盼星星，盼月亮，期待已久的中秋节终于快到了。为了迎接中秋节，我们班家委会的叔叔阿姨们特意为我们举办了一次别开生面的活动——做月饼。

“八月十五月儿明，爷爷为我打月饼……”做月饼可是要技术的哟，连歌里都是这么唱的，我们？能行吗？一个上午，我的心里满是期待与兴奋，老想着下午的活动。“叮铃！叮铃！”终于到下午了，科学课上完后，我立刻以百米冲刺的速度奔向了教室。当我来到门口时，看到老师和家长们早已将桌子拼得整整齐齐，上面摆放着一盘盘香甜可口的月饼皮、馅儿，让人看了就要流口水呀。

上课铃终于打响了，我们静下心来开始认真听讲。虽然看师傅制作起来很容易，但是轮到我自己做时，心里就没底了，于是我战战兢兢地开始了我的月饼制作之旅。首先，我把月饼皮搓圆，再用双手压得扁扁的，把不匀称的地方修一修。还不错，一张薄薄的饼皮就呈现在我眼前了。月饼除了皮，也得有馅儿呀！所以我再把馅儿搓圆，哇！一个圆乎乎的馅儿做成了。第三步包馅，这可要十分小心了。把饼皮围在“小圆球”上，千万不能破坏饼皮哟，不然可就露馅了。最后把月饼轻轻地放进模具里，只听见“嗒嗒！”的一声，一个花形月饼完成了。瞧！晶莹剔透的饼皮，隐约可见的馅儿，美丽的花纹，哇！真是一件美轮美奂的艺术品哦，我简直有点佩服自己了。看着这个美味的月饼，我的口水一下子就流了“三千尺”，可我还是忍住没下口，我要把它带回家，留给爸爸妈妈尝一尝。就这样，我一口气做了八个月饼，它们个个粉嫩粉嫩，吹弹可破，装在精美的礼盒里，可爱极了！在老师、家长的耐心指导下，我们变成了一个个月饼制作“小能手”，还互相评比，看谁更技高一筹。整个下午，我们都沉浸在欢乐的海洋里。

美好的时光总是那么短暂，做月饼活动快结束了，看着老师和家长们忙碌的身影，我感到我们无比幸福，心里不由得想起那句：“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”

中秋节到了，也到了作文老师教我们做月饼的日子。

我迫不及待的来到教室。我的心情非常紧张，因为我怕做不好怕被同学笑话。我做的月饼非常像凉皮月饼，因为，那个月饼的皮就是凉皮。我们拿到材料之后，我以为黑色的小块是巧克力呢，就尝了一点，原来是豆沙。我把冰皮用手压成片，之后，把豆沙摆在片中间。用冰皮把它包起来，再把皮和馅一起揉成球。这个月饼比我想象中的还要小！最后选一个自己喜欢的模具。模具上的图案有猫的，有花的，还有字的。我选了一个猫型的。用模具在月饼球上一压，月饼就做好了。做完之后，我们把月饼放在一个小盒里，拿回家。我决定要以“做月饼”为题写一篇作文！

