为了能在晚上赏月时吃到我亲手做的月饼，我在天还没亮的时候就叫妈妈起床做月饼了。妈妈和我准备好了做月饼的材料，我们要开始做月饼了。首先，妈妈拿出发好的面，把面分成一小块一小块的样子，我则来将它擀成面皮。面皮擀好以后，我和妈妈包上伍仁、豆沙、枣泥等馅，将它封口放入模具之中，压成各种各样的形状，月饼就制作完成了。

妈妈又将做好的生月饼放回了面缸中，我不解地问妈妈：“妈妈，咱们不是得把它放进烤箱里吗?”妈妈笑了笑说：“这月饼得等到赏月时才能吃，这么早烤好，不都放凉了?”我听了妈妈的话后，心想：这要是到赏月时才能吃那得等到什么时候呀?于是，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，要不咱们先烤两个尝尝鲜?就两个，妈妈。”妈妈听后，摸摸我的头说：“小馋猫，如果月饼不在赏月时吃，那可就不好吃喽!”我嘴上应付似的说了声：“知道了!”，可是心里却无时无刻都在想着那些美味的月饼。

一开始，我每隔三五分钟就要去厨房看看有没有偷月饼的小偷来偷我们家的月饼。可是，我往返了将近十次，那些月饼一点变化都没有，于是，我就心想：应该没有月饼贼吧?所以，我就改为每隔十分钟去看一次，因此，我一整天下来什么都没有干。

我终于等到吃月饼的时候了，我看着新鲜出炉的月饼，不禁垂涎三尺。我赶紧拿起一块月饼，咬上一口，真是叫人回味无穷啊!我疑惑地问妈妈：“妈妈，这么美味的月饼是谁发明的呀?那个人一定是一名美食家吧!”妈妈听后，笑着回答我：“不是，这个月饼啊，是后羿发明的。是后羿为了纪念嫦娥而发明的。”

我听后，不好意思地挠了挠头，说：“看来我以后还要多多学习呀!”大家听了我说的话后，都笑了。

我们班做冰皮月饼，做出来的月饼很好吃，几乎吃不腻。这件事，就在下午……

下午第一节课下课了，林老师让我们洗手，然后让我们七个人一组，自己把组分好。分好之后，林老师带我们去食堂大厅。我们戴上一次性手套，找到自己的位置，就去准备材料了。材料有冰皮馅儿、还有一个压月饼图案的东西以及面粉。上课了，材料也准备地差不多了，于是张志恒妈妈就开始教我们做月饼了：先把冰皮捏成一个小圆饼，最好里面厚，外面薄，不然包起来皮会破；接着把馅儿塞到皮里；把皮滚圆，馅儿没包住的地方把它补起来；然后粘上一点点粉；最后把图案和花边压好就做好了。有的同学月饼花边没多少，有的同学月饼图案只有一半，还有的做的很漂亮。我做了三个，有两个皮粉的，一个皮黄的。我做的样子各不同，第一个最丑，第二个还不错，第三个最漂亮，应该是做第三个有经验了林老师说还不能吃，到教室才能吃。到了教室，我迫不及待地咬了一口，自言自语道：“嗯！味道还不错！”到家里，我又把剩下的月饼放到冰箱里冷藏半个小时，然后把月饼拿出来咬了一口，心想：味道跟原来差不多，只是冰皮更冰了一些。

我从盒子里拿出月饼，咬了一口月饼的外皮，那外皮酥酥的，口感细腻，皮很薄，一咬下去就可以透过那薄薄的皮看到里面隐约的豆沙馅的深紫色。我再咬一口，那甜甜的豆沙带着皮一起进入我的口中，那甜甜的馅甜而不腻，口感丰富，让人回味。我又咬了一大口，只见那金黄的蛋黄镶嵌在深紫色的豆沙馅中，那蛋黄饱满，如同一个小娃娃深陷在豆沙中，我迫不及待地咬了口蛋黄，先是甜甜的豆沙入口即化，再是先隐约吃到蛋黄的咸味，渐渐地，那蛋黄的咸味越来越浓，但是咸中带着甜，甜中带着咸真是口感丰富！我一边吃，一边赞不绝口：“真好吃！真好吃！”爸爸妈妈看见我那夸赞的样子，不禁笑而不语。

我一口将剩下三分之一的豆沙月饼吃完了，我的嘴里仍有那外皮的酥，豆沙的甜，蛋黄的咸，这蛋黄豆沙月饼真是让我回味无穷啊！接下来，我吃了肉馅的，五仁的，紫薯的……

那味道在我嘴里久久回荡。

月饼真好吃！真期待下一次团圆的日子——“中秋节”。
