How time flies! I have studied in my school for three years. And I will

graduate from middle school in a month. I am eager to share my happiness and

sadness with you. I had so many memories in three years’ life. One of them

impressed me very much. I still remember, when I began to learn English, I found

it too difficult. No matter how hard I tried, I still couldn’t do well in it and

almost gave it up. As soon as my English teacher found my problem, she had a

快到十点，我的心早已急得炸开了锅，迫不及待地和妈妈来到了绿地缤纷世纪城。到那一看，不少小朋友都到了，原来他们和我一样着急呀！等了一会，舒老师就宣布活动正式开始了。首先是两位小朋友说说有关中秋和月饼的故事，其中就有我。我一开始有点怯场，脑袋里好像一下变空白了，但在老师的鼓励下，我很快恢复了状态，将月饼的来源、“月饼起义”的故事和对大家节日的祝福不紧不慢地说了出来，台下的小朋友和家长们都认真地听着，还不时地给我掌声，连舒老师也夸奖了我，我开心极了。

良好的开端预示着成功的一半，我想下面的“做月饼”活动一定也会一帆风顺吧！

正式开始做月饼了，今天我们每个人可以做四个月饼，老师发下原料：四个做皮的面团和四个馅，面团是月饼粉揉好的，而馅则分为豆沙和莲蓉两种。一切准备就序，老师开始教我们如何制作了，她示范说：“你们先把面团搓成圆圆、薄薄的面皮，大概5厘米大小，然后把馅放进去，用面皮包严实，再用模子一压就可以了。今天我们的月饼有50克，皮薄馅大，是广式月饼哦！”这么简单么？我赶紧把一个面团压扁了，揉成一个5厘米大小的圆皮后就把豆沙馅放在里面，可没想到馅太大了，月饼皮居然被挤了个洞，我想了个办法，在破洞的地方又揉了揉，没想到洞被补上了。

我太高兴了，一个小月饼很快就做好了，就差用模子印花了。我拿来模子按压，这才发现月饼被捏成了饼状，根本不能放进模子里，我只好把小月饼又揉成椭圆形，这下终于塞进模子了。我便使出吃奶的劲用力一压，槽糕！月饼都被挤压出来了，我推出模子一看，月饼的花是印清晰了，可也破了个洞。

我很难过，只好用挤出来的那点面皮填上了那个破洞。哎，做一个小小的月饼真是一波三折呀！总结了以上经验，下面的三个月饼，我就做的很顺利了。月饼先搓成团，压模时用巧劲，漂亮的月饼就做好了。后来老师把我们的月饼放进了大烤箱，烤了大约十分钟，香甜可口的月饼就出炉了，金黄色的，我真想吃一口，但我舍不得，因为我更想把这些月饼送给爷爷奶奶。过了一会儿，月饼不烫了，我小心翼翼地将它们放进盒子里，美滋滋地拿着回家了，我觉得这些亲手制作的月饼一定是世上最好吃的月饼！

“小记者巧手做月饼”活动太有意义了，我不仅了解到了中秋和月饼的来历，也学会了如何制作月饼，更重要的是我明白了做任何事情都不能着急，当出现意外情况时，一定要静下心思考，想办法去解决问题，才能得到满意的结果。

今天，是我难以忘怀的一天。为什么呢?因为周老师带我们做了月饼。

和面粉终于结束了，有的组的面粉和得软硬适中，堪称大师!而有的组，只剩下碗底那一小撮;更有甚者，面粉消失的“无影无踪”，桌上乱作一团……老师只好宣布：星期一再做一次。

回到家里，我给爸爸讲了我们做月饼的趣事，爸爸也给我讲了些注意事项，以及如何判断什么时候该加水或者面粉。

没有家人陪伴和没有月饼可以吃的中秋节是不完整的，而在那年的中秋节，虽然身边没有家人的陪伴，但那年中秋节吃下的月饼是我吃过最暖心的月饼，不是说吃下的月饼有多么的美味和特别，只是那年中秋节有一份难得的情谊值得我们回过头来想念。

