I went skiing with my friends on Sunday. It was my very first time to try this super interesting sport. I really enjoyed skiing A LOT, and I think that I have potential!!! 正式开始做月饼了，今天我们每个人可以做四个月饼，老师发下原料：四个做皮的面团和四个馅，面团是月饼粉揉好的，而馅则分为豆沙和莲蓉两种。一切准备就序，老师开始教我们如何制作了，她示范说：“你们先把面团搓成圆圆、薄薄的面皮，大概5厘米大小，然后把馅放进去，用面皮包严实，再用模子一压就可以了。今天我们的月饼有50克，皮薄馅大，是广式月饼哦！”这么简单么？我赶紧把一个面团压扁了，揉成一个5厘米大小的圆皮后就把豆沙馅放在里面，可没想到馅太大了，月饼皮居然被挤了个洞，我想了个办法，在破洞的地方又揉了揉，没想到洞被补上了。

我太高兴了，一个小月饼很快就做好了，就差用模子印花了。我拿来模子按压，这才发现月饼被捏成了饼状，根本不能放进模子里，我只好把小月饼又揉成椭圆形，这下终于塞进模子了。我便使出吃奶的劲用力一压，槽糕！月饼都被挤压出来了，我推出模子一看，月饼的花是印清晰了，可也破了个洞。

每年中秋的时候，总是少不了吃月饼，而在本周四，我亲手做了一次月饼。

周四下午我早早的在学校里把作业写完，一回家里，就接到妈妈的电话，她晚上要带着我参加单位的活动——做月饼。

最后一道工序是把月饼放到烤箱里烘烤，因为我们年龄小，这项由面点师替我们完成。经过十来分钟的烘烤，在我们的焦急等待中，月饼出炉了，我们一片欢呼！

在回家的路上，我想：参加这样的活动真好，不仅心情愉快，还学会了一门手艺，真好！
