我拆开那块草莓味的月饼包装纸，拿起刀在月饼上比划起来，边比划边说“一刀切成2块，两刀切成4块，三刀切成7块，四刀就可以切成10块。对不对？”我问妈妈。妈妈笑着说：“不对，最多可以切14块！呵呵，不过你还算不简单啊，前三刀的切法已经说对了！最后的一刀，你再想想啊！”

我听妈妈说前三刀的切法对了，就把这三刀先切了下去，然后一边比划一边冥思苦想第四刀，我怎么比划还是想不到切出14块的方法来。我为难的看着妈妈说：“好像想不出来啊。”

妈妈拍着我的头说：“这么快就泄气，怎么能吃到月饼啊？你为什么只想着从月饼的上面往下切，不能看看它的侧面吗？”

听妈妈这么一说，我简直是如梦初醒了：“哦，我知道了！前三刀已经切成7块了，第四刀从侧面切进去，不就是二七十四块了吗！”

刚说完，妈妈就拿了块月饼塞到我嘴里，对我说：“思考问题不要一根筋吗，换个角度说不定就柳暗花明了啊！”

我点点头，对妈妈说：“这真是世界上最香的月饼啊！它不叫草莓味月饼，应该改叫考考你月饼！”

今天我去香蕉熊做月饼，你们可不要以为香蕉熊是个像香蕉的熊，其实，那里是个涂画工作室，名字叫香蕉熊，这里就和它的名字一样好玩。

到了那儿，我先去找老师报到，就来到了做月饼的地方，就先叫它“月室”吧！我在桌子上看了许多馅，黑红色的应该是红豆馅，白色的应该是奶黄馅，还有凤梨馅和绿豆馅。**，还有诱人的咸蛋黄，真齐全呀！

开始做月饼了，老师让我们两人用一个称，面要20克，馅要30克，馅多面少，能包得住吗？我听老师说要把面在手里按成一个圆饼，再把馅放进去包起来，搓成一个圆球，然后放到按压器里一按，唉，我怎么这么倒霉，一下就把面给按出来了，我觉得应该把力量用得适中，不大不小，刚刚好。我把露馅的地方用面包了包，第二次试验开始，小调皮，怎么又出来了。老师说我可以用面再包一个。嗯，这次不错，包得特别圆，一下就成功了。

接下来的一步是最关键的，也是我最容易出问题的一步，就是把月饼的形给按出来，老师先教了下，要用手按好，否则就可能失败，我按照老师教的，自己试了一下，这次可真完美呀！我仔细看了一下，什么，我把奶黄馅当成面了，还好里面包了凤梨馅，哈哈，奶黄馅包凤梨馅，这个月饼可真独特！想想它烤出来的时候，会是什么味呢？奶黄味？凤梨味？我觉得它一定很香甜。

月饼做好了，老师就要拿去烤了。我们开始做卡片。我选了一只小兔子和一只熊坐在月亮上的图案，上面还挂了一个灯笼，里面写了“中秋”俩字。我用紫色做背景，红色的灯笼，黄色的月亮，很像在过年啊，节日的气氛很浓厚！

大概等了半个小时，月饼终于出炉了，一股香喷喷的味道扑鼻而来，啊，忍不住想吃一口啊，可是太热了，需要晾凉了，才能品尝。

过了一会儿，老师说我们可以装盒了，一共装了四个，我吃了一个，红豆馅的，真美味啊，我请妈妈尝了尝，她也夸味道好！我要把盒子里的带回家和爸爸分享！

做月饼怎么能离开原材料呢？我们准备了冰皮粉、馅料、模具、一次性手套、白开水等等。老师把冰皮粉放入盘子里，再倒入白开水进行手工和粉，冰皮粉在老师的手里揉来揉去，最后变成了一团又粘又软的粉团，像一只小巧玲珑的史莱姆，老师把它切成小团分给我们。拿到这个可爱的“小家伙”，我兴奋不已，心想：哈哈，是时候该表演真正的技术了！我二话不说，拿起就放在手里压、滚，直至它变成圆溜溜的，老师接着给我们发馅料，我刚要拿起来的时候，突然一滑，吓得我的小心脏猛地跳，原来是塑料手套太滑才拿不住的，我看看旁边的同学也和我一样小心翼翼的拿着，觉得那样子超级搞笑。我选择了一个蔓越莓的馅料，用双手捧起来，看它还怎么“爬”！

