今天我们班级举行做月饼的活动。我上完科学课回到教室一看，真让我大吃一惊啊！你看月饼的皮和馅整整齐齐的站在盒子里，又大又圆像一个个小胖娃娃。

在师傅的巧手下，一个个图案各异的月饼诞生了，看上去让人不禁“口水直流三千尺”。终于轮到我们动手做了，我手忙脚乱地开始了，“哎呦！”这里破了个洞我赶忙补上，谁知那里又开了个口子，我只好使出我的绝招——滚球大法，总算做了个圆又不圆、方又不方的东西，真让人哭笑不得。有了第一次的经验我越做越好，越做越顺手了，这儿捏捏，那儿捏捏，一个个光鲜圆润的胖娃娃终于从我的手里变出来了。

接下来是按压环节，按照师傅教的方法，我把月饼团放进模子里，一按二压三提，哈哈，一个个花纹各异的月饼诞生啦！它们的花纹千奇百怪，有的是憨态可掬的企鹅，有的是含苞待放的花朵，有的是红彤彤的苹果。我迫不及待地拿起来咬了一口，闭上眼睛慢慢品味，软软的、甜甜的、糯糯的，像黑色的小精灵在我的舌尖翩翩起舞，让人回味无穷。

望着那圆圆的月饼，我的脑海里浮现出八月十五晚上那轮皎洁明亮的圆月，想起了“举头望明月，低头思故乡”的诗句。中秋佳节是阖家团圆的日子，当我们和父母家人相聚在一起赏月品尝月饼的时候，有些人却坚守岗位不能和家人团聚。在祖国的边塞，解放军叔叔正扛着钢枪在边境线上巡逻；抢救室里忙碌的医生正在紧张的抢救病人；在车水马龙的道路上总能看到交警叔叔那挺拔的背影……

在这阖家团圆的日子里我真想为他们送上我亲手做的香甜可口的月饼，让它带去我衷心的祝福：“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”。

“露从今夜白，月是故乡明”。一转眼，今年的中秋节又快到了，每次过这个传统的节日，大人们都会坐在自家的院子里一边赏月，一边吃月饼。我百思不得其解：为什么中秋节要吃月饼？

每年中秋的时候，总是少不了吃月饼，而在本周四，我亲手做了一次月饼。

周四下午我早早的在学校里把作业写完，一回家里，就接到妈妈的电话，她晚上要带着我参加单位的活动——做月饼。

驱车15分钟，我们来到了活动地点，那里有多叔叔阿姨和小朋友们已经围着一张铺着桌垫的巨大桌子开始制作月饼了!我们马上带了手套，开始揉月饼馅，我先挑了一块枣红色的水蜜桃馅儿，双手把它搓成球型，然后蘸了点面粉，再用面皮把它整个儿包起来，看起来像个小拳头般大小的球球，可爱极了。可是，这和我们平时吃的月饼不一样呀，我们吃月饼都是扁扁的形状，正面还有精美的花纹，可不会像大厨教我们做的一样，圆得可以滚来滚去。我疑惑的看着教我们做月饼的大厨，只见他笑眯眯的掏出了一个小模具，把刚刚做的月饼球放在模具里面，轻轻一压，奇迹发生了：一个花式精美，模样规整的月饼诞生了。我们也学着大厨，轻松的复刻出了五个月饼，大厨帮我们收起来，放到烤箱去完成最后的蜕变。

在等候月饼烤熟的时间里，在现场的杭州电视台的几个哥哥过来采访我，我也把上述过程描述了一遍。

我想如果没有模具，再好的馅料到了手上，只能成为没有用处的一团废料。没有规矩，不成方圆，也许老师、父母给我的那些不愉快的条条框框，却是一个真正能让“小月饼”变得精美的模具。

“好!好!”从教室里发出了欢呼声，这是怎么回事呢?原来是要去蛋糕店做月饼啦!

我们陆续把统一的橘色帽子戴在头上，在蓝色队旗的引导下出发了!

转过一个大街，我们来到了“简·爱遇见你”的蛋糕店。王老师把我们分成两队，一队女生，一队男生。我们看见商店里有各种各样的蛋糕和月饼，真是看得我们眼花缭乱呀。

我们要开始做月饼了。王老师给我们每人发了一块儿面团儿和一块儿馅儿。老师首先让我们把面团儿和馅儿揉成圆形。我揉完之后，老师说把面团儿摁成扁的，把自己喜欢的馅儿放在面团上。我这才发现我的馅儿不是芝麻馅儿，而是莲蓉馅儿的。我和同桌交换了馅儿，这次我才安心。我继续摁面团儿，然后把芝麻馅儿放在里面，再接着揉，不可以把馅儿露在外面，揉成圆形。

揉完之后，再把模具在面团上摁，然后把模具拿下来。这样月饼就完成了一大半了。

最后，我们把做好的月饼放进烤箱里烤，上火230度，下火180度，烤十五分钟后拿出来。用鸡蛋黄在月饼上刷两次，刷完之后再放进烤箱里烤六分钟，拿出这样美味的月饼就做成了。烤完之后不要马上吃，这样会烧伤手的，登上几分钟后再吃。

It happened on Christmas day, I came to the school with the joyful mood, suddenly found his pocket which turned out to have a lot of lessons for Christmas, I sat on the seat quickly put out gifts found above the names of many students, I am excited golden beans are falling out, everyone looked at me and said "Zhao Runze, dont cry. The second day I was going, and when I went, everyone was sending me off, and some of my good classmates were crying. I dont think Im crying too. They cry and comfort me. I think this is the best Christmas gift!

