今天一早，老师就宣布了今天下午做月饼的事情，同学们都欢呼雀跃，期待着下午早点儿到来。

下午两点十分，做月饼活动正式开始。我们把桌子拼在一起，铺上桌布，放好材料。这时候，月饼师傅上场了。她先教我们认识做月饼的材料，有冰皮，有月饼馅，包括蛋黄馅、豆沙馅、紫薯馅‥‥‥还有各式各样的模具，然后，她就开始教我们做月饼了。首先，我们要把面粉撒在手上，接着，把冰皮放在手上压成又圆又扁的形状，然后，挑选自己喜欢的馅儿放在冰皮上，包起来。在确保馅儿已经全部被冰皮包裹住的时候，就把它搓成一个可爱的小圆球。最后，用模具把它压成月饼状，小小的月饼就完成了。

终于轮到我们自己动手了！不过，做月饼的过程看起来容易，做起来还是有点难度的。我第一次做的时候，因为用力过大，把冰皮给扯断了。我心里忐忑不安，心想“完了，完了，这个月饼完蛋了”！幸好有程心怡妈妈帮忙，她帮我把皮粘在了一起，我才能进行下一步。可是包馅这个过程也不怎么顺利。当我把馅放在冰皮上，用冰皮包起来的时候，由于用力过猛，馅露出来了好多。这一次，又是程心怡妈妈挽救了我的月饼。只见露出馅的冰皮在她手上轻巧地转了几下，一个圆圆滑滑的小球出现了。最后，我选择了玫瑰花图案的模具，轻轻一压，小圆球便变成了一只可爱的月饼。同样的步骤重复了好几次，我终于完成了我的八只小月饼。看看四周，同学们基本上都做完了月饼。一只只月饼放在桌上，让人看得垂涎欲滴。有几个馋嘴的同学当时就吃掉了几个月饼，引得我们哈哈大笑。

我们把小小的月饼带回了家，与家人一起分享。月饼代表着团圆和思念，当我和家人一起赏月、吃月饼的时候，我不禁想起了苏轼的一首诗：“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全。但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”希望这小小的月饼能如同天上这轮明月一般，把思念和祝福献给远在千里的家人和朋友们！