经过一番周折，总算做成了一个半成品，我拿来模具，想让我的半成品“变身”，正在往里压的时候，又出幺蛾子了——面团太大，与模具的大小不符，压出来有多的面团，亡羊补牢，为时不晚，我马上对它进行改良，用力的把面饼往里面挤，终于大功告成，从模具里取出了一个画有一只栩栩如生的小鸟的月饼，看到自己亲手做的“小可爱”月饼，我的心里无限的满足！

做好的月饼白白的，很Q弹，真想咬上一口，那味道肯定好极了！可我转念一想，下课了就可以回老家了，老家的爷爷奶奶今天还在烈日下辛勤的劳动着，我下定决心，一定要忍住嘴馋的毛病，把这份特殊的“礼物”带回家，让亲人们也尝一尝我亲手做的月饼，虽然它很小很少，但毕竟“礼轻情义重”嘛！

education, food banks, human rights, fundamentalism and wars. Though God knows

we need all the help we can get with all these man-made problems and more.

And its not that you arent compassionate and full of joy. Youre great.

In spite of you being changed into different colours for corporations and being

bastardised to represent materialism gone mad - despite probably originating in

some season based pagan druid ritual a million thought miles from requests for

spontaneously combusting hoverboards... Kidadults cynically pointing this out

after having their moment of belief in you are wasting everyones precious time.

Because you are not for them. You are for the children. Children who need some

magic in a world where the borders between innocence and responsibility, playful

imagination and cold, adult obstacles are continually shrinking.

This is what Id like to ask you to help with. A little more time for

children to be children. Stretch the moment of magic and playfulness. Distract

them from the realities of a world gone mad so that they can laugh with their

breath rather than sob with their tears. Especially those caring for family

members, or suffering illness, hunger or poverty. Especially those hiding in

buildings as bombs rain down, or being handed shaking with fear or cold into a

boat to escape environmental disaster or war. Please help to light up their

worlds with a moment of joy and hope.

When I think about it youve got it tough this year... And when I really

think about it Im not sure that asking you for a lightsaber and getting one

(not that I ever did by the way) is equatable with controlling the space time

continuum and making the good of childhood last a little longer.

But you do inspire wonder and awe amongst those that write you letters and

go to sleep hoping there might be a new object in their possession come dawn.

You inspire good behaviour and, at least in my memory, some desperate last

minute attempts to redeem bad behaviour so as not to be overlooked. Spare a

thought too for those millions who want to write to you but through illiteracy

cant. Hear their words and help to give them the time and chance to learn how

to read and write so they can better their lives and escape their impoverished

beginnings.

I feel a little sorry for you. And I guess Ive done exactly what I said I

wouldnt... Asked you to help with adult problems and solve some of the greatest

worries we have for our children. I promise to leave some extra port and mince

pies for you!

我国城乡群众过中秋都有吃月饼的习俗，俗话中有：八月十五月正圆，中秋月饼香又甜。月饼最初是用来祭奉月神的祭品，月饼一词，最早见于南宋吴自牧的《梦梁录》中，那时，它也只是象菱花饼一样的饼形食品。后来人们逐渐把中秋赏月与品尝月饼结合在一起，寓意家人团圆的象征。

月饼最初是在家庭制作的，清袁枚在《隋园食单》中就记载有月饼的做法。到了近代，有了专门制作月饼的作坊，月饼的制作越越来越精细，馅料考究，外型美观，在月饼的外面还印有各种精美的图案，如嫦娥奔月、银河夜月、三潭印月等。以月之圆兆人之团圆，以饼之圆兆人之常生，用月饼寄托思念故乡，思念亲人之情，祈盼丰收、幸福，都成为天下人们的心愿，月饼还被用来当做礼品送亲赠友，联络感情。