Now, I am learning in the new school, the new school atmosphere and the new environment. My classmates are treating me very well. I hope to write this composition so that my former classmates can see it. I want to tell them, "I miss you!"

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually

goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to

school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because

of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and

occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to

keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming think nothing is more

refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has ended I went swimming

many times with my classmates we all had a good time. This summer vacation,

however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student

I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were a year

away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time

between work play during the summer vacation derived benefit from this

arrangement.

今天是农历八月十五日中秋节，是纪念嫦娥的节日。中秋节有许多风俗，其中我最喜欢的就是吃月饼。

妈妈带着我去街上买了一个大大的月饼，那月饼看着就很好吃的样子，吃起来你肯定是会别有一番风味吧！我盼呀盼，胖晚上终于被我给盼到了。我立即把包着塑料袋的月饼给拿了出来，让妈妈用到平均分成了八份。我拿出一块月饼，迫不及待要把月饼吃掉。此刻我的心中怦怦乱跳：月饼就要在我的嘴里了，那一定会后你觉得兴奋一阵子吧！想到这里，我直咽口水。我把月饼拿起来往嘴里塞了一点进去，仔细品尝了一番，便赞不绝口：“这月饼真是太好吃了吧！”说完便看了看月饼里面的馅。原来里面是有花生、冰糖还有许多材料组成月饼。

妈妈看到我这样子，就说，你这个小馋猫，什么都好吃似的。″我笑嘻嘻的说："你才是小馋猫呢，每次我吃剩的月饼都被你给吃啦！"“才不是这样的，"妈妈说，“我那是环保，不像你这么浪费食物。"没得妈妈说完，我便把那块月饼狼吞虎咽的吃了下去。吞吞吐吐地说："我……我才没有你……你说得那么浪费呢！你看，我手中的月饼被我吃得连渣都不剩了，怎么会浪费呢？″我刚说完便又拿起一块津津有味地吃了起来。我们每人都吃得心满意足了一除了我以外，可月饼还有几块没有吃完，我就拿起月饼到窗台赏月。那月亮真的就像一个大圆盘一般。

我觉得今年的中秋节是过的最开心、最快乐的一次，成为了我人生中难忘一件事情。中秋节是我觉得最美好的节日，我一定会把它深深地刻印在脑海里。

When winter comes, the days are always full of rain and there are less sunshine, so it is so rare to enjoy the sunshine, people will feel excited to see the sunny days. As for me, I will be very happy when the sun comes out in the winter. I will get some plans to spend my time in the warm day, sometimes I will call my friends out and have a picnic in the park, we can not only enjoy the sunshine, but also can have a nice talk, it will strengthen our communication. 昨天晚上，我做了一个梦，梦见妈妈要带我去做月饼。今天一早，我把这个梦说给妈妈听。妈妈说：“这不是梦，上午就去。”

上午十点，我准时来到荷兰街，直上二楼，一眼就看到姜承希、顾佳昊、陶子涵已经在店里，赶紧坐到了他们身边，等待月饼DIY。

不一会儿，服务员开始教我们做月饼，大家蜂拥而上，认真聆听阿姨的每一句话。紧接着，我们开始动手DIY。首先把五种面皮各分成两等份，接着再把两种月饼馅儿各分成五等份，我们要做十个月饼。面皮分成两等份难度不大，一分为二就可以。馅儿分成五等份稍有难度，分好后，我再根据大小适当调整也算平均分配好了。这样，我按照服务员的讲解，把面皮的料压平，把馅儿放在皮上，小心翼翼地包裹，然后搓成一个小圆球。接下来，我就是挑选喜欢的模具开始制作，共有六种图案。我一眼看中的是哆啦A梦，把搓好的“圆球”放进模套，进行压制。随后，我请妈妈把手放在模具下面，我轻轻推动，一个成型的月饼“横空出世”，完美地呈现在妈妈的手心。接下来的九个，我一一按照这样的步骤完成，有维尼熊的，有Kitty猫的，还有米奇等等图案的。最后，我制作的月饼和陶子涵制作的月饼被一起送进烤箱，20分钟后，月饼新鲜出炉。我迫不及待地尝了两个，真是好吃。

晚上，姐姐一家和我们一起吃中秋团圆饭，我特意拿出自己DIY的月饼请他们品尝，得到他们的肯定，我的心里美滋滋的，真的是吃在嘴里，甜在心里。
