中秋节一大早，大街上就有卖月饼的。月饼小贩们笑嘻嘻地揽着生意，有的嚷嚷：“哎，大爷，买俺的呗。”“啥呀，俺的月饼新鲜又便宜……”，另一个反驳道。一派节日的热闹气氛。

我见妈妈还不买月饼，急了：“妈妈，为什么还不买？”妈妈神秘一笑：“宝贝，我们自己做月饼好吗？”“哇塞，好耶！”我乐得一蹦三尺高，毕竟自己做的月饼更香嘛！

下午，爸爸买来了做月饼的馅料，哈哈，有黄黍子面，有各种馅料，还有可可粉……呵，五花八门呐！

妈妈洗净手，开始活黄面，爸爸在一边研究月饼的制作方法，我在旁边帮“倒忙”，哇，这么多的馅料啊，草莓的，凤梨的，桔子的……五颜六色，既诱人又好看，还发出一种果香，“滴答！”，哦，抱歉，我流口水了……见爸妈各忙各的，没人注意我，我便“偷”了一小块儿苹果馅料溜到阳台上，狠狠地咬了一口……呸！什么味道？甜不甜苦不苦的！我仓惶逃到卫生间，使劲漱口。

转眼间三个小时过去了，爸妈也烤好了香喷喷的月饼。

晚上，我们一边赏着明月，一边品尝蔡家秘制月饼。月宫中的嫦娥也被我家的月饼吸引了，化成一缕桂花香伴随着清风来到我家窗前……

今天正是一年一次的中秋佳节，我和爸爸妈妈一起去姥姥家过中秋节，因为买的月饼不是很多，但是做月饼的材料还有很多，所以，我们决定自己动手来做月饼。

首先，我先把手洗干净，把面用化糖浆加上油先和好，再把月饼皮做好。我一边揉着面，一边加清水，有时加水太多，就会黏在手上，甩都甩不掉，那些面遇到水就像一些胶水，沾上就被黏住了。

面和好了，揪下一小团和好的面，然后把面揉成窝头状，再把一小坨豆沙放在窝里，再包起来，直到把豆沙全部都包裹起来，团成团后，放在带有花纹的模具里，用力往下挤压，取出来，一个非常漂亮的月饼就做好了。我还把我做的月饼都做上记号。照着这样的程序，我一连串的做了好几个月饼，有五仁的、蛋黄的、莲蓉的等等。

然后就是要放进烤箱里，慢慢地烤熟。烤了一会，我把月饼拉出来，刷上一层油，再放入烤箱内烘烤，我总是迫不及待的想要看看自己做的成果，又到了烤箱前，看到里面金黄的月饼，看着看着，就有一种想要吃的冲动。好像过了好久，一盘香飘飘的月饼就出炉了，我急忙忙地去拿一个月饼，可因为月饼太烫，我只好忍着馋，等它凉一会了。

这时，一轮圆月已经还挂在了天边，使昏暗的天空更加明亮。明亮的月光洒在大地上，大地好像披上了一层轻纱。月亮好像在祝福天下的人们幸福团圆，我吃着我自己做的月饼，赏着天上的明月，心里美极了。

吃着这圆圆的月饼看着这圆圆的月亮，我不禁想起老家我的奶奶来了，她那慈祥的面庞又浮现在我的眼前。我的眼睛有点湿润了，毕竟我没有回家和奶奶一起过一个中秋节啊！现在每个家庭都在团聚，唯有奶奶，还在守着那份孤独。多么想和奶奶一起吃顿团圆饭啊！

中秋又蕴含着诗情画意，赏月成了人们的一种心境，今天是人和月亮的共同节日，天地融融，良宵美景，唤起人们对大自然的热爱和美好生活的向往。

今天是中秋节，在我的一再央求下，妈妈准备给我自己动手做月饼，我的心情特别激动，整个人像小鸟一样飞来飞去的。

我先跟奶奶来到超市挑选了上好的红薯和紫薯，回家后又将它们清洗干净，放在笼蒸里蒸熟，等它们凉快下来后，我就将它们的外衣剥掉，用调羹捣成了泥。

感觉红薯已经很黏了，我就取出一勺放入月饼模具，中间再加一些我喜欢的馅料，比如花生酱、芝麻酱等等，为了把馅料包紧，我又用一勺子红薯泥把口封起来，并且用调羹压得实实的。最后，我轻轻轻轻推动模具，一只漂亮的月饼就出来了。

月饼出来后，妈妈给我拍照发在朋友圈，叔叔阿姨们纷纷点赞，我心里别提多高兴了。

晚上，全家人吃着我亲手做的月饼，高兴地称赞健康美味，我也从中获得了自己动手的无穷乐趣，今年的中秋节真是不同寻常啊！

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival  the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It  sometimes called the "Lunar New Year" by Englh speakers. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first month (Chinese: 正月; pinyin: zhēng yuè) in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th; th day  called Lantern Festival. Chinese New Years Eve  known as chú xī. It literally means "Year-pass Eve".

Chinese New Year  the longest and most important festivity in the Lunar Calendar. The origin of Chinese New Year  itself centuries old and gains significance because of several myths and traditions. Ancient Chinese New Year  a reflection on how the people behaved and what they believed in the most.

Celebrated in areas with large populations of ethnic Chinese, Chinese New Year  considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the new year celebrations of its geographic neighbors, as well as cultures with whom the Chinese have had extensive interaction. Outside of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, Chinese New Year  also celebrated in countries with significant Han Chinese populations, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of the Chinese new year vary widely. People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It  also the tradition that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”, “wealth”, and “longevity”. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper  a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by whing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. The Chinese New Year tradition  a great way to reconcile forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wh peace and happiness for everyone.

