中秋节是农历八月十五日，是我国传统的中秋节，也是我国仅次于春节的第二大传统节日，让我们一起欢度中秋！。也称仲秋节、团圆节、八月节等，是我国汉族和大部分少数民族的传统节日，也流行于朝鲜、日本和越南等邻国。因为秋季的七、八、九三个月（指农历），八月居中，而八月的三十天中，又是十五居中，所以称之为中秋节。又因此夜浩月当空，民间多于此夜合家团聚，故又称团圆节．中秋节起源于我国古代秋祀、拜月之俗。《礼记》中载有“天子春朝日，秋夕月。朝日以朝，夕月以夕。”这里的“夕月”就是拜月的意思。两汉时已具雏形，唐时，中秋赏月之俗始盛行，并定为中秋节。欧阳詹于《长安玩月诗序》云：“八月于秋。季始孟终；十五于夜，又月云中。稽于天道，则寒暑均，取于月数，则蟾魂圆，故曰中秋。”

俗话说的好，中秋月圆人团圆。下午，我们去了外婆家，正好赶上大妈妈做月饼，已经做完一批了，顺手拿了一个，想起来老师说要参加有关中秋节的活动，我想：这不正是一个有关中秋节的活动吗？就坐下和大妈妈一起做起了月饼。
我看着大妈妈做的有模有样，就向她探讨这个怎么做的，大妈妈告诉我有秘诀，就是手机上下载“下厨房”APP软件，就能找到你想做的美食的制作方法。我们做的是咸蛋黄月饼，查了出来，材料不少：咸蛋黄、黄油（或猪油）、水、面粉、玉米油、白糖、红豆沙、低筋面粉，有一些还要精确到克，差一丁点就可能改变月饼的味道。
