今天是我们第一次学做月饼的日子。我非常期待，下午体育课一下课，我就兴冲冲地拿着书包和同学们一起在大队部扬老师的带领下兴高采烈地走出校门，来到太庙社区的一块空地上。我看到社区的叔叔阿姨们都已经准备好了材料，就等我们去大显身手了。

太庙社区的叔叔阿姨们先给我们点名，再把我们分成了三组。开始学做月饼了，叔叔阿姨们先拿出准备好的面团，给我们示范：先把面团揉圆，再压扁成一个圆形的薄饼，接着在薄饼中心放上蓝梅馅，然后就象做包子一样旁边的面皮把蓝梅馅包起来。之后把包好蓝梅馅的面团揉圆，最后放到已经准备好的压制模型架上一压，一个月饼就诞生了。我们都很专心致志地听着细致的讲解，看着蓝梅月饼的诞生过程，心中充满了新奇。之后就是我们自己动手做月饼了。我先挑了个肥头大耳的面团，心里想着最好做个大大的月饼。于是我按老师教的步骤认真做，可是我第一个做的月饼很不整齐，有些凹凸不平。我有些懊恼，仔细回想了过程，可能面团挑得太大，而且模具的图案上没清理干净，所以做出的月饼不显图案。我做第二个月饼的时候就吸取了前面的教训，一步一步仔细做，最后终于在我手上诞生了一个美轮美奂玫瑰花图案的月饼。

做完月饼后，社区的叔叔阿姨们还给我们一起做游戏，其中我最喜欢的就是知识竟答：有关中秋节的知识。时间很快就过去了，我们最后还领了奖品，这真是一次难忘快乐的活动！

模具的把手上有一个按杆一按再一扣，月饼就出来了，老师在我的月饼后面也刻了数字，我是32号。最后老师把所有的月饼都拿走去烤了。

我们利用考月饼的时间学做礼盒。每人发了两张卡片，首先用双面胶粘在一张纸上，粘成一个正方形，再把另一张卡纸粘在上面，接着在上面画画，我画了很多心。最后把四边立起来，成长方体，用绳

子一系就好了。月饼来啦!我们欢呼起来，老师把月饼按号给我们发下来，还给我们照了相。我提着自己的成果兴高采烈的回家了。看着爸爸妈妈品尝自己的劳动果实，我心里可高兴了!

这次的活动不但让我学会了做月饼，还让我品尝到了和别人分享自己的成功果实的快乐，真是让我受益匪浅啊!

Graduation is a time of moving on, further studies, or out into the society? There are a lot of choices which we are supposed to make and we are emotional at the graduation season. What’s more, we usually have a variety of activities about graduation, such as taking photos, having a class party, leaving words to each other in our memory collections, exchanging gifts between friends to memorize our friendship, giving teacher presents to express our thanks.

However, we have mixed emotions about farewell. We want to spend more time having fun and working with each other, but we have to move on. 今天，我们又迎来了一年一度的中秋节，中秋节吃月饼是中国的一种传统，它象征着团圆。所以，每年中秋节，人们都要吃月饼。当然，我们家也不例外。我跟着妈妈去超市买月饼。

超市里的有关中秋节的画让我感受到浓浓的节日气息。不一会儿，我来到月饼区，看见各式各样的月饼玲琅满目，我看得眼花缭乱。但我还是朝着我最喜欢的水果月饼奔去。水果月饼有水蜜桃味、哈密瓜味、草莓味和苹果味的。我把每一种都买了几块。妈妈还买了绿豆、五仁馅和许多其他馅的月饼。

买完月饼，在回家的路上，我想起可口的月饼，就忍不住口水直流。于是，我盯着月饼看来看去，妈妈说：“别把歪主意打在月饼上，这是要带回家和爷爷奶奶一起分享的。”我心想：不让我吃，我就非吃不可。我灵机一动，有了!我对妈妈说：“妈妈，我来帮你拿月饼吧!”随后，我便把月饼夺了过来，以迅雷不及掩耳之速，“唰”地奔回了家。

