昨天晚上，我做了一个梦，梦见妈妈要带我去做月饼。今天一早，我把这个梦说给妈妈听。妈妈说：“这不是梦，上午就去。”

上午十点，我准时来到荷兰街，直上二楼，一眼就看到姜承希、顾佳昊、陶子涵已经在店里，赶紧坐到了他们身边，等待月饼DIY。

不一会儿，服务员开始教我们做月饼，大家蜂拥而上，认真聆听阿姨的每一句话。紧接着，我们开始动手DIY。首先把五种面皮各分成两等份，接着再把两种月饼馅儿各分成五等份，我们要做十个月饼。面皮分成两等份难度不大，一分为二就可以。馅儿分成五等份稍有难度，分好后，我再根据大小适当调整也算平均分配好了。这样，我按照服务员的讲解，把面皮的料压平，把馅儿放在皮上，小心翼翼地包裹，然后搓成一个小圆球。接下来，我就是挑选喜欢的模具开始制作，共有六种图案。我一眼看中的是哆啦A梦，把搓好的“圆球”放进模套，进行压制。随后，我请妈妈把手放在模具下面，我轻轻推动，一个成型的月饼“横空出世”，完美地呈现在妈妈的手心。接下来的九个，我一一按照这样的步骤完成，有维尼熊的，有Kitty猫的，还有米奇等等图案的。最后，我制作的月饼和陶子涵制作的月饼被一起送进烤箱，20分钟后，月饼新鲜出炉。我迫不及待地尝了两个，真是好吃。

晚上，姐姐一家和我们一起吃中秋团圆饭，我特意拿出自己DIY的月饼请他们品尝，得到他们的肯定，我的心里美滋滋的，真的是吃在嘴里，甜在心里。

一块小小的月饼，有时它的背后藏着浓浓的爱。

那一天我在家里休息，爸爸回家之前估计去了趟甜品店，手中拿着个月饼就进来了。老爸刚准备拆开月饼的包装袋，结果他一回头看到了我，就把这个月饼递给了我：“刚在路上碰到了个熟人，送了我一个月饼，我不喜欢吃这东西，你拿着吃吧！”我接过月饼一看，这正是我喜欢的蛋黄月饼，三下两下就把包装袋给拆了，拿出月饼掰成两半，一半递给老爸：“拿着，我们一人一半。”“不用了，我说过我不喜欢吃月饼，你拿着吃吧。”老爸推开我的手，就下楼去了。

这下月饼全归我了，张嘴就咬，还是熟悉的味道，太香甜可口了！我边吃边朝楼下走，结果又遇到了老爸：“味道挺好的，你尝尝吧！”我撒着娇，把月饼递过去。可老爸却不耐烦了：“我说了多少遍，我不喜欢吃月饼，不用给我了。”听出爸爸有点生气，我就不再说了，只好低着头吃剩下的那半块月饼。

不过一会儿，月饼就吃完了。正准备拿起包装扔了，门口突然传来隔壁小伙伴的呼唤声：“许曦之，出去一起玩吧！”我把包装袋往桌上一放，抱起脚边的大皮球，就开开心心地跑了出去。

我们几个拍了一会皮球，发现皮球漏了好多气，唉，只能先回去充点气了。刚来到家门口，就看到爸爸的身影，我发现爸爸竟然还在吃着包装袋里那些剩下的月饼渣！他把包装袋里的月饼渣往手心里倒了倒，再一仰头，就把月饼渣往嘴里倒……此刻，站在门口的我已经湿了眼眶。

我赶紧把眼泪擦干，当作什么也没看见似的拍着皮球就进去了。我低着头含糊不清地说：“老爸，皮球又没气了，你帮我打一下气吧！”“好！”老爸爽快地答应了。

从那次开始，每次吃月饼的时候，我总是会习惯地留一半放在桌子上，因为我知道，爸爸也喜欢吃月饼。

今天下午，因为家里没有面团，我和姐姐一起到邻居家做月饼。

一到邻居家，我们就像几只忙碌的蚂蚁，抓起工具就开始干活。”哎呀，我的袖子脏了！”我看了看衣袖，对姐姐说。“没关系，把袖子扁起来，这们就不会脏了。”姐姐连忙对我说。我们把面粉加上水，和好，揉成一大团，放到蒸笼里，才发现少了保鲜膜。邻居家的保鲜膜用完了，我匆忙赶回家里，把保鲜膜拿上，风风火火地又赶回邻居家。铺上保鲜膜，盖上盖子，打开火，终于可以休息一会了。

