一年一度的中秋节到了，我们来到小桔灯，准备亲手做月饼。多么新鲜的事儿啊!多么令我们开心啊!

材料一切就绪，我取来冰皮粉，倒入盆内，再加入适量的热水，不停地揉，这冰粉可真不听话，老是粘着我的手，我细心地搓揉，费了好大得劲儿，这冰粉才败下阵来，变成了光滑的面团。我把这些面团分成了大小一致的小块，再将这些面团拍扁，做成了薄薄的皮。看着这些皮，我开心地笑了。看来，我离成功更近一步了。

I went skiing with my friends on Sunday. It was my very first time to try this super interesting sport. I really enjoyed skiing A LOT, and I think that I have potential!!! 这不是快要到中秋节了吗？中秋节就是要吃月饼赏明月。今天我们有口福我们来到常州百年老店——常州麻糕店。在这亲自动手制作斌并尝月饼。

下午2点我们怀着激动的心情来到了麻糕店。一进门我就被一股香味吸引了。“哇！是月饼！好香哦！”我心中的小馋虫被勾了出来。话不多说我们洗干净手就迫不及待地围在桌子前。我们的师傅叫做“月饼姐姐”。矮矮的个子，圆圆的脸蛋，一双灵巧的大手。

姐姐的一番讲解后大家终于能够亲自动手。我左手拿着油酥，右手捏着水油，他们两个都好滑，搞得我满手是油，放在鼻边闻闻。“好香哦！我要开始了！”一声令下我先将水油小心翼翼得放在桌子上，用右手轻轻的按压变成一个“大圆饼”。然后我把手里搓成小球球似的油酥不偏不倚的放在“大圆饼”的正中间。我把它们像包包子一样包在了一块。我的手艺还真不赖，乍一看如同一个小笼包。看着完美的“小笼包”我于心不忍。可最终还是败给了心中的“小馋虫”。握起擀面杖向前一推，又向后一压。“小笼包”又被我压成了“长饼”卷呀卷，卷呀卷“长饼”又变成了“卷饼”。我在用手按在“卷饼”上。这时要注意中间厚边缘薄。“啪！啪！啪！”拿来的噪音？哦！是五2班的一位男同学对“卷饼”使出了“暴力”用手掌粗暴的拍击“卷饼”。“卷饼”也不甘示弱。与桌子亲密拥抱怎么也分不开。我立马吸取教训用的力道小了许多。马上就要完成了。我心中敲起了快乐的小鼓。我挑了一个豆沙团，瞄准目标并放在了正中间。再一次包“包子”这次就没那么简单了。豆沙馅儿比较大我怎么也收不了口。就在我不知所措时热心的“月饼姐姐”来了！她握住我的手一边把外面的油酥水油往里捏一，一遍又把豆沙向里按。不一会漂亮的“小包子”再次出现了！我又兴奋起来。贴好吸油纸再在圆具里用力一按。最后盖上印章“豆沙”

按照这样的方法我们又做了一个“伍仁”的。20分钟后香喷喷的“月饼宝宝”出炉了！我拿了一个豆沙味的津津有味的咬了起来“嗯！超还吃的！”我点赞完后三两下就解决了。平时吃月饼我都只在乎味道。不好吃的立马扔掉。这次我并没又在乎味道，这月饼对我有别样的味道！

又到了中秋佳节，吃着爸爸带回来的包装精美的月饼，我总觉得缺了点什么。正在这时，妈妈的手机响了，原来是黄老师邀我去做月饼。我听了高兴得一蹦三尺高。

周六早上，我早早地起了床，来到了做月饼的地方。进了小店，一股浓浓的奶香味扑鼻而来。店内简朴的装修给人一种清爽的感觉。

洗完手后，小店的阿姨便开始揉面了，我本以为做月饼的面粉是黄色的，使我感到意外的是，做月饼的面粉竟是白色的。令我更惊讶的是，阿姨说这种月饼做好后也是白色的，而且不需要烘烤。咦，还有这样的月饼?好奇的我有点迫不及待了，真想快点大显身手。