闲秦再思《洛中记闻》说，唐僖宗在中秋节日吃月饼，味道极美，他听到新科进士的曲江设开喜宴，便命御厨房用红绫包裹月饼赏赐给新科进士们。这是我们能够看到的最早的关于月饼的记载。到了宋代，月饼有；荷叶；、；金花；、；芙蓉；等等雅称，其制作方法更加清致。诗人苏东坡有诗称赞说，；小饼如嚼月，中有酥与饴；，酥是油酥，饴就是糖，其味道甜脆香美可想而知。宋以后，制作月饼不仅讲究味道，而且在饼面上设计了各种各样与月宫传说有关的图案。饼面上的图案，起初大概是先画在纸上然后粘贴在饼面上，后业干脆用面模压制在月饼之上。满月形的月饼也跟十五的圆月一样象征着大团圆，人们把它当作节日食品，用它祭月，用它赠送亲友。这无疑是汉民族的一种民族心理的反映。传说，元朝初年，元蒙统治者惧怕民众起来反抗，采取每十家派一名兵监视，十家只许用一把菜刀的高压政策，人民忍无可忍，便乘八月十五中秋节互赠月饼之机，在月饼里放一个蜡丸，蜡丸中裹着纸，纸上写着誓言，饼底还贴一张纸做暗示，以此互相号召反蒙复国。浙江温州一带称这种月饼为；三锦；，按当地方言的谐音就是；杀紧；。这大概就是今天月饼外常贴上一张纸的由来。

“哇，这个蓝莓味的面团好香啊！”咦，同学们在干什么呢？原来，同学们在做漂亮的手工月饼啊！

只见马老师倒出来的面粉飘着淡淡的奶香味，我们用手摸了摸面粉，面粉软软的，好像海绵一样。当老师加了点很特殊的粉和热水后，面粉就像有一种能量把它们聚集起来，似乎是“队长”要和“队员”们讲一个很重要的事。首先老师示范制作月饼，拿出成品后，我似乎听到它们在交头接耳：“哼，我长得比你们几个都漂亮！”“哼，长得漂亮又什么用，我比你结实！”月饼们吵得不分上下，而面团们呢，已经被老师分给我们了，刚到手中的面团有点热热的，但后来，就被我冰凉的手给捏凉了。

不一会儿功夫，大家的月饼基本都成形了，这些月饼围着中间的两个字“中秋”，好像一群蝴蝶围着花儿在唱歌跳舞；这些月饼的颜色好像蓝天，没有一丝杂色；那一个个月饼摆成一个美丽的形状，好像一条漂亮的花裙子在随风飘扬；那一个个漂亮的月饼，犹如一朵朵五颜六色的花，再把这些月饼摆成一个美丽的图案，那就是两个字——“完美”。我忍不住尝了一口，哇！真好吃，那是我吃过最好吃的月饼，我觉得我和它已经合二为一了，我深深地陶醉在月饼的味道之中。

中秋节快到了，想着自己可以把亲手制作的月饼送给爸爸妈妈，实在太棒了，真是美好的一天。

“嘿呦、嘿呦、嘿哟……”河那边传来了一阵打糯米团的声音，只见河那边的壮汉挽起了衣袖，手拿着一根木棍使劲的往一个石槽里捶打，石槽里面有糯米、面粉，只有经过这样千锤百炼出来的月饼皮才会更加软绵酥脆。

“丁零零”小闹钟说话了，我在甜甜的美梦中被吵醒，对了，今天是中秋节呢，这一次我也要去打月饼了。

外婆正在厨房里忙的热火朝天，她将红糖打碎放入盆里，再放入切好的姜丝、橘饼粒，最后放入白糖搅匀做成饼馅。你一定会想：为什么没有放咸蛋黄呢？因为还在后头哩！

我走上楼去，看着外公和姨夫正在打月饼皮，我也忍不住加入打月饼皮的行列，没打几分钟就把我累的气喘吁吁。空有满腔热情奈何体力不支，接下来我就只能在旁边观战，直到他们将月饼皮打好。

