为了能在晚上赏月时吃到我亲手做的月饼，我在天还没亮的时候就叫妈妈起床做月饼了。妈妈和我准备好了做月饼的材料，我们要开始做月饼了。首先，妈妈拿出发好的面，把面分成一小块一小块的样子，我则来将它擀成面皮。面皮擀好以后，我和妈妈包上伍仁、豆沙、枣泥等馅，将它封口放入模具之中，压成各种各样的形状，月饼就制作完成了。

妈妈又将做好的生月饼放回了面缸中，我不解地问妈妈：“妈妈，咱们不是得把它放进烤箱里吗?”妈妈笑了笑说：“这月饼得等到赏月时才能吃，这么早烤好，不都放凉了?”我听了妈妈的话后，心想：这要是到赏月时才能吃那得等到什么时候呀?于是，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，要不咱们先烤两个尝尝鲜?就两个，妈妈。”妈妈听后，摸摸我的头说：“小馋猫，如果月饼不在赏月时吃，那可就不好吃喽!”我嘴上应付似的说了声：“知道了!”，可是心里却无时无刻都在想着那些美味的月饼。

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

我的家乡在山西省神池县，那里有平坦舒缓的涧东山，有清澈明亮的西海胡，还有独特的饮食文化和各种各样的特产：麻花、月饼、土豆……不过，我最喜欢的还是月饼。

月饼虽不是什么奇珍异宝，但却是一种闻名中外的美食，不光神池人爱吃，北京、上海那些大城市的人同样爱吃。它不光在中国受到了欢迎，在国外同样受到欢迎。因为它不仅仅是美食，同样还是幸福团圆的象征。

月饼的种类十分繁多。首先是大小，月饼从拳头大小到盆口大小都有，不过最常见的还是小月饼。其次是样子，有的月饼上只刻着一些字，而有些月饼上刻着许多花纹，像一件工艺品似的。还有，月饼的味道也各不相同，有果酱的，有豆沙的，有红枣的，有玫瑰味的……数不胜数。

月饼的做法与其它食品的做法不同，它的步骤并不繁多，共有四步。先将和好的白面捏成一个大圆饼，烤熟后磨碎，接着和馅料拌在一起，做成月饼馅，然后用和好的白面包住饼馅，放在月饼模中，最后放烤箱里烤熟，美味的月饼就完成了。是不是挺简单的呢？

神池每年都会举办月饼节，一般八月份在神池县人民广场举行，在广场四周，摆满了各大月饼厂家生产的各种口味的月饼，供大家品尝。月饼节那一天，广场上人山人海，非常热闹，大家欢聚一堂，品尝着美味的月饼，看着精彩的节目，真有意思。在中秋节的时候，家家户户还会用月饼来供月亮爷爷，这是中国人民的传统。月饼，你的出现不仅让人们品尝到了你的美味，同时还促进了神池人民的经济发展。但愿神池月饼流传千年，带动神池人民走向更加辉煌美好的明天！

“铃铃铃铃铃铃”随着一阵优美的歌声，王老师带着小徒弟们去了一个“香飘飘”的王国。

原来，下午的时候，本真国“国王”要带我们去拜访月饼国。话音刚落，教室里就一片欢呼，争先恐后地飞出教室。

刚到大门口，我们就看到了“简·爱遇见你”的牌名。它高高地挂在店铺上面。瞧！它在向我们招手呢！诱人，简直就是诱人。

走进店里，一种极乐世界的感觉涌进心扉。“真香啊！”我不由地自言自语道。

随着浓浓的香气，我们进入了后厨。一个摆有桌子和道具的房间，既干净又雅观。洗好手后，要开工学习制作了。

张师傅先一人发了一个黑色的馅儿，真像一个黑色乒乓球，还发出淡淡的香气。张师傅教我们先揉圆它，三下五除二就弄完了。而我们呢，像一个个小丑一般，不是揉扁了就是揉歪了。好难啊，幸好有张师傅的帮助，我们总算完成了。

完成了以后，张师傅又发下来一块儿小面团儿。一摸手上满是油，顿时，店铺里像打破了几百斤的香油瓶，香气满店。我不由地眯着眼睛吸着这免费的香气。嘿，里面还有杏仁味儿。这个还算简单，左一下，右一下。不一会儿，便变成了一张又瘦又圆的大饼了。瞧！张师傅将弄好的黑团子放进了面饼里。左手压住黑团馅儿，右手轻轻地提面，一下、两下，边摁边转，直到将面全把黑馅儿包住。再轻轻一揉，揉成圆球状。

我们也照着葫芦画瓢，跟着学。可是面像不听话的孩子一样，不是破了就是裂了，弄了两三次也没弄好。气死我了。不过，我没有泄气，一遍又一遍的摆弄着。功夫不负有心呐，终于完成了。

最后，我们用模具一按，月饼样子就出来了。

下一步就要烘烤了。我们在那里焦急地等着，“叮——”出炉了。耶！终于好了，我拿着新出炉的月饼回到了本真国。

我终于吃到了亲手做的月饼。

耶，我们顺利的完成了月饼国一日游。

“露从今夜白，月是故乡明”。一转眼，今年的中秋节又快到了，每次过这个传统的节日，大人们都会坐在自家的院子里一边赏月，一边吃月饼。我百思不得其解：为什么中秋节要吃月饼？

当今天最后一节课的上课铃打响后，我们怀着激动无比的心情回到教室。不知是谁先“哇”了一声，我们全班都异口同声的“哇”了起来。我们大家都被眼前的一幕惊呆了，原来每组的桌子上都放着八个盒子，一碗面粉，一堆馅，场面很壮观呀!我们涌进教室，不亦乐乎的忙开了，拿出早已准备好的桌布和手套，把桌布整齐地铺在桌子上，然后戴上手套，开始和面粉。周老师把装有面粉的盘子倒上水，然后让我们每组的1-4号轮流搅拌，不一会，就有许多组向老师求援：不是这个面粉太干了，就是那个面和得太稀了……我们组的面粉和得太稀了，加上了所有的备用面粉之后，还是很稀!唉，这真是“赔了夫人又折兵”呀!好在我们组坚持不懈，经多方协助，才扭转了“败局”。

和面粉终于结束了，有的组的面粉和得软硬适中，堪称大师!而有的组，只剩下碗底那一小撮;更有甚者，面粉消失的“无影无踪”，桌上乱作一团……老师只好宣布：星期一再做一次。

回到家里，我给爸爸讲了我们做月饼的趣事，爸爸也给我讲了些注意事项，以及如何判断什么时候该加水或者面粉。

这次做月饼的活动，真的很有趣;同时，也让我知道了，原来我平时吃的水饺和面饼，制作过程也不是那么容易哦，现在我也能体会到卖早点的那些伯伯们是多么的辛苦了。此外，我觉得各位组员之间的合作也非常的重要。

相信有了这一次的尝试和失败，以及经验的积累，星期一我们组一定能够成功地制作出月饼，真是期待呀!

Also it’s a good chance for me to improve my English. I hope I can make a good performance today. The topic of my speech is “After studying here”.

Before I came here，I can never imagine that I can learn so much knowledge about other countries， which can‘t be got from my books in school. Three months ago， I took my first class. Unfortunately， I felt so embarrassed， because I even can’t speak any words， though I know I really love English .

When I was very young ,the sky in my hometown was nice and beautiful, the sky was very blue,and the air was fresh. There were some birds singing ,and there were many trees in the fields. I often played with my friends in the open air.I liked it.