面揉好了，按照阿姨的指导，我们先把月饼揉成20克左右的小圆球，再把它压扁，抹上一点熟糯米粉，放入馅，然后像包包子一样把馅包在里面，再抹上一层糯米粉，放入模具中。不一会儿我就做出了一只栩栩如生、活灵活现的“小熊”。又过了一会儿，“小鱼”、“小星星”也在我手里相继出世了。好了，现在要涂颜色了。我虽然小心翼翼地涂着，但小熊最后还是变成了大花脸。唉，真可惜!

看着晶莹似雪的月饼，我都有点舍不得吃了。轻轻咬上一口，一股凉丝丝的感觉流遍全身，香甜的味道没齿难忘。真是太美味了!它虽然和传统月饼的做法截然不同，但在我看来更有情趣。

看着自己动手做的月饼，我兴奋不已;吃着自己做的月饼，也别有一番滋味在心头。

“万岁，万岁！终于可以做月饼了！”咦，这是哪个班传来的欢呼声？原来是四（4）班的同学在举办“月饼圆圆寄深情”的活动呢！

首先，大家用热烈的掌声请出燕子老师。燕子老师是家委会的叔叔阿姨特地请来教我们做月饼的。她指着餐盘里的食材介绍道：“软软的、冰冰的就是皮，而有点硬的就是月饼的馅儿。馅儿有各种各样的味道，奶黄的、板栗的、豆沙的……”同学们听得入了迷，个个微张着嘴巴，一个不小心口水就会滴落下来。燕子老师接着说：“现在我们拿一块皮，把它捏得稍微扁一点，再拿一块馅儿，把馅儿包在皮里面，然后轻轻地把它搓成一个圆，这样就完成了第一个步骤！”

大家有模有样地学着燕子老师做了起来。我们“喜庆团圆”组的四个成员个个不甘示弱，大显身手。我先拿了一块粉色的皮，将它压成我的手心那么大，再拿出一块黄色的馅儿，轻轻地放到皮上，小心翼翼地用皮把馅儿包起来，慢慢向顶端捏拢。这样，一个嫩生生的月饼就做好了，就像一个柔嫩的婴儿躺在我的手掌心，虽然不太完美，到终究是我的作品啊！我接着埋头做，做越做越得心应手。做完了第五个的时候，我抬头望了望大家，只见所有人都在专心致志地做着。大家对自己的“作品”都啧啧称赞，自豪不已。

等大家差不多都包好了，燕子老师说：“下面我们来学习新的步骤，我给每一小组都发了四个模具。大家先把模具朝上放，把刚才做好的月饼放到模具上，然后倒扣在桌上，按一下上面的这个圆圆的东西，这样一个漂亮的月饼就诞生了。”我学着做了起来，按出了一个又一个精美的图案。这不，陈宇然又借来了各式各样的模具，有调皮的小老鼠，有豪华的小汽车，还有胖乎乎的叮当猫……终于，我费了好大的劲儿做好了八个图案各异的月饼。其中，我最喜欢“叮当猫”，它正睁大圆圆的眼睛盯着我，好像在说：“你好！我是叮当猫！”我的心里满是自豪与甜蜜。

激动人心的颁奖仪式开始了，很多小组陆续拿到了奖状，正当我们小组快失望的时候，突然听到了朱好阳妈妈在报：“喜庆团圆组获得了勤奋奖！快上来领奖！”我们四只刚瘪了气的气球瞬间又变得圆鼓鼓的了。

今天是农历八月十五日，是传统的中秋佳节。因为这时是一年秋季的中期，所以被称为中秋节。而且这时的月亮比其他几个月的满月更圆，更明亮，所以古代诗人喜欢用月亮来寄托自己的思念之情。中秋节又象征着一家人团团圆圆，还有吃月饼的习俗，所以在这一天，我远在广州的伯伯姑姑都回来庆祝中秋佳节。

