Recent years have seen a tency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban resits travel regularly, and 28% rural resits also make their tour across the country. The survey also shows that more people are interested in tourism, and will join the army in the future.

Facing this tency, we can&’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people&’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. Recently, I read a great book,Childhood,which is written byGorky. It’s a novel based on the experiences of the author’s tragic childhood, telling the stories about the author between his three to ten years old. Aliocha has a bad childhood. His father and mother die in his early ages, so that he has to live with his great-grandparents. His great-grandfather is bad tempered and his uncles hate him very much. Great-grandmother is the only person who cherished him. Besides, Aliocha also feel the pureness, friendship by his playmates. Through this book, we can see a poor, ugly society, but we also can see an adamant, compassionate little child who constantly pursuits of good things in life. It’s hard to imagine how he can stick to the faith of life in such bad environment. As for us, we live in a much better environment; of course we should cherish our happiness and be strong to face difficulties in life.

星期六，小主人报的老师给我们布置了一个跟往常不大相同的任务——给敬老院的爷爷奶奶们做月饼并亲手送给他们。

到达目的地了，我提起事先准备好送给爷爷奶奶的礼品和水果，昂首挺胸地向前走着。当走过敬老院大门时，墙上布满了绿绿的爬山虎，把我们映衬得更美!

这时，我看到了许多老人家有的坐在树边，有的坐在椅子上。我观察了一下，有的只穿了薄薄的短袖，有的只穿了拖鞋，有的甚至连鞋子都没有穿。看到这些，我的心里不由地升起了怜悯之情。看着他们的衣服、鞋子都这么破，我巴不得把我家里的衣服都搬出来给他们穿。

我们高级班安排的任务是做月饼，分成两组。老师把已煮熟的豆沙和面粉分配好给我们。另一组已经开始做了，我们这组也不能落后呀!我们开始拼命地做月饼，忙地不可开交，连擦汗地时间都没有。时间到，是该看看我们战利品的时候了。呀!我们这组做了30盒，另一组做了28盒，我们居然做得更多，可开心啦!

该我们做游戏了，首先是做抱抱游戏。这个游戏怎么玩呢?很简单，老师说几个人抱在一起就几个人抱在一起，抱在一起的人数不对就算输。输的同学要受到小小的惩罚，就是抽一张信封并按照上面的要求做。后来又玩了拖凳子的游戏。在一片欢声和笑语中，游戏结束。

最后，该给爷爷奶奶们发我们的劳动成果——豆沙月饼。我给了一个老爷爷，又给了一个老奶奶。在充满童真的房子里，结束了我们的活动。

When winter comes, especially the cold wind blows, I dont want to go out

of the house. Though the outdoor activity is limited, I still can find a lot of

今天的月亮是一年中最圆的一天了，没错，今天是8月15中秋节。

俗话说的好，中秋月圆人团圆。下午，我们去了外婆家，正好赶上大妈妈做月饼，已经做完一批了，顺手拿了一个，想起来老师说要参加有关中秋节的活动，我想：这不正是一个有关中秋节的活动吗？就坐下和大妈妈一起做起了月饼。

我看着大妈妈做的有模有样，就向她探讨这个怎么做的，大妈妈告诉我有秘诀，就是手机上下载“下厨房”APP软件，就能找到你想做的美食的制作方法。我们做的是咸蛋黄月饼，查了出来，材料不少：咸蛋黄、黄油（或猪油）、水、面粉、玉米油、白糖、红豆沙、低筋面粉，有一些还要精确到克，差一丁点就可能改变月饼的味道。

接下来要开始做了一看步骤，没想到那么复杂：先把咸蛋黄放入白酒里浸泡一会儿，去腥，在预热180度烤10分钟，把白糖、水、玉米油和面粉一起揉成面团，摸着光滑，这是油皮，再把黄油和低筋面粉揉成摸起来粗糙的油酥面团，然后分成相同的数量，用油皮包住油酥，压成长条形，卷起来放一边松弛，同时利用松弛的时间做馅，把红豆沙做皮，包住咸蛋黄，和油团一样多，最后把松弛完的油团两边往上一拉，一边捏，擀园皮，把馅包住，再刷上蛋黄液，撒上芝麻，一个个搬至烤箱中，同时把烤箱调至180度，烤上30分钟，这样一个个白团团再水深火热中慢慢烤熟。时间一分一秒的过去了，烤箱中的香味扑鼻而来，我的口水情不自禁的流了下来，实在太香了，因为月饼还没散热，我只能对着烤箱垂涎三尺，等到温度一点点的散去，月饼一个个蹦跶在我的面前，我立马拿起一个往嘴巴里塞，这个时候我的味蕾得到了满足，实在是太好吃了，我两眼冒光，立马又拿了一个吃了起来，等到两个月饼光荣地躺在我的肚子里的时候，我终于饱了！

在我和大妈妈的分工合作下，我们做了整整100个月饼，真的是自己动手做的味道也不一样，这真的是一个难忘的中秋佳节！

今天是星期六，也是我最开心的一天。因为今天的作文课上，我们要做月饼。

为什么做月饼呢？因为要过中秋节了。来到作文课上，我看到了做月饼用的工具，有月饼盒、馅和冰皮。老师告诉我们这个月饼叫冰皮月饼，不用加热就可以吃。

老师给我们发了工具。我的心情既迫不及待又很紧张，迫不及待的是想体验这个过程，紧张的是怕做不好。开始做了，老师拿了许多材料，白色的像一个个小汤圆，黑色的像一个个巧克力，我想用擀面杖擀一个圆圆的皮，可惜怎么擀也擀不圆。就在我打算放弃的时候，我想起了一句话——成功是失败之母。于是我又重新振作精神，终于擀出了一个圆圆的月饼皮。接着把馅儿放在冰皮上，再小心翼翼地把它抱起来揉成团。最后用模具往月饼上一压，就完成了。我的心情非常激动，我又紧张的把盒子盖上，生怕给月饼弄坏了。

这次月饼课我非常的开心。

Low-carbon life is good for everyone. To help with the environment, I

always walk or ride a bike to school instead of taking a car. Besides, I will

try to use things that can be recycled and I never forget to turn off the lights

when I leave the classroom. I think it’s my duty to live a low-carbon life. And
