中国的传统节日有很多，例如春节，元宵节，清明节，端午节等等。但是，我最喜欢的传统节日却是中秋节。中秋节又称“月圆节”，顾名思义也就是月亮最圆的一天。中秋节的传统习俗有很多，有赏月、吃月饼、一家人坐在圆桌旁吃团圆饭等。

为了能在晚上赏月时吃到我亲手做的月饼，我在天还没亮的时候就叫妈妈起床做月饼了。妈妈和我准备好了做月饼的材料，我们要开始做月饼了。首先，妈妈拿出发好的面，把面分成一小块一小块的样子，我则来将它擀成面皮。面皮擀好以后，我和妈妈包上伍仁、豆沙、枣泥等馅，将它封口放入模具之中，压成各种各样的形状，月饼就制作完成了。

而我今天要说的中秋砸月饼，则是我童年记忆中的趣事，在童年谁家的孩子能单独吃一个囫囵月饼，那是会被同伴们视为一种奢侈的表现而遭妒忌。或许那年月，是因为很多人都吃不饱饭，或许是因为肚子里油水少，加之月饼非寻常点心，在我的印象中，那时的月饼似乎是好吃的东西。

如今，总会听到有人说，现在的月饼不如以前的好吃，就我个人的体会，那时的月饼不是太好吃。只是那年月的人经常吃不饱肚子的缘故。不过，那时的月饼“质量”是相当的“好”，由于没有保质期，一个月饼放半年六个月，一点不会变质。而最大的特点就是“硬”，硬到什么程度？

在我的记忆里，小时候只用锤子砸过两种食品，一是榨过油的花生饼，另一个就是月饼。砸月饼，因为要与兄弟分享月饼，但力小又掰不开，刀又切不动。最后只好用锤子砸，砸开的月饼在当时完全可以用来磨牙的，牙口不好，想大口吃砸开的月饼，那是根本不可能的。可以说，那个年月的月饼是很少被浪费的。

记不清从什么时候开始，月饼已经不再是传统意义的月饼，什么天价月饼，黄金月饼、甚至打着无糖月饼的旗号，无所不用至极。但是却并不好吃，不是过甜，就是太腻，什么香精、色素、添加剂等，基本上吃不到原生态的味道。说好听一点儿，也就是一种新式点心，说不好听的，纯粹就是拿我们大众胃口开涮。

因此，每逢中秋吃月饼，我都会想到少年时中秋砸月饼的趣事。

Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for

中秋那天，天气不怎么好，一大早就下起了雨。雨点一滴一滴地打在奶奶家院子里的水泥地上。我的心也跟着沉了下去。哎，看来，赏月吃月饼的计划要泡汤了。

然而，大雨不能阻挡住亲人团圆的脚步。过不了多久，大姑小姑两家拎着月饼也来了。家里立刻变得热闹起来。谈笑声，电视声，手机铃声，还有煮饭菜的锅碗瓢盆声，这一切都冲淡了我对这鬼天气的失落。

午饭时间到了，大家七手八脚地把丰盛的饭菜端上了桌。我给自己盛了一碗饭，选了个不起眼的位子坐下来。大家一边吃一边大声谈论着今年的天气，今年的收获，今年的股票。

这是大人们的天下，我没在饭桌上停留太久，挑了几样自己喜欢吃的菜，两三下就把饭吞进了肚子。

当然，我给肚子留下足够的空间。嘿嘿，我早就看好了大姑带来的“胖大嫂榨菜鲜肉月饼”。那味道……自从去年大姑给了吃过一次后，我再也没忘记。

趁人不注意，我走出饭堂，来到客厅。茶几上堆满了各式各样的月饼。我“巡视”了一番，终于看到了“猎物”——胖大嫂榨菜鲜肉月饼。环顾四周，没人，一个人都没！我连忙拆开纸袋子，拿起一只，狠狠咬了一口。嗯，外皮酥脆，内里咸中带甜。细嚼，加了榨菜的肉馅，软硬适中，又香又鲜。真是“此饼只应天上有，人间哪得几回吃”啊！

“你在干吗？”

冷不丁，抬头看到了老妈那张南瓜脸。不好，警察来了，赶紧撤！

“我……我看看。”我的脚已经朝向门外的院子了，做好了百米冲刺的准备。

“得了吧，看你这样子。”天呢，老妈指着我的脸居然笑了。她刚做过面膜的脸，看起来无比的璀璨。

我一摸嘴巴，掉下不少月饼皮碎屑来，也跟着笑起来。

没想到，这回老妈非但没批评我，还给我讲起了他们小时候的事。

“我们小时候，月饼可是稀罕物。奶奶为了防止我们姐弟贪吃。中秋节一过，她就把剩下的几筒月饼放在竹篮里，又把竹篮高高地挂在楼板底下。奶奶规定我们姐弟每天只能吃一个，要是不乖还不能吃……每次我们看着那只高高在上的竹篮，总要咽口水。我们希望钩子坏了，竹篮子自己从楼板上掉下来。可这样的好事，一次都没发生过……哎，吃到最后一个，月饼长乌花毛了。就是这样的月饼，我们也舍不得丢。把外面的乌花毛剥了，吃里面的果仁。”

“不会吃坏肚子吗？”

“忘记了，只知道长了乌花毛的月饼有股异味。不过，也还是吃，因为它是月饼。”

“这么小气。”

“不是小气，是实在没的吃。哪有你们现在那么幸福，想吃了就去买……”

趁老妈讲得眉飞色舞时，我又偷偷拿了一只，揣在口袋里。老妈看着我，摇了摇头，叹了口气说，别吃撑了。

我朝老妈扮了个鬼脸，心里很有些受宠若惊。一向喜欢教育人的老妈，是不是想起了自己小时候吃月饼的事，才对我这么宽容起来。

我没有问老妈小时候有没有偷吃过月饼。我想也许我问了，老妈也不会承认吧。

今年的中秋节又到了，在这个“千里共婵娟”的日子里，我们又可以吃月饼了。

妈妈说今年自己做月饼吃，家里人多，想吃什么口味的都有，但是都要满足大家。

爷爷奶奶爱吃酥软松脆的，妈妈放了油、芝麻、花生、核桃、瓜子、杏仁等许多东西。等月饼烤出来时，香味飘了一屋子，妈妈让我端给爷爷奶奶去尝，他们笑呵呵说：“真好吃，就叫八宝月饼吧！”然后递给我吃，别说真是香极了。

姑姑爱吃水果，特别是桃子，妈妈怎么也做不出来，不过什么也难不倒妈妈，妈妈用果汁机把桃子打碎，然后放在摊饼机上和其它调料一揉，接着一个个往模具上一压，新鲜美味的桃子月饼就做出来了。姑姑闻着甜甜的桃子味说：“嫂子真会发明创造，这水蜜桃月饼可以申请专利了。”

我最喜欢吃肉了，妈妈给我往里面放了火腿、蔬菜丁，怎么感觉是中式的汉堡呢，不过烤出来比汉堡好吃多了，因为比汉堡香脆，比汉堡酥甜，最重要的是妈妈的味道，妈妈做的月饼真好吃。

妈妈还做了爸爸喜欢吃的蛋黄月饼，她自己喜欢吃的西瓜月饼。我们把月饼都摆到院子里，一边看着天上圆圆的月亮，一边吃着自己喜欢的月饼，我想嫦娥恐怕也吃不到我妈妈做的这么好吃的月饼吧！