这是我第一次做月饼，不过还是很成功的。看着自己做的小月饼，感觉心里美美滋滋的。

学完汪曾祺先生的《端午的鸭蛋》，我就想起了儿时中秋的月饼。仿佛自己又置身于那朦胧又皎洁的月色之中了。

“不准偷吃！”妈妈一副果然料想到的样子。

“为什么呀？！”嘟起嘴愤愤不平，“这中秋不就是要吃月饼的吗？早吃晚吃都得吃！”话音刚落，我就飞奔到屋内紧张地准备着选月饼的计划。

外婆总是说：“月饼是要先敬给月亮上的神仙吃，你们才可以动口。神仙会保佑我们来日平安顺利！”只见外婆小心翼翼地端了桌子，在院场中央仔细找一块平整的空地，试放好几次，直至桌子不偏不斜完全平稳，然后又回屋端来几碗水放在桌子中央。此时，妈妈便端来月饼，将它整整齐齐地摆在桌子上。一切安排妥当，外婆便很郑重地开始念一些乱七八糟的谰语。许久！许久！终于念完了，耳朵都要起茧，外婆走了！外婆走了！我像离弦的箭一般飞奔到桌子面前，开始精挑细选自己喜欢的月饼。这可得好好的向大师我学习了。想挑到好的月饼是很有技巧的。第一，要挑包装美观精致的。那里面的月饼自然也差不到哪去。第二，要看月饼的色泽度，最好是深黄色，而且还要泛着油光。那样比较香！第三，是最重要的。自然是要挑又大又圆的月饼啦。耐吃！挑好月饼先在手心里仔细端详一番，再和伙伴们一起玩顶月饼的游戏。那可关系到月饼的生死。把月饼放在头顶，看谁坚持久不掉下来。倘若掉了，就要吃掉自己的月饼。每次我总是第一个掉，因为我实在是忍不住了。撕开包装，拿出月饼捏得紧紧的，咬上一口，真香！真甜！抬头看看月亮，似乎真的有神仙的保佑呢！

……

如今外婆不再在院场里摆桌子，也不再念那些奇怪的谰语，我也不再选月饼。看着眼前形形色色的菜，似乎真的少了点什么。人们常说人生就是因为有缺憾才圆满。可是那些真的是我儿时关于中秋的全部记忆啊！我也不知道从什么时候开始，我家不再有月夜的那番仪式，我也不再玩月夜的那番游戏。真不知道什么时候又能置身于那朦胧又皎洁的月色之中呢？

听说，那些个突然叫做成长。心理老师说那叫遗忘，诗人说那叫乡愁。

星期三上午，我们来到惠和园做月饼。

到了那里，我听有同学说今天有一位神秘嘉宾呢！我凑过去问：“神秘嘉宾是谁呀？”那位同学说：“不知道。”过了一会儿，一个人的到来使我们知道了答案。原来，神秘嘉宾就是本班的班主任张老师和她的儿子牛牛。有老师的陪伴，我感到格外兴奋。

开始做月饼了，教做月饼的阿姨说：“同学们，你们是几年级的？”“四年级”。我们异口同声地回答。阿姨又问：“有谁做过月饼的吗？”房间里立刻鸦雀无声。没有人举手，没有人说话。“那阿姨来教你们做月饼好不好？”阿姨问。“好”。同学们回答。

阿姨说完，就轮到我们自己动手的环节了。

我从阿姨端来的面盆里拿了一块面团。我先闻了闻它的气味，呀，面团的气味很刺鼻，还有一股橡皮泥味。不管那么多了，我拿起面团开始揉。我心想：揉个面团有什么难的。可事实上可不跟我想象的那么简单。我刚揉好，可是面团粘再我手上了。我费了好大劲才把它拉下来，可是，面团是拉下来了，可原先揉好的球就又得重新揉了。我连续试了好多次，可都没有成功。这时，阿姨走过来说：“你怎么没加淀粉呀？”我问：“还要加淀粉？”阿姨说：“当然了。”我说：“好。”于是，我往面团里加了一些淀粉，继续揉，很快就揉成了一个圆。然后，我又把圆里包上豆沙馅。然后放到模型里，反过来一扣，就做好了一个月饼。原来，做月饼还这么麻烦呀！

周五天放学刚到家，妈妈就给了我一个惊喜，说："本周六小记者应邀要去曼迪体验做月饼。"一听要做"DIY"月饼，我高兴地欢呼起来，期待着周六快快的到来。

早上一觉醒来，细致的打扮了一番，便和妈妈一起来到了做月饼的地方-沁阳市大山联盟幼儿园附近的曼迪糕点店。那儿已经来了许多小记者。

我们签到后，坐到位置上静静的等待着店长姐姐。店长姐姐给我们打开大屏幕，让我们了解中秋节的由来。观看了嫦娥奔月之后，我们知道了月饼圆又圆，又是合家分吃，象征着团圆和睦。

接着，店长姐姐给我们做了示范。我们带上口罩和手套一个个争先恐后地动起手来。我们先把月饼的皮搓成圆形，然后用手掌把皮按扁，再用两手的食指和大拇指把皮捏薄直到能包住掐为止。左手上放着馅皮，右手把馅放到皮上，轻轻地把馅包起来，又搓成了圆形，大功已做一半。

