我负责和牛奶面。和面可是一项体力活。我要把牛奶倒入面粉里，搅拌成一个面团，把面团掰了又揉、揉了又搓，反反复复，直忙得满头大汗！渐渐地，面团变得有弹性了，用手按一按，呀！QQ地，手感真好！

接下来是制作环节啦！我取下一小块面团，揉圆，用手掌肉最厚的地方（就是手掌跟啦）把它压扁，再捏成中间厚，四周薄的圆面皮，在面皮中间放上一块豆沙馅，像包包子一样包拢、捏紧。当我以为大功告成时，忽然发现面皮底下裂开了一个裂缝，豆沙馅露了出来。我马上补救，将裂缝捏拢，可是面皮的另一边又裂开了！我越补越糟糕，面皮上沾满了豆沙馅，都分不清到底是面皮包豆沙呢，还是豆沙包面皮了！

这是怎么回事呢？我发挥研究精神，仔细观察别的小朋友是怎么包月饼的。终于发现，原来是我豆沙馅放多啦，捏的又紧，面皮撑不住，当然裂开了呀。我兴致勃勃地决定重新再做一个，这次，我减少豆沙馅，再小心翼翼的将面皮合拢，用手指尖在顶端捏紧，一个不露馅的月饼终于做好啦！

不过，这个月饼可一点也不好看，它歪歪扭扭，皱巴巴地像个大核桃！别着急呀，我们的模具就该大显身手啦！模具像个红酒起瓶器，有各种各样的花纹：有可爱的多啦A梦、凯蒂猫、也有代表吉祥如意的玫瑰和菊花。我选了一个玫瑰花纹的，将包好的月饼小心地塞进模具里，轻轻一按，打开模具，只听“啪”的一声，神奇的事情发生了！一个圆圆的月饼稳稳地落在盘子里。它洁白如玉，上面印着美丽的玫瑰花图案，四周是像波浪一样的花边，就像冰雕玉镯一样精致啊！仔细闻闻，啊！月饼还散发着淡淡的奶香和甜丝丝的豆沙香，怪不得叫冰皮月饼啊！

我开心极了，这可是我有生以来做的第一个月饼啊！我一鼓作气，又做了几个猕猴桃味和石榴味的冰皮月饼。水晶老师想得真周到，她给我们每人一个礼盒，装进礼盒的月饼看上去更精美了！

我迫不及待、又小心翼翼地护着月饼回家去，我要和爸爸妈妈、爷爷奶奶都能吃上我亲手做的月饼哦！
