“年年岁岁中秋节，岁岁年年月饼情。”为了迎接一年一度的中秋佳节，老师让我们在学校里亲手做月饼，大家都高兴得一蹦三尺高。

下午，准备要做月饼了，桌上铺着白色的桌布，摆着美味的冰皮和馅，黑板上画着喜迎中秋的黑板报，还有各种各样的月饼模具：甜甜的笑脸、娇艳的花朵、可爱的小熊……这时，师傅来了，同学们摩拳擦掌、跃跃欲试。

首先，看师傅示范：第一步，把冰皮压成一个又扁又圆的形状再把馅放到冰皮里，包起来，包成一个团子。第二步，把包好的团子放在模具里轻轻一压，就大功告成了。

看了示范，我们一各个恍然大悟，原来做月饼这么简单，一个个胸有成竹地做了起来，我小心翼翼地把冰皮捏成碗状，再把馅搓成圆形，放入冰皮中，让冰皮把馅完全包住，再搓成圆圆的团子放在模具轻轻一压，一个个小巧玲珑的冰皮月饼就完美出炉了。

你瞧它：晶莹剔透，边上一圈圈花纹像波浪一样点缀，中间一个大大的“福”字，充满了喜庆的气氛。看着这诱人的月饼，我口水直流三千尺啊！

我迫不及待，尝了一口：“哇！真好吃！”甜甜的、香喷喷的、口感细腻，入口即化，唇齿留香，真让我回味无穷啊！

“皎皎中秋月，点点思乡情”。一个小小的月饼，寄托着我们美好的情感，真是一次难忘的经历啊！

农历八月十五是我国传统的中秋节，也是我国尽次于春节的第二大传统节日。八月十五恰在秋季的中间，所以也叫中秋节。中秋节是团圆的节日，一家人老老少少都在一起过这个团圆节。

今年，柳老师带我们提前过了一个既开心又难忘的中秋节。中秋节是要吃月饼的，以前一直都是妈妈买回来吃现成的月饼。今年，我们全班同学一起亲手制作了月饼，还请来了专门做月饼的师傅来教我们做月饼，家委会的叔叔和阿姨也一同参与帮忙。

活动开始前，主持人朱好阳妈妈进行了发言，每一组都起了一个响亮的口号，我们一组的口号是“喜庆团圆”。多么响亮而又温馨的名字啊！朱好阳妈妈又跟我们讲了制作月饼的大概流程，柳老师给我们马上进入“战场”的小勇士们加油、鼓气！我们就像战场上的战士一样，蓄势待发，只听首长一声号令。

月饼师傅站在讲台上，告诉了我们制作月饼的过程，并亲手演示了给我们看。馅料有奶黄、豆沙、板栗、紫薯，另外一排软软的凉凉是就是冰皮了，把冰皮搓圆并压扁，放上一块馅料，慢慢地把冰皮一点点的收紧，直到最后馅料完全看不到，然后扫上一层冰粉放在一边。我看着自己亲手做的还没成型的月饼，心中有种说不出的自豪感。

最后一个环节，用模具定型，师傅把模具发到每一组，我拿着模具小心翼翼地把未成型的月饼放入模具中，按师傅教我们的三个方法步骤，一按二压三拎，月饼成型了，真让我激动不已。那一刻，连我的的眼睛都湿润了，真没想到吃了近十年的的月饼，今年终于亲手制作了一次，我估计这辈子都不会忘记今天这一刻，太幸福、太有成就感了。

制作完月饼，就由师傅进行点评，大家心里都很紧张，教室里鸦雀无声，每一组都想拿到大奖。最后，我们一组拿到“默契奖”。不管每一组拿到的是什么奖励，大家脸上都洋溢着快乐的笑容。发完奖后，大家都喝着饲料，吃着自己做的月饼。可是我没有吃月饼，我想要把亲手做的月饼带回家跟爸爸、妈妈、妹妹一起品尝。喝着手中的饮料，我的心里美滋滋的。

在欢声笑语中，我们的中秋节活动结束了，这圆圆的月饼啊，不仅让我们学到了本领，也增进了同学之间的友谊。四（4）班就像个幸福的大庭，柳老师是我们的妈妈，在妈妈的怀抱中是多么的幸福，这是就是家的温暖。今天，这每一个难忘的镜头将永远留在我的记忆中。

今天是中秋节，我们一家在时村老家和奶奶一起过节。我这个超级爱吃月饼的小甜猫，今天一定狂吃月饼喽！

Lu Xun is my favourite writer. He is one of the most famous writers in China. He wrote a lot of literary works.