Although the Chinese calendar traditionally does not use continuously numbered years, outside China its years are often numbered from the reign of Huangdi. But at least three different years numbered 1 are now used by various scholars, making the year 2009 "Chinese Year" 4707, 4706, or 4646.

I have a lovely bedroom. It is small but clean and beautiful. The wall is light green and the floor is white. There is a bed in my bedroom, it is really comfortable. I sleep with it every night. “八月十五月儿明呀，我为家人做月饼呀，月饼圆圆甜又香啊，一块月饼一片情啊……”我唱着改编的歌谣，踏进了月饼DIY的工作室，为晚上的团圆饭做准备……

我兴冲冲地来到了桌子前，低头一看，呵，还挺“丰盛”的嘛！馅儿有好多种：豆沙的，蛋黄的，果仁的，巧克力的……各式各样，只要你能想到的馅儿这里都有，让人现在就想啃上一大口。冰皮也是五花八门：有草莓味的，榴莲味儿的，还有香草味儿的。最多的就是模具了：星形、爱心形、圆形、三角形等等，数都数不过来呢。

我越看越激动，眼睛瞪得溜儿圆，摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。接下来上场的师傅姓丁，她昂首挺胸地来到我和妈妈跟前，妈妈在那儿鼓掌欢呼，我却毫不关注，自己直接动手做起来了。

我先用两手把冰皮撕成大大的面皮，放在桌上备用，然后拧下一块香草味儿的馅，搓圆，托在左手手心里，右手去拿备好的面皮，却发现皮儿竟和桌面“恋爱”了，像糖和薄饼一样紧紧“抱”在一起。我放下馅儿，用两只手一起去扯，“嘶——”面皮“五马分尸”了。妈妈在边上捅了我一下：“注意听讲，別干坏事儿！”我只好坐下来撑着头好好听讲。唉！好好一个中秋节，怎么跟上课似的！这时，只听丁师傅在讲：“注意，面皮不要直接放在桌面上，要撒些面粉哦，不然会粘在桌面上的，知道了吧，你这个小家伙。”只见她那细长的手指正指着玩模具的我身上，所有人都瞧了过来，我低下了头，躲到妈妈后面，真是不好意思。

听完了讲解，我第一件事就是抓起一把面粉撒在桌子上，随后，抓起刚被“五马分尸”的面皮，再次揉成一个面团。哼，这面团好别扭呀，一层叠着一层，扭曲变形。我眉头一皱，但也没办法，不能浪费呀，唉，就将就着点儿，干！接着，我把面团儿放在面粉上，滚来滚去，面团立刻变成了个雪人儿，我来了个“如来神掌”，它就被我压趴了，我右手托着，左手拿着“馅儿宝宝”，把它放进了“棉衣”里，皮儿就如棉衣似轻轻包着馅儿，我就像捏包子皮儿一样，慢慢把它捏圆。接下来就是最关键的一步，要给他们做造型了。我盖上心形模具，用力一按，然后迫不及待地往模具底下去看，顿时石化，像被一桶冷水泼了一脸，面前惨不忍睹：形状、纹理没按出来，馅儿却被按出来了。算了吧，重做！

第二次，我吸取了上次的教训，弄好面团儿，把它轻轻地放在模具里，再集中力量用劲一按，嘿，还不错嘛，我的第一个月饼完成了！

就这样，一个……二个……三个……连续做了六个的我已经精疲力尽了。

回到家，大家围绕着桌子吃团圆饭，圆圆的月亮高高照，一家人说说笑笑，好不快活。嗯，原来幸福美满就藏在这一桌团圆饭中，藏在圆圆的月饼中，藏在人们的心中呀……

The government vigorously supports the development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers, and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. 下午两点十分，做月饼活动正式开始。我们把桌子拼在一起，铺上桌布，放好材料。这时候，月饼师傅上场了。她先教我们认识做月饼的材料，有冰皮，有月饼馅，包括蛋黄馅、豆沙馅、紫薯馅‥‥‥还有各式各样的模具，然后，她就开始教我们做月饼了。首先，我们要把面粉撒在手上，接着，把冰皮放在手上压成又圆又扁的形状，然后，挑选自己喜欢的馅儿放在冰皮上，包起来。在确保馅儿已经全部被冰皮包裹住的时候，就把它搓成一个可爱的小圆球。最后，用模具把它压成月饼状，小小的月饼就完成了。

终于轮到我们自己动手了！不过，做月饼的过程看起来容易，做起来还是有点难度的。我第一次做的时候，因为用力过大，把冰皮给扯断了。我心里忐忑不安，心想“完了，完了，这个月饼完蛋了”！幸好有程心怡妈妈帮忙，她帮我把皮粘在了一起，我才能进行下一步。可是包馅这个过程也不怎么顺利。当我把馅放在冰皮上，用冰皮包起来的时候，由于用力过猛，馅露出来了好多。这一次，又是程心怡妈妈挽救了我的月饼。只见露出馅的冰皮在她手上轻巧地转了几下，一个圆圆滑滑的小球出现了。最后，我选择了玫瑰花图案的模具，轻轻一压，小圆球便变成了一只可爱的月饼。同样的步骤重复了好几次，我终于完成了我的八只小月饼。看看四周，同学们基本上都做完了月饼。一只只月饼放在桌上，让人看得垂涎欲滴。有几个馋嘴的同学当时就吃掉了几个月饼，引得我们哈哈大笑。

我们把小小的月饼带回了家，与家人一起分享。月饼代表着团圆和思念，当我和家人一起赏月、吃月饼的时候，我不禁想起了苏轼的一首诗：“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全。但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”希望这小小的月饼能如同天上这轮明月一般，把思念和祝福献给远在千里的家人和朋友们！