接下来就该轮到我家祖传了几百年的打月饼模子出场了，月饼模子有三个不同的图案，一个是嫦娥奔月，一个是月亮，一个是鱼纹。外婆将打好的月饼皮揉成团，往模子里面一塞，再加入饼馅和蛋黄，最后把另一个饼模子合上，一个月饼就成型了。外婆的手脚十分麻利，不一会儿就做好了满满的一盘子成型的月饼，外婆在月饼上刷上油，放入烤箱里烤。“叮”的一声，二十分钟到了，我把烤箱门打开，一股热气腾腾的气体带着香味扑面而来，让我忍不住想去拿一个尝一尝，这时外婆叫住了我，说：“吴昊，要先给嫦娥仙子吃了，我们才能吃。”

看着外婆将一个个金黄的月饼装到盘里，我忍不住的咽了咽口水，蹭外婆不注意，偷拿了一个月饼撒腿就跑。我咬了一口月饼，居然是咸蛋黄馅的，满满的蛋黄味留于齿间，令人满嘴的回味，真的是太好吃了。

自己偷吃了嫦娥仙子的月饼，想着中秋佳节我们都是一家人开心的在一起团聚，而她却一个人孤零零的待在广寒宫，心中顿时充满了愧疚感。正如苏轼《水调歌头》所写：“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺。但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”我举起手中剩下的半个月饼对着天空中那一轮明月说道：“嫦娥仙子我们一起吃月饼吧，希望有一天你也可以和你的家人团聚。”

又是中秋节，妈妈还在加班，姐姐还在袁老师作文学校上课，爸爸正在外面购物，家里又只剩我一个人。看着电视上吃月饼的场面，我不禁口水直流三千尺。

“咚咚咚”一阵敲门声，奶奶手里拿着两个大大的，圆圆的月饼出现在我的眼前，月光照在她那银白的发丝上，有那么一丝丝的刺眼。奶奶已年过花甲，背已经驼了，好像随时都在准备收庄稼，奶奶的眼睛花了，再美好的事物她都已看不清了。她冲我笑笑，露出那几颗所剩无几的已泛黄的假牙。深深的鱼尾纹在她脸上荡漾开来，像一朵迎着风绽放着的花。她抬起那长满老茧的手摸了摸我的头，眯着眼睛：“孙女儿，来来，吃月饼。”我搀扶着她进了屋，随手拿起一块月饼，津津有味的吃了起来。嗯，是芝麻酥的。芝麻像一个个调皮的娃娃，一下子都跳进了我嘴里，塞得满满的。一点点芝麻渐渐融化开来，甜甜的，浓浓的，沁进了我的整个口腔。

奶奶为我擦去嘴边的屑沫，慈祥地笑了笑：“孙女儿乖，奶奶给你和姐姐带了两块月饼，你要听话，自个儿一人在家要小心，奶奶走了，爷爷在楼下等我呢。”我心中不禁一股心疼。奶奶平时是那么不容易呀！我抱住奶奶，如今她老了！奶奶也抱住我，摸了摸我的背：“傻孙女，好好读书，以后为你爸妈争口气儿！”我点点头，忍住眼泪。月光再次照在她那被岁月磨杀的脸上，我仿佛看到了奶奶以前的艰辛。

我再次向那轮圆月看去。想起了小的时候“小儿不识月，呼作白玉盘。”我又随手拿起一块月饼，吃了起来。当我把装月饼的袋子扔掉时，突然想起来这是给姐姐的！我胆颤心惊，生怕姐姐回来会大骂我一顿。

“咚咚咚”，一阵敲门声，我能感受到这是姐姐的气息。我对姐姐说出真相后，没想到她不仅没骂我，还夸我诚实。

“吃饭了！”妈妈叫了一声，我的思绪终于又飞了回来。我看着深情的明月，又看了看这芝麻味的月饼，笑了笑。此刻，我向明月祈祷，愿明月保佑奶奶在天上的一切……
