具里，用手按紧，再把月饼按压出来，缓缓提起，一个小巧精致的月饼就诞生了。

环顾四周，同学们的月饼都大功告成了，有的白白净净，宛如一块洁白的宝石，有的绿莹莹的，像一块绿色的翡翠，多么别致，多么美观啊!

我最喜欢吃的月饼是乳酪味的，它是一个台式桃岥月饼。它的外皮是一种茶绿色，表面有圆圆的一层花纹和波浪形的外框，好像在说：“我最好看，我最好吃，快来吃我吧！”而且月饼的上面有四个闪亮的数字——2015。月饼的皮软软的，让人觉得似乎一碰就会往下凹下去一大块，但它过了一会儿又会变得和原来一样饱满。它摸起来让人感觉黏黏的，但没有一丝丝的粗糙感，我闻了闻，一股浓浓的奶香迫不及待的往我鼻子里钻，这么诱人的味道，我怎能不垂涎三尺呢？

我终于忍不住要尝一尝了。轻轻地咬了一口，发现这里面的馅真是又软又甜，奶香味比闻到的要浓多了。奶香和漂亮的外形简直是完美的组合。我喜欢这个味道极好、形状极棒的乳酪口味的月饼。
