Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. 最后，张老师给我们每个人发了一个模具，张老师做了一遍示范给我们看，强调大家一定要将两个压膜片都放进去，可是粗心大意的我只放了一片，害得我的月饼最终还是成了露馅饼。

月饼做好了，张老师给我们拍照留念，同学们脸上都笑开了花，大家吃着自己亲手制作的月饼，欢声一片。

Dear Sir,

I was very interested in your advertisement in todays edition of The

Evening Post and I should like to apply to be a member of the Amazon Expedition

team.

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath

University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research

laboratory but my contract comes to an end in six weeks. I would particularly

like to join the expedition for the opportunity it would give me to study the

plant life of the area.

I enjoy several outdoor activities including rowing and rock climbing and I

consider myself to be both fit and healthy enough to undertake such an

expedition.

If you would like me to attend an interview, I would be able to come at any

There is a park near my home.There are a lot of beautiful trees,flowers and birds in the park.So many people go to the park to enjoy their weekends.They like walking or having a picnic in the park.But I like flying a kite with my sisiter there.

The Chinese calendar is based on a combination of lunar and solar movements. The lunar cycle is about 29.5 days. In order to "catch up" with the solar calendar the Chinese an extra month once every few years. This is the same as adding an extra day on leap year. This is why, according to the solar calendar, the Chinese New Year falls on a different date each year.

New Years Eve and New Years Day are celebrated as a family affair, a time of reunion and thanksgiving. The celebration was traditionally highlighted with a religious ceremony given in honor of Heaven and Earth, the gods of the household and the family ancestors.

The sacrifice to the ancestors, the most vital of all the rituals, united the living members with those who had passed away. Departed relatives are remembered with great respect because they were responsible for laying the foundations for the fortune and glory of the family.

The presence of the ancestors is acknowledged on New Years Eve with a dinner arranged for them at the family banquet table. The spirits of the ancestors, together with the living, celebrate the onset of the New Year as one great community. The communal feast called "surrounding the stove".