我在包好的月饼上撒了少许面粉，然后把月饼放在模具里，用力往下按，然后一松手，模具弹了起来，一个漂亮的月饼做出来了。我把月饼贴上标签交给了老师。同学们陆陆续续都做好了，有圆形的，有方型的，一个比一个漂亮。

紧张了这么久，店长姐姐把我们带到了休息室。我们在那儿跟着带队老师做了许多游戏，有：金龙拍拍操，抓住，逃跑等等。

这次活动我真是太开心了，因为我第一次吃到了自己做的月饼。

眼看，一年一度的中秋节就要到了。他看到她在给孙儿喂巧克力月饼，懂事的孙儿却推给她吃，她接过，没有吃，可眼里分明有了“馋”意。他的心有点颤，观念里，她是个注重节日气氛的人，虽然她不吃，但为了他们，她从来都是买月饼，各样馅的都买一些。她记得孙儿爱吃巧克力的，儿子爱吃花生芝麻的，他爱吃青丝玫瑰的……

她和他青梅竹马，从儿时的玩伴，学生时代的同桌，大学时的知己，再到现在的夫妻，两个人相伴已经走过了半个多世纪。

他年轻时工作在外，身体硬朗，是病没有。她则不同，在他外出工作的那些年照顾他年迈的父母，照顾孩子，田间劳作，积劳成疾，染了一身的病。

她有风湿，再热的天，也不敢穿裙子，其实她的心里爱极了裙子，经常把当年穿过的裙子拿出来摸了再摸。他知道她的心思，每次外出都要买上几条裙子送她，尽管她从来不穿，但她高兴，他也喜欢看她戴着花镜，抚摸裙摆，爱惜的样子。

她心脏不好，受不得半点的刺激。他回乡工作后，开创了自己的事业，也承担了所有的家务。对她，他惟命是从。一对儿女在他的管教下，也出奇的可心，所有人都艳羡了这份幸福，说她曾经的付出值

可就在这幸福的当儿，她又被检查出患有糖尿病，且血糖高得吓人，几次因为酮中毒，还引起了高度昏迷。他吓怕了，专门请了保姆，照顾她的饮食起居。一度喜欢钓鱼的他，闲暇待在家里，开始钻研起降糖食谱。什么陈醋黑豆、苦瓜煎蛋、南瓜汤，他都做得精致，她也吃得津津有味。

可她最爱吃的甜食，是无缘了。元宵节，她吃不了香甜的汤圆；端午节，她吃不了香甜的粽子；中秋节，她吃不了香甜的月饼。

回来，他小心的打开包装，拿给她吃。他问她：“好吃吗？”她回答：“好吃！”他问她：“不大甜吧？”她笑了，她说：“月饼不甜，但心甜！”他也笑了

时间过得真快啊！转眼间已经是中秋节了。我刚走进金笔作文的教室里，就听见了一阵欢呼声，到底是怎么回事呢？跟着我去看看吧。

一上课，只见老师从一个盒子里拿出了两块又大又圆的月饼，同学们看着口水都要流下来了。月饼在灯光的照耀下，显得金灿灿的，月饼的表面雕刻着很精致的图案。看到这里，我第一时间想到了做月饼的师傅该有多么的艰辛啊。仔细一看，月饼上面还镶嵌着“镜湖工厂”几个字。我轻轻一闻，一股浓浓的香味扑鼻而来，顿时，我的口水止不住地涌出来。我心想：这个月饼真香啊，一定很好吃！

正在这时，老师仿佛看出了我们的心思，她把月饼放到了一个大盘子里，“嗖嗖嗖”几声之后，两大块月饼就被切成了几小块儿。“哇！老师的刀功真厉害啊！”同学们不约而同地赞叹起来。老师给每人发了一小块儿，我拿着月饼仔细观察了一下，里面的馅大概有6种：花生米、瓜子仁、冰糖、黑芝麻、葡萄干和红绿色的果脯丝。原来这就是老师说的五仁月饼呀！我咬了一口，太香了，月饼在冰糖的甜腻中还带有一点酸，而且皮薄馅香、香甜可口、甜而不腻。