“八月十五月儿明呀，爷爷为我打月饼呀……”，在这悠扬的歌声中，我们欢聚一堂，在阿姨的指导下，小伙伴们分工合作，一起动手做月饼。

我们在准备好的材料中称出普通面粉240克，低精面粉160克﹑油70克，100克牛奶等；再分别把两种面粉加入油﹑牛奶拌匀，使劲地不停地揉好，让它们在盆里静静地呆上10分钟，然后把两种面筋各分成六小段，低精面筋作内馅，普通面筋作外皮包好，卷叠三层，对半切开，压平变为面饼，用擀面杖擀圆擀薄，摊在手心，加入豆沙馅或榨菜肉馅。

开始，我们几个笨手笨脚的，顾前顾不上后。不要小看这简单的擀面，也需要孰能生巧呀！手上的面皮怎么也擀不圆，不是多个角，就是少个缺，难看极了，馅不停地往面皮里加，再封口时馅都不停地往外逃，大家你看看我，我看看你，都哈哈大笑了起来。“水满则溢”，原来“菜满也会溢”啊！经过不断地努力和改进，最后，大家手中的月饼从不规则慢慢变成了圆形，大家在托盘上铺上一层锡纸，把月饼一个个排放整齐，刷上蛋液，把它们放进烤箱，以180度的温度先烤10分钟，再刷蛋液，烤10分钟，共3次。就这样，金灿灿﹑香喷喷的月饼就出炉了。

大家吃着自己亲手做的月饼，乐开了花。虽然，离中秋节还有一段时间，但今年的中秋节我会为家人精心准备一份月饼，自己动手做的别具风格的月饼。想着到时，坐在阳台前，一边赏月一边吃月饼，把我甜甜的思念传递给每个人，我感到很快乐。

“月饼圆圆甜又香啊，一块月饼一片心啊！”我们边吃边唱，期盼着中秋节快点来，过一个平凡而又特别的中秋！

Since its first appearance in the 15th century in the courts of European royalty, ballet has become one of the most loved forms of dance. One of the most beloved ballets is “Swan Lake.” First performed in Russia in 1895, it continues to thrill audiences around the world today.

The word “ballet” itself is French, and comes from the Italian word ballo, meaning “a dance.” Ballet dancing, as we know it today, is a result of influences from many countries.  Italy, France, Russia, England, and America have all contributed important elements to this style of dance.

这次的中秋博饼活动在我们的紧张和欢乐中离去了，同学们各自拎着自己博到的东西提回了家，但欢笑声、骰子声永远留在我们的心中。

期待已久的做月饼活动开始了，老师们已经准备好了做月饼的工具和食材。中秋节能亲自做月饼真是美妙极了。但是，摆在我们面前的材料怎么才能做出好吃的月饼呢？我静静的在旁边思索！

做月饼之前，水晶老师给我们讲了很多关于中秋的知识。其中讲到月相知识让我听得津津有味。农历初一这一天人们在地球上是看不到月球，这一天称为‘新月’，过了新月，在西方天空出现一丝钩似的月球，叫‘蛾眉月’。随后，到了农历初七、初八，我们可以看到半个月亮，这一月相叫‘上弦月’。当地球运行到地球背日方向，即农历十五、十六、十七，我们就能看到一轮圆月，这一月相叫‘满月’……

紧接着就是做月饼了，首先将牛奶、猕猴桃汁、胡萝卜汁分别倒进熟的糯米粉里，我们八个人一组，刚开始大家都争先恐后的和面，但和面太费劲了，老师说要把面团和得Q弹才行，所以大家就轮流着来，直到捏起来感觉软软的有弹性。然后准备月饼陷，将事先准备好的豆沙馅分成若干份，每份15克，也就是说一个月饼的馅是15克。将面团分成40克每份。后面的工序就非常关键了，把面团捏成扁扁的似小碗状，将称好的豆沙馅放在饼皮中间，然后将饼皮包在豆沙馅的外面，做成类似包子形状。最后一道工序就是把饼皮包好的馅放入模具中轻轻地挤压，漂亮的月饼就做出来了。

我把做好的月饼用包装盒包起来，看上去简直和超市里卖的一模一样。拿回家，让家人们都尝一尝我做的月饼。