演出结束后，我们来到饭店里面填饱了肚子，在大家都吃饱了以后，我们的舞蹈老师却说起了话来，她从身后的包里拿出了藏了很久的月饼，向我们说道：“孩子们，中秋节快乐，今天辛苦了。”

我最爱的是牛肉月饼。

它闻起来香香的，好像在闻一块牛排似的，我真想一口就把它吃进肚子里啊！它摸起来滑滑的，就像摸一块丝绸一样，柔柔的，手感很好。它看起来很像一朵花，中间写着“牛肉”两个字。凸起的地方是焦黄焦黄的，凹下去的地方是像蜂蜜那种的黄，可真漂亮。而且，月饼的表面也是有很多图案。轻轻咬一下，棕色的馅露出来了，美味可口，仿佛全身都要被这美味融化。只需要一点点儿，在舌间蔓延开来，你就会陶醉在这美味中。不一会儿，这块月饼就会被吃光，这时候，你就会感觉满嘴都是香味。所以，我这喜欢牛肉月饼。

I can saw many famous brands: Cucci, Chanel, Rolex, Seiko, even the new Audi cars. It made me really want to stay in Beijing .The third day I visited the Tian’anmen Square, and it’s very beautiful. And the Chang’an Ave is wide ,straight and clean. The forth day, I went to the Forbidden City. It made me felt the emperor ’ s royal mausoleum was very luxury. The fifth day I went to the Summer Palace, I went boating there. The sixth day, I visited the Great Wall, it’s very terrific, this great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are ! T he last day, I visited the Beijing University ----one of the topest universities of China . There are many famous people were graduated t here.

That’s a happy travel. In the future, I want to visit many countries. This is my dream.

Dear Mr. Wang,

Thank you for taking the time to write your wonderful letter in support of MCEA (Maywood Chinese Education Association). Your letter clearly articulates all the major reasons children in Maywood will benefit from studying the Chinese language as part of their elementary school education. It provides invaluable support that will help making bilingual Chinese education a reality in Maywood public schools.

Although MCEA would like to see Palo Alto public schools implement the first bilingual Chinese kindergarten class in September of 2006, we have learned that the school district must take the time to understand how a new program will affect existing educational offerings, and to validate community interest. Nevertheless, MCEA, with more than 70 members, will continue to actively promote bilingual Chinese education in the Palo Alto public schools and will keep you apprised of the progress we make.

Thanks again for sending a letter in support of MCEA. We will continue to do all we can to realize this program both for families of Chinese descent and those with a general interest in participating in the growing economic power of China.

But takes me who lectures not to have well the preparation, is simply is on site to display. At that time stood on the stage feeling is really very bad, I only wanted a bit faster to finish lecture, hurry to leave stage. That experience told me “the full preparation” importance.

In your class, I also have another unforgettable experience, is some time roll-call. You didn’t call everybody,when you selected Wang Kaiya, I helped her to call, which knew that you called me to raise hand to look to you. Afterward you selected unexpectedly to mine name. I am really suspected very much that you thought I am not Wang Kaiya, therefore has turned head selects the Han Xue name again, because of mine student number in the front of Wang Kaiya. Afterward one time, you were called each group of group leaders name, I helped Wang Kaiya to call once more, therefore I thought that perhaps you regarded me Wang Kaiya.Ha-ha, this merely is my guess!

On your class we feel relaxed, we don’t have the tedious knowledge spot and heavy homework. Some are only your speaking with confidence with each kind of small story, you used your personal experience to teach our some truths.

This semester, my impression quite deep is “transportation” this chapter. I have learned the transport expense computing mode, and in the transportation process the risk undertakes the way. The different transport mode and the method of settling accounts, will have the dissimilar transport expense and the risk. Actually in “the international trade”, I has also studied some international shippings knowledge, but in yours class, I studied each technical expression in English. For freight,direct vessel,entir voyage and so on.

Oh, Oh, I am really could not write again about this semester’s studies and thought, because spoke the truth, I very few listened earnestly, especially in the university.