He was thin and not tall. He always wore a long old coat in that time. At first, he wanted to be a doctor and save people s lives. So he learned medicine, but later he found the Chinese were in sensitive when they faced the oppression of their enemies. So he began to write articles to wake the people up.

Lu Xun wrote some famous novels, he attacked the social mores in that time, and in his works, many persons were known very well, such as Ah Q Kong Yi ji .

I like Lu Xun because I also want to be a great writer like him. I like reading and writing, and I often write some articles in my free time. Though I don t have good literary talent or a large vocabulary, I spend lots of time reading and writing to improve my writing skills.

中秋节到了，我一起床就看见妈妈买了各种各样的，千姿百态的月饼，有白色的小兔，橙黄色的小熊，绿色的乌龟……等。

我打开了一个月饼，一股浓浓的香味扑鼻而来，我捧着这个雪白色小白兔月饼，它有的脑袋胖乎乎的，眼睛像两颗豆子，鼻子下面有两条弧线，倒过来像一只海鸥，它的耳朵是竖起来的，笑眯眯地看着我。它的耳朵、眼睛、鼻子就是凹下去的，我对它爱不释手，不忍心吃掉它，但经不起诱惑，我轻轻咬一口它的脸蛋，露出橙黄色的馅好好吃，我一口就把个头不大的它干掉了。我情不自禁的又撕开一个包装袋，一只橙黄色的小熊跳入我的手中，它胖乎乎的身体，棕红色的毛发，半圆形的耳朵，中间凹下去像个迷你游泳池，我觉得还可以养小鱼，我咬掉了小熊的耳朵，咦是豆沙馅的，慢慢吃中间还有一个蛋黄沙馅的，慢慢吃中间还有一个蛋黄沙糯绵蜜，那口感让我回味无穷，吃完后口腔里还迷留着浓郁的香味，太幸福了！三下五除二就一连吃了五个月饼。

妈妈笑着说：“你知道吗？月饼虽好但不能多吃。它象征着一家人团团圆圆。”

为了丰富我们的假期生活，体验中秋节日的快乐，班主任卢老师倡议我们班的同学们到天宝蛋糕学做月饼，时间定在九月十日下午，我们都很赞成。

下午两点半，我们在学校集合，乘车来到了位于城东开发区的天宝蛋糕园。下车后，工作人员要求我们按顺序一组一组往里进，并且，因为这里对卫生要求很高，所以工作人员给我们每个人发了一个帽子，要求我们洗手后才让我们进入制作间。

首先，面点师给我们讲解了月饼的种类，有京式月饼、广式月饼、苏式月饼、台式月饼、滇式月饼、港式月饼等；就口味而言，有甜味、咸味、咸甜味、麻辣味；从馅心讲，有桂花月饼、梅干月饼、五仁、豆沙、冰糖、黑芝麻、火腿月饼、蛋黄月饼等；按饼皮分，则有浆皮、混糖皮、酥皮、奶油皮；从造型上又有光面与花边之分。

然后，面点师教了我们如何做月饼。我们大家听完后，争先恐后地做起了月饼。我先把桌子上的面团放到面粉上，避免把面粘在手上，随后，把面团做成饼状，把月饼馅放在饼上包起来。这时我想：这不和包水饺差不多吗？应该不难做的。果然，不出五分钟，我就做了六七个。

再把包好的月饼生坯放到一台机器里面一压，月饼就做好了。

最后一道工序是把月饼放到烤箱里烘烤，因为我们年龄小，这项由面点师替我们完成。经过十来分钟的烘烤，在我们的焦急等待中，月饼出炉了，我们一片欢呼！

在回家的路上，我想：参加这样的活动真好，不仅心情愉快，还学会了一门手艺，真好！

Today, my parents took me to mygrandfathers home. I talked with my

grandfather for a little while and then Iplayed with my brothers and sisters.

