周五天放学刚到家，妈妈就给了我一个惊喜，说："本周六小记者应邀要去曼迪体验做月饼。"一听要做"DIY"月饼，我高兴地欢呼起来，期待着周六快快的到来。

我在包好的月饼上撒了少许面粉，然后把月饼放在模具里，用力往下按，然后一松手，模具弹了起来，一个漂亮的月饼做出来了。我把月饼贴上标签交给了老师。同学们陆陆续续都做好了，有圆形的，有方型的，一个比一个漂亮。

紧张了这么久，店长姐姐把我们带到了休息室。我们在那儿跟着带队老师做了许多游戏，有：金龙拍拍操，抓住，逃跑等等。

今天是中秋节，在我的一再央求下，妈妈准备给我自己动手做月饼，我的心情特别激动，整个人像小鸟一样飞来飞去的。

我先跟奶奶来到超市挑选了上好的红薯和紫薯，回家后又将它们清洗干净，放在笼蒸里蒸熟，等它们凉快下来后，我就将它们的外衣剥掉，用调羹捣成了泥。

感觉红薯已经很黏了，我就取出一勺放入月饼模具，中间再加一些我喜欢的馅料，比如花生酱、芝麻酱等等，为了把馅料包紧，我又用一勺子红薯泥把口封起来，并且用调羹压得实实的。最后，我轻轻轻轻推动模具，一只漂亮的月饼就出来了。

Though many action have been taken to protect our environment, it still has a

long way to go. Two years ago, I went to middle school, and the first moment I

saw the environment, I found that trees were very small, and many workers were

busy planting trees. Now, when I looked around our school, the trees were taller

than people and they grew so fast. People always talk about planting trees but

less of them can take action. If they plant trees immediately, then there would

今天下午，我们去阿姨家做月饼，晚上可以去灵湖边赏月——边吃月饼。

我们到阿姨家，阿姨交我们第一步：水油皮——面粉＋猪油＋加糖＋水、再揉成一团一团，第二步：油酥皮——面粉＋猪油，揉成面团。阿姨把水油皮和油酥皮分别弄好，然后我们先揉水油皮，揉好压扁，再揉油酥皮，我们都跟阿姨学着做，我也做了两个，一个豆沙陷，一个肉陷，包月饼挺好玩的，我们把包好的月饼一部份放进锅里，一部份进烤箱，阿姨说烤25分钟就可以了。我和小伙伴们边玩边等，5分钟、10分钟、20分钟、25分钟，香喷喷月饼出锅了，我们每人吃一个自己做的月饼，好香姐、好吃。

晚饭过后，我们和阿姨们一起去灵湖赏月，可是我们到了灵湖月亮姐姐不见了，我和小伙伴还是玩得很开心，先是骑自行车、再坐在草地上吃零食和月饼、吃着、吃着、聊着、聊着，妈妈突然说：“月亮、月亮”。我们都抬头看，真的、真的，月亮姐姐知道我们都在等她，也出来跟我们一起过中秋节，中秋节快乐！

中秋节是个团圆的日子。晚上开饭前，妈妈喊我帮她一起切月饼，我非常愉快的答应了。

妈妈准备的月饼品种可真是丰富，有火腿馅的，有肉松馅的，有椰蓉馅的，有草莓味的，还有哈密瓜味的。“哇塞！这么多啊！”我高兴地叫起来。妈妈说：“当然了，今天可是中秋节啊！月饼象征团圆，每个人都要吃！”

“我最喜欢吃草莓味的了！妈妈真好！让我先切块饱饱口福吧！”我兴奋地说着，然后拿起刀就准备切月饼。妈妈若有所思的看了我一下，说：“别忙，想吃月饼是吧？我得先考你一下，考过关了就可以让你先尝尝！”“行！考就考呗！反正我已经被你考惯了！”我满不在乎的说。妈妈是做老师的，老喜欢说题目考我。

“把一块月饼切四刀，最多可以切成多少块？前提条件是不允许把切好的块子进行叠加和移动，要保证四刀切好后这个月饼整体的样子和切之前一样。”妈妈说道。“不就是切月饼吗？小意思！”我神气的说。

我拆开那块草莓味的月饼包装纸，拿起刀在月饼上比划起来，边比划边说“一刀切成2块，两刀切成4块，三刀切成7块，四刀就可以切成10块。对不对？”我问妈妈。妈妈笑着说：“不对，最多可以切14块！呵呵，不过你还算不简单啊，前三刀的切法已经说对了！最后的一刀，你再想想啊！”

我听妈妈说前三刀的切法对了，就把这三刀先切了下去，然后一边比划一边冥思苦想第四刀，我怎么比划还是想不到切出14块的方法来。我为难的看着妈妈说：“好像想不出来啊。”

妈妈拍着我的头说：“这么快就泄气，怎么能吃到月饼啊？你为什么只想着从月饼的上面往下切，不能看看它的侧面吗？”

听妈妈这么一说，我简直是如梦初醒了：“哦，我知道了！前三刀已经切成7块了，第四刀从侧面切进去，不就是二七十四块了吗！”

刚说完，妈妈就拿了块月饼塞到我嘴里，对我说：“思考问题不要一根筋吗，换个角度说不定就柳暗花明了啊！”

speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make. Wed better join the English club and

practice with others. Third, we can read more English newspapers and magazines.

It’s good for us. At last, we should recite some good passages and keep

first, what is the weather like in your city? does it snow a lot in winter? i need to have the right kinds of clothes and shoes. next, what kind of food do you ususally have in your family? finally, what festival do you have during my stay in xining? i will arrive on dec. 28 and leave on feb. 26. i hope there are more interesting things to do together with your family.