脸上的灼热渐渐褪去，我也到了家门口，姑姑伯伯早已回来多时，看到我后笑着向我招手，问我在学校生活好不好，和同学关系怎么样，虽然都是一些平常的话语，但是还是让我十分感动。

吃完晚饭后，我们搬了个小竹凳去门外看月亮，月亮又大又圆，像皎洁的玉盘。奶奶拿来了一个大盒子，把盖子一掀开，我就闻到了一股熟悉的香味，一看，是今下午那个店里的月饼。我脸色顿时难看起来。姑姑看出了我的异常，威逼利诱我说出原因，我没办法，只好和盘托出，大家都笑了起来。

以前，我对月饼的概念只是一种好吃的点心。随着年龄的增长，我开始懂得吃月饼的寓意——团圆，但满脑子还只是好吃，可这次就不同了，我亲手做了月饼呢!

那天下午第二节课时，我们开始了做冰皮月饼的活动。随着老师和家长们一声令下，顿时，全班沸腾起来了!我很激动，差点儿就把陷儿用来包皮了!我冷静下来，先把皮贴在陷儿上，然后揉揉揉，搓搓搓。可是，没想到看似嫩嫩的皮其实“笑里藏刀”，开始反攻：它粘住我的手套，往外拖，结果害得我不得不一次又一次地去扯手套，令我哭笑不得：这到底是做月饼还是“人皮大战”之扯手套比赛呢?“啊!太烦人啦!”我实在是忍不住了，干脆把手套一脱，不用它了。

这次，我吸取了经验，用手抹了好些面粉，把皮揉圆，再轻轻地把皮捏薄，然后包上陷儿，做好啦!我一口气做了八个月饼宝宝，它们看起来嫩嫩的，活像一个个可爱的小婴儿，让人觉得含着怕化了，抱着怕碎了。于是，我拿起一个模子，一压，嘿!一个QQ企鹅诞生了!紧接着，玫瑰、萝卜、祥云、kitty猫、菠萝、花纹和牡丹等八个可爱的月饼小精灵诞生了!它们看上去真像一个个小娃娃，让人巴不得赶快亲上一口!我抹了抹嘴角上的口水，将它们带回了家。

星期六，小主人报的老师给我们布置了一个跟往常不大相同的任务——给敬老院的爷爷奶奶们做月饼并亲手送给他们。

到达目的地了，我提起事先准备好送给爷爷奶奶的礼品和水果，昂首挺胸地向前走着。当走过敬老院大门时，墙上布满了绿绿的爬山虎，把我们映衬得更美!

这时，我看到了许多老人家有的坐在树边，有的坐在椅子上。我观察了一下，有的只穿了薄薄的短袖，有的只穿了拖鞋，有的甚至连鞋子都没有穿。看到这些，我的心里不由地升起了怜悯之情。看着他们的衣服、鞋子都这么破，我巴不得把我家里的衣服都搬出来给他们穿。

接着，老师给我们分配任务，把我们一共分成四组，两组做月饼，两组做游戏让老人们快乐快乐。

我们高级班安排的任务是做月饼，分成两组。老师把已煮熟的豆沙和面粉分配好给我们。另一组已经开始做了，我们这组也不能落后呀!我们开始拼命地做月饼，忙地不可开交，连擦汗地时间都没有。时间到，是该看看我们战利品的时候了。呀!我们这组做了30盒，另一组做了28盒，我们居然做得更多，可开心啦!