记得那天，我和妈妈来到做月饼的地方，一位年轻的阿姨热情地接待了我们，她给我们每个人都发了粉色的小板子、专门做月饼的面皮，还有金色的熟蛋黄和奇怪的模子。我拿起模子，仔细地看了好久，好奇地想：这是什么玩意儿？长得这么奇怪。上面是一个约厚四五毫米的椭圆形，连着一个弹簧，弹簧下面是一个正方形的东西，我都没见过。

这时候，阿姨说：现在咱们开始做月饼。我只好不再想这个问题，开始动手做了。我把面皮揉得圆圆的、软软的。揉好后，把面皮轻轻地放在小板子的中央，使劲地用手掌把它压得扁扁的，用右手小心翼翼地一点一点地揭开，拿起来，平平的放在手掌上。然后，我捏起一个蛋黄，放在面皮中间，它便舒服地躺在上面，好像在晒太阳似的。随后，我把面皮一层一层往里面包，又使劲地揉，把蛋黄裹得严严实实的，一个圆鼓鼓的球球就出现了。

直到现在，我才知道关于那个模子的答案。原来，月饼上的花纹就是用模子做的。看来它的用处也不小嘛！接下来，模子就上任啦！先用模子扣住做的球球，然后用手一压椭圆形，漂亮的小月饼就做好啦！但因为烘培的时间很长，所以吃不到自己做的月饼。但是我仍然很开心。

是呀，一个小小的月饼，它让我学会了一种本领，也给我的课余生活带来了无穷的乐趣。

[中秋做月饼作文

在皎洁的明月下，也许有不少人正坐在自家的阳台上，一边“举头望明月”，一边惬意的品尝着月饼吧;也许有些人家家中的小孩子还在那儿唱着“八月十五月儿圆，爷爷为我打月饼呀……”的歌儿吧;我们家也不例外，未到中秋，妈妈就带回了一大盒月饼。

这盒月饼的盒子很精美，在盒子的最下方有一个米白色的蝴蝶结，中间写着四个斗大的字：诚月爱礼，还有一段英文，最上面就是月饼的名称“AILI爱的礼物”和“LOVEGIFT”，左右有四个特别大的字，这些字是红色的，比盒子的颜色深了不少，所以看起来不太显眼。盒子里面有十二个直径为5厘米的小月饼，这些月饼样子稀奇而生动：乌梅月饼的表面印花像个古代皇帝的印章;金沙蛋黄白莲月饼虽然表面的线条弯弯曲曲，但给人以美的感觉;玉米马蹄爽月饼表面呈圆形，上面有一层又一层似波纹的线条，就像一个人的指纹;黑芝麻月饼外表很像奶奶家的纸窗……

中秋吃月饼的习俗，相传始于元代末年。当时中原广大人民不堪忍受元朝统治阶级的残酷统治，纷纷揭竿而起。有一支队伍的头领朱元璋为了传递信息，把“八月十五夜大起义”的纸条藏入月饼分头送到各路抗元力量，通知他们在八月十五一起行动，起义取得了成功，八月十五吃月饼的习俗就这样传开了。

月饼好吃，而且意义非凡，你可别只顾吃，而忽略它的意义哟!

在无数种月饼里，我最爱吃的是芒果味的雪月饼。

打开盖子看看，花形的雪月饼漂亮极了！白白的花瓣加上淡黄色的花蕊，就像金黄的太阳花，散着香气，发出淡淡的微光。如果你轻轻地抹开月饼上小水晶般的“露珠”，哇！月饼如同分成了两半，一半洁白如冰雪，一半闪闪发光。

你再闻一闻，一股冷气扑散到脸上，还夹带着浓浓的香味。摸一摸表面，QQ的，像软软的橡皮糖，但却是冰冰的凉凉的。

你咬上一口，那浓浓的芒果味，滑到你舌尖，也滑到了你心窝。一看，中间是奶油香草，里面隐隐约约有很多芒果丁呢！再吮一口软皮，轻轻咬住，嚼一嚼，粘粘的，就如同过年时才能吃到的喜庆的年糕。吃进肚子里，满满的都是幸福的感觉。

我爱吃那芒果味的雪月饼，那真的香味扑鼻，味美极佳呀！你呢？
