早上，外婆一大早就出来做馅，有青菜馅和芝麻馅的。青菜馅是把青菜切碎，煮熟以后把水拧干，再把青菜放在锅里，放一些肉末在锅里一起炒熟加上作料。芝麻馅是把芝麻放在锅里炒熟，然后把芝麻倒出来，放在石臼里，把芝麻捣碎，再加一些糖，搅拌均匀。外婆把馅都做好以后，中午吃完饭，外公帮我们把水倒在面粉里搓，把面粉搓成面团，不能太软，也不能太硬，所以加水的量必须控件好，不能多加，也不能少加，搓好后就可以做大饼了。我看见妈妈做的非常好，我也想试试，于是，我就去洗手，我先把馅放在面团里，然后把面团捏起来，再把面团用手拍扁。咦!什么东西跑出来了，原来，我拍的时候太用力，把面团里的菜都弄出来了，我只好重新做一个，我做的饼终于完成了，拍的我满头大汗，真不容易!外婆把我们做好的饼放到油锅里煎，煎的时候火不能开的太大，时间不能太长，也不能太短，短了可能还不熟，长了就煎糊了。只见外婆把饼上下翻转，一会儿一块金灿灿、香喷喷的大饼就出锅了，看的我直流口水!

晚上，我们全家坐在一起，一边吃自己做的大饼，一边看中秋联欢晚会，多幸福啊!
