首先由“月饼姐姐”向我们展示怎样做月饼，接着做月饼的活动就正式开始了。我们都摩拳擦掌，我心想轮到我大展身手的时刻终于来临了。我先把油酥包在水油里，这样它们就变成了一个小面团，因为它们里面都含有油，所以非常滑，我把做好的面团小心翼翼的放到台上，用擀面杖先下后上各擀一次，再把它横着卷起来压扁，再上下擀一次，接着把它竖着卷好，轻轻压扁像包团子那样把馅料包在中间，再用手把封口捏捏好，这样月饼的雏行已显现出来。用准备好的锡纸盖在封口上，把月饼的雏形放到做月饼的模型里，用手掌按匀，月饼就成型了，我拿起压有豆沙字样的印章，在月饼上轻轻一按，一个完美的月饼就成功了。经过三十分钟的烘烤，香喷喷的月饼就上桌了，同学们都惊叹道“哇”！真香啊！

第三步：塑形。首先给大家介绍一个工具：有点像红酒起瓶器，但是是用手压，不是拧。里面是花瓣形，有大概八瓣吧，记不太清了。里面放着一个图案，是可以选择的。有“中秋快乐”的、有花形的、有“love”的，好像一共有五、六个吧。我好像每个都试了一下，认为花形的还好，因为这个皮有点黏，其它几种花型有很多细致的地方，形不太好塑。这一步是这么做的：把搓好的圆球放入摸具，然后把模具反放来，放到垫子上，用手压一下上面的板，要感觉到下面的面团已经压出形了，就可以放手了。然后拿起模具，在空中慢慢地压一下上面的板，让月饼出来。

第四步，装盒。八个一盒，一共做了两盒。

虽然自己做的月饼不是那么晶莹刷透，精致入微，但起码做到了小巧玲珑和朗朗上口。不过自己做的嘛，确实还不错。

今天是八月十三日，再过一天就是中秋节了。妈妈匆匆忙忙地在做月饼，我就去帮忙了。圆圆的月饼，香香的味道，我又想起了奶奶给我做的月饼。

前年，在中秋节的前一天，我收到了一个大大的包裹，是奶奶寄给我的一盒月饼。我迫不及待地打开月饼盒，一股熟悉的香味直入我的心肺。蛋黄，豆沙……这都是我的最爱呀！我不禁口水直流，恨不得一口全部都吃掉盒子里所有的月饼。可当我打开那个透明的小方盒子时，又有些不舍了。

我数了数，大盒子里一共有8个小方盒子。轻轻地启开它，一个圆圆的月饼就乖乖地呈现在眼前了。金黄金黄的月饼皮露出了细细的油光，两条大青龙在饼面上“飞翔”着。它们昂着头，身体扭成了一个“M”形，张开的爪子像几朵怒放的金菊。它们好像在表演家乡的特色舞蹈，让思乡的流子得到一些安慰。

我再也经不住香味的诱惑了，拿起一个月饼就往嘴里塞。满满一大口，只觉得软糯可口，香甜美味。又来一口，抹茶馅探出了头来，再咬一口，抹茶馅不见了。我沉醉在这个味道里，把抹茶馅轻轻咬碎，草莓酱的清香味直入我的心田。我大口大口品着奶奶对我的爱，一幅生动的画面清晰地浮现在我的脑海里了。

超市里，奶奶推着购物车，挑了上好的面粉，漂亮的模具，精致的塑料碟，还有洁白的口罩。奶奶将这些东西提到家时，己经上气不接下气了，但她脸上总是满满的笑容。开工前，奶奶用香皂把自己的手洗了一遍又一遍，然后穿上围裙，戴上手套、口罩，全副武装的样子简直就像皇宫里的大厨。在每个步骤，奶奶都格外细心，每做完一个成品都会拿起来仔细看看有没有那里不完美……

一个精致的月饼，包含着奶奶对我浓浓的爱。这份爱我已经铭刻在心里了。给妈妈帮忙做月饼时，我也学着奶奶给我做月饼的样子，细心地做好每一个步骤。我就想亲手做许多个月饼，等奶奶来了，让她尝尝孙女的心意。

中秋节到了。妈妈给买了一大堆千姿百态的月饼，其中我最喜欢的就是那些小兔子月饼。

我一打开包装袋，一股浓香味儿扑鼻而来，我倒出里面的月饼捧在手心，一只胖乎乎的小兔月饼让我欣喜若狂。

它的眼睛和鼻子像豆子一样大小，在这个胖嘟嘟的脸上显得非常可爱，他那弧形的小嘴真像一只飞翔的海鸥啊！他那凹下去的弯弯的眼睛笑眯眯的望着我，我满心欢喜对它爱不释手，都不忍心把它吃掉了。可是他一直用香味诱惑我，好像在说：“小主人快吃了我吧，我等不及要奉献我自己了。”我终于忍不住，大大的咬了一口，此时它的肚子露出来了，里面包着橙黄色的馅料，好甜！我三下五除二的就把那只小兔子给吃掉了。