中秋节是一个团圆的节日，今天我们能和老师、同学们一起吃月饼，真的太幸福了。祝老师和同学们开开心心，幸福团圆！

我吃过红豆味的月饼，吃过绿豆味的月饼，还吃过水果味的月饼，也吃过奶油味的月饼……但就是没吃过冰皮月饼。可是今天，张老师要亲自教我们怎样做冰皮月饼。

我和同学们一样满怀无比期待和喜悦的心情，安静地坐在座位上，等呀等呀，张老师抱着一大盒做月饼的材料来了。

首先，张老师给我们依次介绍了做月饼的原料和工具。不看不知道，做月饼的原料还真多呢！有预拌粉、冰皮粉、果味粉、白油、馅料等等。介绍完毕，开始做月饼了。

我聚精会神地盯着张老师，跟着老师的步骤先把预拌粉搅拌好后调成面团，再把它揉搓成圆形，紧接着把它按平，冰冰凉凉的，像在摸雪糕似的。面皮开始变得柔软又有弹性了，我又跟着张老师的步伐开始放馅，先把馅搓成圆团，放进压平的冰皮面团里，然后把它包得严严实实的。哎呀，我用力过猛露馅了，我急得团团转。手忙脚乱中我灵机一动，把冰皮面团稍厚的地方往露馅的那边推了一点，真是有惊无险，我暗暗庆幸：哈哈，我太聪明了。

最后，张老师给我们每个人发了一个模具，张老师做了一遍示范给我们看，强调大家一定要将两个压膜片都放进去，可是粗心大意的我只放了一片，害得我的月饼最终还是成了露馅饼。

月饼做好了，张老师给我们拍照留念，同学们脸上都笑开了花，大家吃着自己亲手制作的月饼，欢声一片。

虽然这次做的月饼不太成功，我有点小小不开心，但我感受到了和大家一起做月饼的快乐，因为吃的这些月饼是自己做的。而且我认识了我从没见过的冰皮月饼，回家我还可以做给爸爸妈妈吃。

I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before

I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel.

Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a

I took many pictures. Finally we went back the hotel in the afternoon.

Before Christmas, I had fantasized that I had held a grand hall, where there were many figures, both high and low. But no matter who, they can always be friendly and amiable. No matter the enemy or the friend, we can always get through the day.

I have also fantasized that on Christmas night I quietly squatted beside the chimney waiting for the arrival of Santa Claus. But Ive been waiting for a long time, but I dont see the figure of Santa Claus. I thought, "well, why dont Santa Claus come?" It must be a "traffic jam" on the road.

星期五，妈妈告诉我她做了几个月饼，我说我也要做。于是，等妈妈回来我也开始做月饼。

我先搓面粉，在规定的时间内，要搓八十下面粉。我拼命搓，拼命搓，结果也只搓了七十几下。第二个环节是打鸡蛋。在二十秒内，要打十二个蛋。我用尽全力，也只不过打了四五个蛋。“唉，怎么这么难啊!”我有点泄气了。“没关系。”妈妈鼓励我说，“我第一次做时比你还差呢!”我又自信起来。最后一步当然是要烘月饼啰。把月饼放进烤箱，在五十秒到八十秒之间，按下OK这个键，月饼就做好了。还是这一步最简单!你知道做出来的月饼是什么味道吗?嘿嘿……

爸爸也来凑热闹了。他说：“我肯定能行!”嘿，爸爸果然是爸爸，第一次做月饼时，搓面粉就达到了要求。只是在打鸡蛋时，由于手不灵活，没打到几个。最后是最简单的，爸爸当然做到了。尝尝爸爸做的月饼吧，我想一定也不怎么好吃。

结果我们每人又做了好几个，但不是搓面粉没达到要求，就是打鸡蛋没打好。

这一家子，很有趣很奇怪吧!告诉你，我们一家其实不是做真的月饼，而是在玩一个做月饼的游戏。做好后，屏幕上总会出现一行字：“天哪，这是什么味道啊……”要问我们的成绩，唉，说来惭愧，折腾了半天，我们从来没有做出一个像样的月饼。真不知道什么时候能在屏幕上看到：“哇，这月饼真好吃!”