过了二十分钟，我们关了火打开盖子，把面团取出来摊成饼状，发现一半是透明的一半是白色的，面团没有熟透，又放回去重新蒸了十五分钟，这次终于把面蒸熟了。

我们取出月饼模具，就开始做月饼。 我先是取一小块面团，往里边加点豆沙馅，姐姐说；”馅太少了，得多加点。“我又加了点馅，和起来往模具上一放，糟糕，面团太大了，放不下，看着我尴尬的样子，姐姐说：没关系，重新开始，再做一个。”这次我取了少一点面团，再加上馅往模具里一放，终于成功了。接下来我又做了几个不用馅的月饼，虽然不是很完美，但心里依然很高兴。

由于邻居家没有烤箱，我们把做好的月饼拿回家，沫上一点油，用盘子摆好放进烤箱里，通上电源，十五分钟后打开烤箱，月饼那香喷喷的气味吸引了我们每一个人。我把月饼拿到妈妈面前，妈妈直夸我手巧，对我的手艺赞不绝口。

我偿着自己亲手做的月饼，心里也跟沫了蜜一样甜：我也会做月饼啦........

盼望已久的中秋节终于到了。这一天的习俗可多了，什么赏月、拜月、供乐啦，但我最喜欢的是阖家团圆吃月饼。

每年中秋，我和爸爸、妈妈都会去姥姥家过节。姥姥很讲究那些传统习俗，总是在晚间，一轮明月初升的时候，在月光下的院子里放张桌子，摆上新摘的葡萄和香喷喷的月饼。他说这叫“供月”。接着，就是我最喜欢的吃月饼的环节了。”

In the United States, the driving force behind the establishment of the

celebration of Fathers Day was Mrs Sonora Smart Dodd, born in Creston,

Washington. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, as a single

parent raised his six children in Spokane, Washington. She was inspired by Anna

Jarviss efforts to establish Mothers Day. Although she initially suggested

June 5, the anniversary of her fathers death, she did not provide the

organizers with enough time to make arrangements, and the celebration was

deferred to the third Sunday of June. The first Fathers Day was celebrated on

June 19, 1910, in Spokane.

Unofficial support from such figures as William Jennings Bryan was

immediate and widespread. President Woodrow Wilson was personally feted by his

family in 1916. President Calvin Coolidge recommended it as a national holiday

in 1924. In 1966, President Lyndon Johnson made Fathers Day a holiday to be

celebrated on the third Sunday of June. The holiday was not officially

recognized until 1972, during the presidency of Richard Nixon.

盼星星，盼月亮，期待已久的中秋节终于快到了。为了迎接中秋节，我们班家委会的叔叔阿姨们特意为我们举办了一次别开生面的活动——做月饼。

“八月十五月儿明，爷爷为我打月饼……”做月饼可是要技术的哟，连歌里都是这么唱的，我们？能行吗？一个上午，我的心里满是期待与兴奋，老想着下午的活动。“叮铃！叮铃！”终于到下午了，科学课上完后，我立刻以百米冲刺的速度奔向了教室。当我来到门口时，看到老师和家长们早已将桌子拼得整整齐齐，上面摆放着一盘盘香甜可口的月饼皮、馅儿，让人看了就要流口水呀。

上课铃终于打响了，我们静下心来开始认真听讲。虽然看师傅制作起来很容易，但是轮到我自己做时，心里就没底了，于是我战战兢兢地开始了我的月饼制作之旅。首先，我把月饼皮搓圆，再用双手压得扁扁的，把不匀称的地方修一修。还不错，一张薄薄的饼皮就呈现在我眼前了。月饼除了皮，也得有馅儿呀！所以我再把馅儿搓圆，哇！一个圆乎乎的馅儿做成了。第三步包馅，这可要十分小心了。把饼皮围在“小圆球”上，千万不能破坏饼皮哟，不然可就露馅了。最后把月饼轻轻地放进模具里，只听见“嗒嗒！”的一声，一个花形月饼完成了。瞧！晶莹剔透的饼皮，隐约可见的馅儿，美丽的花纹，哇！真是一件美轮美奂的艺术品哦，我简直有点佩服自己了。看着这个美味的月饼，我的口水一下子就流了“三千尺”，可我还是忍住没下口，我要把它带回家，留给爸爸妈妈尝一尝。就这样，我一口气做了八个月饼，它们个个粉嫩粉嫩，吹弹可破，装在精美的礼盒里，可爱极了！在老师、家长的耐心指导下，我们变成了一个个月饼制作“小能手”，还互相评比，看谁更技高一筹。整个下午，我们都沉浸在欢乐的海洋里。

第二天，我、妈妈、外公、外婆一家人其乐融融地分享着自己做的月饼，我尝了尝，还是粘粘的，禁不住让我想起昨天恐怖的一幕——我的手被粘了！外公外婆直夸我们做得比买来的还好吃，我们心里乐开了花。虽然，我没做成功，但我也体会到了劳动的快乐！

speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make. Wed better join the English club and

practice with others. Third, we can read more English newspapers and magazines.