紧接着我又撕开了一个包装袋，里面是一只小熊月饼它全身棕红色，圆形的耳朵中间有个凹槽像两个小鱼缸。我咬了一口，里面的馅是沙糯可口的蛋黄，口感超好，真让人回味无穷啊！吃完后口腔留有余香。我又接二连三的吃了好几个月饼。

爸妈看着我吃的样子，开心地笑了！我也笑了，赶紧给他们各自递上月饼。

My favorite holiday is New Year. It is a very important festival in Chinese culture. In fact, its the highlight of the year. Everyone returns home for a family reunion. We have a big feast and chat about all the things that have happened in our lives. People also visit each other. We exchange gifts and good wishes for the next year.

我最喜欢的节日是新年。在中国文化中，新年是一个非常重要的节日。事实上，它是一年中最好的（日子）。每个人都回家与家人团聚。我们有一个比较大的盛会并且（与他人）畅聊所有发生在我们生活中的事。人们总是互相拜访。我们交换礼物和来年的祝福。

New Year is especially fun for kids. Thats because we get

presents and treats, including red envelopes filled with money. But we never forget that this holiday is a time to give thanks. We feel grateful for our family and the things that we have. “叮铃、叮咚……”一阵音乐声响起，大家赶快坐好，迎接月饼的“到来”。苏老师进来了，对我们说：“月饼一般可分为两种，一种是广式月饼，还有一种是苏式月饼。平常我们家中吃的大多数是广式月饼，今天我们就来尝一尝苏式月饼，好吗?”“好!”大家一起欢呼鼓掌。老师叫我发月饼，我偷偷用鼻子闻了闻，哇!一股浓浓的香味扑鼻而来。我把月饼一块块发下去，再看看同学，都已经垂涎欲滴了。我低着头闻了闻，嗯，跟刚才我偷偷闻的味儿不一样，这次细细一闻，有肉香。又尝了一口，好吃，油油的，却不腻，真可谓闻着香，吃着也香。我边吃，这肉汁边从嘴角淌下来。吃了几口，没了，可肚子里的馋虫还是在叫“馋死我啦!我要继续吃月饼!”我擦了擦脸上的肉汁就抬起头，哈哈!同学们的吃相真是千姿百态。瞧!赵峥禹吃了还剩一点点，突然不吃了，说要把剩下的美味带回去给妈妈尝尝;王俊杰拿着月饼在哪里端详了半天，一口都没动过;最要命的是王宁静手还好好的拿着月饼，可她这舌头从嘴里溜出来，舔着落在餐巾纸上的月饼屑，笑死我了……

品完了月饼，心里突然涌出一种幸福感，是月饼的美味，还是苏老师的爱与祝福?应该两样都是吧!

今年的中秋，是和以往与众不同的，是一个最令我难忘的中秋!

Making friends is a skill like many other skills. it improves with practice. if you want to meet people and make friends, you must be willing to take some actions. you must first go where there are people. you won’t make friends staying home alone. join a club or a group. taking with those who like the same things as you do is much easier. or join someone in some activities. many people are nervous when talking to new people. after all meeting strangers means facing the unknown. and it’s human nature to feel a bit uncomfortable about the unknown. most of our fears about dealing with new people come from doubts about ourselves. we imagine other people are judging us of finding us too tall or to short, too this or too that. but don’t forget that they must be feeling the same way. try to accept yourself as you are and try to put the other person at ease. you’ll both feel more comfortable.

Try to be self-comfident even if you don’t feel that way. when you enter a room full of strangers, such as a new classroom, walk tall and straight, look directly at other people and smile.

If you see someone you like to speak to, say something . don’t wait for the other person to start a conversation.

Just meeting someone new does not mean that you will make friends with that person-friendship is based on mutual liking and “give and take”. it takes time and effort to develop.

In summer I usually get up early in the morning to exercise. Raising my head, I see the vast space in the sky. There are fish scales clouds, cotton-like clouds, sheep like clouds and dark blue clouds like a lake. The clouds are moving silently, changing constantly in shape.

Looking to the east, the sun is gradually showing her face, as if realising shes being watched. She blushes in shyness. Climing up the tree and over the house, the suns rays become radiant. It hurts the eye to watch it. A dark cloud tries to throw its shadow over the sun and shroud her in its shade. But the suns rays are irresistably bright. They cannot be covered.

Soon the trees, the houses, the river, in fact, everything is bathed in the golden sun. The almighty sun is generous and the source of energy and the symbol ot truth and knowledge. No wonder an many people sing in praise of her.