四十年前的中秋节，半个月饼解嘴馋。

那时，没有高产的粮食种子，没有促产的化肥农药，没有分田到户，没有改革开放，一个字，就是穷。农村，出产粮食的地方，一些人也常常没有饭吃。月饼这种奢侈品，大家自然是想的比吃的多。特别是小孩子，平常用窝头、煎饼、地瓜等填饱的肚子，是多么盼着八月十五吃上一点月饼啊。那时，家家四五个甚至六七个似乎永远吃不饱的孩子，每家每天为每一顿饭发愁，怎么会有心思过节呢？但是，在过节的日子里如果不让面黄肌瘦的老人和孩子吃上点好的，谁家也不愿意。八月十五这个吃月饼的日子，尽管很穷，每家也都想办法买一包月饼，让一家人在中秋节里不留下遗憾。

那时，一包月饼是六个，被油透的包装纸内永远是青红丝、桂花、白糖馅填充的圆鼓鼓的小小的月饼。那时爷爷奶奶还健在，母亲总是让爷爷奶奶一人吃一个，剩下的四个，我们兄妹五个和父母吃。自然，姐姐和哥哥合吃一个，弟弟和妹妹各自吃一个，父母却舍不得吃一点儿。

每次分到半块小小的月饼，我们这些大点的女孩总不舍得送进嘴里，总是小心地用那半块油透的纸仔细地包好，走出家门，走东家串西家地叫出同龄的女伴，聚在胡同中间小队的牛棚前的一块空地上，小心地露出自己分到的月饼，炫富一般地展示着，七嘴八舌地评判着谁的大一些，谁的小一些。评判之后，边看月亮，边说着嫦娥，边一根红丝一根绿丝地捏入嘴中……女孩们正品尝着、闲谈着，这时，不速之客——每家的一两个甚至两三个弟弟妹妹找来了。他们的月饼早像猪八戒吃人参果似的没了踪影。弟弟妹妹凑近各自的姐姐，眼巴巴地看着你，看着你。你说，做姐姐的还能吃下去吗？于是，每个姐姐从自己手中那一块小小的月饼中掰下一点点分给弟弟，再掰下一点点分给妹妹，自己却再也舍不得吃一点了……慢慢地，月饼没了，弟弟妹妹也撤了，同龄的女孩们在月亮下捉起了迷藏。静静的夜，皎洁的月。悄悄地藏，静静地找，找到之后是欢笑。月亮很高了，母亲在家中呼唤了，我们这些野孩子才不得不回家去。

半个月饼解嘴馋，馋虫也打发不去。吃的没有，穿的更差，可是，那样的日子，当时我们并不觉得苦。

时光飞逝，生活越来越好，坐在明亮的餐厅内面对着丰盛的中秋晚餐，我又一次想起那些在月光下炫耀、品尝、分享月饼的日子来。

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous， I try hard to adapt myself to

it。 Why? Because I intend to be a good student。 I wish to render service to my

country。

I get up at six o’clock every day。 After I wash my face and brush my teeth，

I begin to review my lessons。 I go to school at seven o’clock。

After school is over， I return home。 We usually have supper at seven

o’clock。Then I begin to do my homework。 I want to finish it before I go to

bed。

At my school, we had a charity sale last week

The charity sale was held on our school playground last Saturday morning.

We prepared many things which were made by hand in our spare time, such as

kites, model planes and so on. They looked very beautiful. We also brought old

toys and second-hand books to sell on the sale. At 8：30, the activity started.

Many students and teachers came to take part in it. Everyone chose their

favorite items and paid for them at a much lower price. In the end, the money we

made added up to over 2,000.

We sent the money to the community to help children who couldnt attend

school and the seniors who needed better care.

I had a wonderful experience. Im proud of what we have done. If everyone

makes a contribution to the charity, the world will become much better.
