上课铃响了，我们安静地听老师说：“软一点的是皮，比较硬的是馅儿。首先要把皮轻轻地拍大，然后用皮把馅包住，最后用模子把月饼印出花纹。这样，一个漂亮的月饼就做完了。”我不知道做月饼需要什么技巧，所以就依葫芦画瓢――照着做。我先拿了一个蓝色的冰皮团，把它放在手心上，它不动也不滚好似一个熟睡婴儿躺在我的掌心。用一另只手轻轻地拍打，把皮子拍大拍扁，大约手掌差不大的时候，取出一个圆圆的、金黄色的蛋黄馅，放在冰皮中间。当我把馅包到冰皮里时，问题就来了：手套又滑又大，月饼皮又十分的黏，如果戴着手套做月饼，一不留神手套就会掉，但如果不戴手套，月饼皮就会粘在手上，搓都搓不下来。我正不知所措时叔叔送来了面粉，这样月饼就成了我的手下败将。最后就要印花纹了，但月饼皮太薄，才压到一半，我的半成品差点就“壮烈牺牲了”。在这紧急关头，还是自己想出了一个办法：用面粉给月饼洗个澡再印花纹。果然，粘了面粉的月饼好压极了，压一次就是一个完美无缺的冰皮月饼。制作过程中大家都很调皮，我常常印完一个月饼想转头换模子时，就被突如其来的同学恶搞面粉阵呛得眼泪直流。

Its the new years day. This morning, I went to bed early, youll wake the sleeping mother, told her to take me to play cuipingshan. My mother had no choice but to climb out of bed reluctantly.

We came to the street and the streets were crowds of people. The door of the store was filled with colorful balloons, and the merchants were doing all kinds of promotional activities and attracted many consumers. We slowly came to the foot of the mountain. Also really many cuipingshan people ah. Weve been climbing to the top of the mountain, and we are tired of panting. We run to feed dove. Dove pointed mouth shell, reddish pink. The two eyes were like a black ruby. Its feathers are white and white, and the two claws are pink and very lovely. 中秋节那天，我手拿一块月饼，盼望着奶奶会出现，希望我能把手中的月饼递给她。

可我等了好久好久，怎么盼，都望不见奶奶的身影，我咬了一口月饼，思绪如同月饼馅一样，猛得向我涌来……

去年中秋节，我们全家人都围在桌前，看着窗外的月亮，奶奶说：“快吃吧！今天的月饼味道特棒！”我一听，急忙跑过去，拿起一个月饼，月饼好像不想让我吃它似的，一滑，从手中滚了下去，他们瞪着特大的眼睛，看着我，连我自己都还没反应过来。奶奶出来解围了，她微笑着说：“这月饼还挺调皮的，没事儿，我的心肝宝贝儿，再拿一个吧！”我的脸上顿时绽放出了笑容，我小心翼翼地拿起一个新月饼，生怕它再掉下去。

一个月色如雪的夜晚，我问奶奶：“为什么中秋节要吃月饼呢？”奶奶指着天上的月亮，微笑着说：“月饼代表一家团圆，吃月饼，就表示我们一家永远不分开。”说着，奶奶把我拥在怀中，我也紧紧抱着她。

可是现在，只有我，爸爸妈妈和爷爷吃着月饼，一点也不开心，妈妈想让我开心些，便说：“宝贝，你看看今天的月亮好圆呀！”我只是低声应和了一声，她看穿了我的心思，便不做声了，我想：奶奶在上海过得好吗？在这个时候，奶奶手中是不是同样捧着一个月饼呢？奶奶会不会想：我的心肝宝贝现在怎么样了？

哦，月饼，请把我对奶奶的思念，带给她吧！

“8月15月儿圆呀，爷爷为我打月饼呀……”每年一到中秋节，我就情不自禁哼起这首歌儿，想起美味的月饼。今年中秋节，让我更高兴的是，我自己学会了做月饼。

中午，我们吃过午饭，兴高采烈地来到了萧报小记者团组织的“中秋月饼制作活动”教室。在水晶老师的一声“安静”下，我们终于按耐住了激动的心情。随后老师打开几袋冰皮粉，让我们用秤称出两份500克，装在两个铁盆里，再称出500克的牛奶和500克的芒果汁，分别倒入两个铁盆中，接下来就是力气活啦！我们戴上手套，把盆中的“混合物”不停地用力捏，直到混合后成为没有裂缝，不再粗糙的冰皮为止，这个环节和家里做包子馒头时和面粉差不多。下一步最关键，成功失败就靠这一步，我们称出45-48克的冰皮，再次不停地揉啊揉，大约经过十分钟，看到冰皮晶莹剔透了就可以停止了。这时的我们，终于露出了开心的笑容，心里满满的成就感。

话说乐极生悲一点没错，最容易出错的环节马上就到了，我们把冰皮压成扁扁的一块圆形，把边上捏薄，让中间厚一些，把适量的红豆馅放入圆形中间，像平时捏包子一样，把中间捏合拢，就在这时，因为我的圆形冰皮太小了，红豆馅怎么也包不住，越捏越要往外跑，把我急得一头汗，无奈之下，我只能把它揉成一个紫色的球，让红豆馅和白色的冰皮混合在一起，再放入模具按压几下之后，把月饼轻轻推出，放入老师为我们准备的盒子里，一个可口的奇怪的冰皮月饼才算做好了。

别看月饼小小的，它的制作过程一点不简单，不但需要力气，还需要智慧和耐心，做第二个的时候，我吸取了之前的教训，总算做出来一个黄皮红馅，外观正常的小月饼，看到同学津津有味地吃着我亲手制作的月饼，我自豪地笑了起来。真是一次受益匪浅的中秋佳节活动！

2．信内地址(InsideName&Address):指收信人的姓名和地址

信内地址一般位于信函的左上角，位于信纸的左边顶格，低于信头一两行写起。

3．称呼(Salutation):对收信人的称呼用语

称呼是写信人对收信人表示尊敬的敬称。称呼从信纸的左端顶格写起，比信内姓名和地址低一行，。称呼有多种，视写信人和收信人的关系而定。每个开头字母用大写，结尾用逗号不用冒号。

对男士的称呼，多用Mr.,对女士的称呼,多用Mrs.,Madam,Miss或Ms.,但是需要注意的是,这些称呼用在姓氏前或姓氏和名字前,但是不能使用在名字的前面。