该我们做游戏了，首先是做抱抱游戏。这个游戏怎么玩呢?很简单，老师说几个人抱在一起就几个人抱在一起，抱在一起的人数不对就算输。输的同学要受到小小的惩罚，就是抽一张信封并按照上面的要求做。后来又玩了拖凳子的游戏。在一片欢声和笑语中，游戏结束。

最后，该给爷爷奶奶们发我们的劳动成果——豆沙月饼。我给了一个老爷爷，又给了一个老奶奶。在充满童真的房子里，结束了我们的活动。

在回来的路上，我暗暗下定决心，下次我还要来，还要为爷爷奶奶们献爱心。

中秋节到了。

水在阳光的映照下显得格外清亮，奶奶将用细纱布将饼模洗净，放在阳台上晾着。

饼模是由枣木做成的，一共有三块，每一块都是圆形的，其中有一块是刻着“嫦娥奔月”的图案，活灵活现，我最喜欢。

奶奶说，这是从祖上创下来的，饼模磨得很光滑，也不知打过多少次月饼，庆过多少次中秋了。

晒干了饼模子，就准备月饼的馅料了。

奶奶拿来昨夜泡下水的红豆，捞出来，放在一个大木桶里，随后又戴上手套将木桶里的红豆搞烂成泥，一直到手发酸为止。再用手抓上一小撮的白糖，使得红豆沙看上去很诱人，就连空气中也弥漫着红豆醉人的香气。

“奶奶我想吃包了咸蛋黄的月饼”我说。

“好”奶奶说。随后拄着拐杖折步回到厨房，弯下腰，在木桶里拿了个咸鸭蛋，再弯腰走回来。

奶奶每年都要包一个有咸蛋黄的月饼，只做一个，就是单独给我做的。乡下人说，当中秋的月亮升起来的时候圆圆的澄澄的，简直像天上的月亮。当小孩吃了包有咸蛋黄的月饼，就像吞了那一年的月亮，那一年都会圆圆满满的。

面，早就和好了。

奶奶揉了揉面团，楸下一个小小的面团，然后舀出一些馅料，分别包进小面团里，小心翼翼的包拢起来。

“去，把饼模子拿来”奶奶说。

“嗯”我欢喜起来，欢呼雀跃。

奶奶将包了馅料的面团放在饼模里，用另一块饼模压紧，我拿起木槌将饼模敲打一番，奶奶将饼模反过来，轻轻一敲月饼便做成了。

晚上吃着月饼，心里高兴极了。

Dear Mr. Seaton，

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never forget.

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day

for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act

a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or

fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones

even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that

night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the

side of the bed.

On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the

light at two oclock,and most of them are awake by six oclock although it is

not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children

look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At

about one oclock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey

or chicken is quickly eaten.Children search in their Christmas pudding for new

coins which are hidden in it.The rest of the day is full of games and eating

until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

今年的中秋节又到了，在这个“千里共婵娟”的日子里，我们又可以吃月饼了。

妈妈说今年自己做月饼吃，家里人多，想吃什么口味的都有，但是都要满足大家。

爷爷奶奶爱吃酥软松脆的，妈妈放了油、芝麻、花生、核桃、瓜子、杏仁等许多东西。等月饼烤出来时，香味飘了一屋子，妈妈让我端给爷爷奶奶去尝，他们笑呵呵说：“真好吃，就叫八宝月饼吧！”然后递给我吃，别说真是香极了。

姑姑爱吃水果，特别是桃子，妈妈怎么也做不出来，不过什么也难不倒妈妈，妈妈用果汁机把桃子打碎，然后放在摊饼机上和其它调料一揉，接着一个个往模具上一压，新鲜美味的桃子月饼就做出来了。姑姑闻着甜甜的桃子味说：“嫂子真会发明创造，这水蜜桃月饼可以申请专利了。”

我最喜欢吃肉了，妈妈给我往里面放了火腿、蔬菜丁，怎么感觉是中式的汉堡呢，不过烤出来比汉堡好吃多了，因为比汉堡香脆，比汉堡酥甜，最重要的是妈妈的味道，妈妈做的月饼真好吃。

妈妈还做了爸爸喜欢吃的蛋黄月饼，她自己喜欢吃的西瓜月饼。我们把月饼都摆到院子里，一边看着天上圆圆的月亮，一边吃着自己喜欢的月饼，我想嫦娥恐怕也吃不到我妈妈做的这么好吃的月饼吧！

在这里我祝大家团团圆圆过中秋，都吃上好吃的月饼！
