外婆总是说：“月饼是要先敬给月亮上的神仙吃，你们才可以动口。神仙会保佑我们来日平安顺利！”只见外婆小心翼翼地端了桌子，在院场中央仔细找一块平整的空地，试放好几次，直至桌子不偏不斜完全平稳，然后又回屋端来几碗水放在桌子中央。此时，妈妈便端来月饼，将它整整齐齐地摆在桌子上。一切安排妥当，外婆便很郑重地开始念一些乱七八糟的谰语。许久！许久！终于念完了，耳朵都要起茧，外婆走了！外婆走了！我像离弦的箭一般飞奔到桌子面前，开始精挑细选自己喜欢的月饼。这可得好好的向大师我学习了。想挑到好的月饼是很有技巧的。第一，要挑包装美观精致的。那里面的月饼自然也差不到哪去。第二，要看月饼的色泽度，最好是深黄色，而且还要泛着油光。那样比较香！第三，是最重要的。自然是要挑又大又圆的月饼啦。耐吃！挑好月饼先在手心里仔细端详一番，再和伙伴们一起玩顶月饼的游戏。那可关系到月饼的生死。把月饼放在头顶，看谁坚持久不掉下来。倘若掉了，就要吃掉自己的月饼。每次我总是第一个掉，因为我实在是忍不住了。撕开包装，拿出月饼捏得紧紧的，咬上一口，真香！真甜！抬头看看月亮，似乎真的有神仙的保佑呢！

如今外婆不再在院场里摆桌子，也不再念那些奇怪的谰语，我也不再选月饼。看着眼前形形色色的菜，似乎真的少了点什么。人们常说人生就是因为有缺憾才圆满。可是那些真的是我儿时关于中秋的全部记忆啊！我也不知道从什么时候开始，我家不再有月夜的那番仪式，我也不再玩月夜的那番游戏。真不知道什么时候又能置身于那朦胧又皎洁的月色之中呢？

听说，那些个突然叫做成长。心理老师说那叫遗忘，诗人说那叫乡愁。

为了过一个特别的中秋节，晚上，我和妈妈打算自己做月饼。

我们首先把计算器和电子秤拿出来，准备好原料。我帮妈妈计算各种配料的份量。妈妈把各种配料倒进一个大碗，还放入了我喜爱的抹茶粉，静置半小时。过了半小时，妈妈把面糊放锅里蒸。过了一会儿，面糊蒸好了，经过耐心搅拌，粘粘的。妈妈便开始做月饼了，只见她快速地捏着一团面糊，散上些糕粉防粘，包上馅子，再往模具里一压，一个月饼就做好了，还是绿色的，晶莹剔透，煞是惹人喜爱。“我也要做！”我跃跃欲试，打算大干一场，妈妈叫我仔细观察，可我已经把面糊放在手上了，还学着妈妈的样子抹上糕粉，结果洒了一大堆都没效果，反而像强力胶一样粘在了手上，我只好用筷子挑掉，可剩下的一点怎么办呢？扔掉又太可惜。于是我就把它啃掉了，我的手才得以“解放”。我想，为什么妈妈能把它做成美味的月饼，到了我的手上，就变成了“糟糕”了呢？我去问妈妈，妈妈又给我演示了一遍，我顿时明白了我错在哪儿了。第三次做时，又差点糊住，看来，我只有看的份儿了。我们做了8个，妈妈为它取名叫“翡翠莲蓉冰皮月饼”。

第二天，我、妈妈、外公、外婆一家人其乐融融地分享着自己做的月饼，我尝了尝，还是粘粘的，禁不住让我想起昨天恐怖的一幕——我的手被粘了！外公外婆直夸我们做得比买来的还好吃，我们心里乐开了花。虽然，我没做成功，但我也体会到了劳动的快乐！

八岁那年，我上小学一年级。开学不久，便到了中秋节。那时，对中秋节了解的不多，只知道中秋节到了，月儿亮了，圆了，晚上在家可以吃月饼了。

放学回家的心情是快乐的，因为可以吃甜甜的月饼了。当然，快乐的不止我一人，还有我姐。那时她读四年级，和我同一个学校。

我和姐那天回家走的飞快，走到家门口时，却隐约的听到屋里有争吵声。我给姐使了个手势，姐站在了原地，我却猫一样沿着墙角，侧起耳朵，小心翼翼地向屋门口靠近。近了，大概听清了是怎么回事。父母为了今年买不买月饼而争吵，母亲说两个孩子都上学，家里的学费还是东借西凑的呢，不买罢了。父亲却不同意，说，别人家的孩子都吃月饼，咱家的孩子也不能少，没有钱，我去借。哪怕少买几个，也不能让孩子委屈的慌。听到这，我感到事情不妙，退回大门口。我和姐嘀咕了一阵，唱着歌，若无其事地走进了家。父亲正从屋里出来，和我们打了个招呼，便出门了。

吃晚饭的时候，父亲赶回来了。手里托着一包月饼。父亲在饭桌上把纸包打开，我和姐眼睛都紧紧盯着月饼，生怕月饼会长了翅膀飞掉一样。

纸里一共七只月饼，下面四只，上面三只。月饼外边有薄薄的脆皮，金黄色，十分诱人。

早在几个月前，我们就和舅妈约好中秋自己在家做月饼。盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼到了国庆放假。

十月二日我们回到外婆家，一大家子人围坐在院子里，舅妈把事先准备好的皮和已炒好的面粉端了上来。我们姐弟几个都很高兴，好奇地摆弄着一个个模具，有玫瑰花的，有心形的，有灯笼的，有小汽车的，还有梅花的和小熊的。

我们的欢笑声和面皮的香味把邻居家的小妹妹语嫣也吸引来了，她目不转睛地看着舅妈把手中的面撮圆、压扁，紧接着舅妈让我来帮忙，把不同的图案模具装上。然后舅妈开始教我们做月饼上的图案，由于怕大家都急着要做，所以就按从大到小做。我是老大，接下来就来看看我的制作吧!

我把一个似包子的未成形的月饼塞进粘了熟面粉的模具中，舅妈说：“放在桌子上用力往下压，然后轻轻一推就行了。”我听着小心翼翼地做了起来，只见一个月饼顽皮地从模具中蹦了出来。这时小伙伴们都围过来，雨菲和臭臭惊讶地说：“好香啊!好漂亮啊!”丸子大声嚷着：“妈妈，我也要做，我也要做!”大家都争先恐后地吵着要做，这个场面真热闹啊!

雨菲轻轻地压着模具，做完后捧着自己做的月饼眼睛闪闪发光地看着它，口水都快流下来了。小臭臭害羞地拿起一个玫瑰花形的模具，说是要送给妈妈的，由于小臭臭粘的粉太多了，花的样子有点模糊，但也别有一番味道。“到我了，到我了!”丸子兴奋地说，“我要和小姐姐一起做。”舅妈帮丸子把月饼塞进模具中，可是有的月饼和模具大小不一，丸子太急了，月饼从模具中滑出来时，她和语嫣的两双小手正好压下去，把月饼压成了泥，只好从头开始。在舅妈的帮助下，她们终于成功地做出了一个小熊月饼。

我们把做好的月饼放入冰箱，十几分钟后，大家吃着冰冰的，散发着一股牛奶和抹茶清香的月饼，一脸的满足。

中秋佳节，最畅销的是月饼，最可贵的是团圆，吃着自己做的冰皮月饼，我想最该圆满的，是盼着相聚却总是聚少离多的温情。

little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses.For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old

buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many
