让我出乎意料的是，主厅后面竟然还有个大“接待室”。随后，张师傅又让我们站在足有十米长的大桌子旁边，同学们不知道张师傅打着什么主意，只好按照要求去做。过了一会儿，张师傅用托盘端来了许多块儿黑乎乎的东西。接着，把那些黑乎乎的东西发给了我们。我捏了一捏，又闻了一闻，哦！原来是枣泥。我现在知道了，张师傅是要我们自己做枣泥月饼。

那块儿枣泥，就好像一块儿黑色的石头。张师傅又说：“王国王的小徒弟们，来拿起你们手中的枣泥，把它捏成圆形的。”我便小心翼翼地按照要求去做，生怕一不小心把它掉到了地上。过了一时半会儿，我终于把枣泥捏成了圆形，它就既像一个黑色的玻璃弹珠，又像一块儿黑色的橡皮泥，非常柔软。

后来，张师傅又发给了我们每人一块儿比枣泥差不多大小的面团儿。我想这一次一定还是把面团儿捏成圆形，果然不出我所料！我便也把面团捏成了圆形。现在的面团儿既像一个白色的陀螺，又像刚出锅的大白丸子。

接着，张师傅对我们说：“现在我们把面团按成一个圆饼儿，然后再把圆形的枣泥馅儿放在上面，最后再把它捏成圆！”

我想这样的做法也太像包饺子了。我听完了以后，便按着张师傅的说法做了起来。首先，我把面团按成了“饼”，这个饼就好像一个饺子皮儿。后来，我又把枣泥放了进去，过了不到几分钟，我终于做成功了。现在皮儿把馅儿裹起来就好像一个大大地圣珠。因为它是黑白相间的。接着我又用模具把“圣珠”印出了一个美丽的图案。

最后，张师傅把印好的月饼放到了烤炉里，烤了15分钟。千盼万盼，终于盼到了月饼被烤好的时候，可是张师傅又在上面涂了一些鸡蛋，唉！可惜还要等6分钟！

最后，美味的月饼终于诞生了。真是太馋人了，我拿上了我做好的月饼，好激动，好兴奋。我现在不能吃，也舍不得吃，我要回家与爸爸妈妈一起分享。因为这是我靠自己的努力第一次做的月饼。

我和妈妈决定自己动手做月饼，准备度过一个有意义的中秋节。在那个天气晴朗，阳光明媚的星期六，我邀请好朋友杨效到我家里一起做月饼。

清晨，妈妈很早就在厨房里准备食材。当我还在兴奋状态时，就听见楼下传来一阵叫声——“林越，我到了。”啊!杨效到了，我赶忙跑下楼去把她带上来。回家一看，妈妈已经把食材准备好了，有和好的面团、红豆沙、咸蛋黄、蛋黄液和印月饼的模具。

今年的中秋，是和以往与众不同的，是一个最令我难忘的中秋!

夜深了，静悄悄的，只有一轮月盘似的明月伴着我。

突然，我的眼前出现了一个朦胧的身影，飘逸的白纱裙随风扬起，怀里抱着一只洁白的小兔子。这不是嫦娥姐姐吗？她温柔地看着我，轻轻地说：“明天又是一年一度的团圆节，人间的月饼又增添了许多新的口味，但我还从来没吃过呢！你能给我做一个月饼吗？”

我从来没有做过月饼，但又不忍拒绝她，正当我为难的时候，“叮叮叮……”闹钟响了，原来是一场梦呀！想起嫦娥姐姐期盼的眼神，我快速穿衣下床，洗漱好准备去做月饼。

我打开电脑，搜集了月饼的做法。说干就干，我先拿出面粉，把面粉和水按比例准备好，然后边放水边搅面，搅成面絮状。撸起袖子，下手开始揉，面好像一个个小宝宝赖在我的手上就是不肯下来，我费了九牛二虎之力终于把它们“团结”在一起。

面要醒一会儿。这时，我开始准备里面的馅。我先把豆子煮烂，再把豆子捞出来，在锅中加入油开始炒，豆子的香味飘在厨房里，引得我的口水都流了出来。

面醒好了，开始包。我先拿一块面皮放在手中，把团好了的豆沙馅包入其中，拿模具压一下，一个个玲珑可爱的月饼就做好了。我迫不及待地把它们放进烤箱，设置好时间——二十分钟。

随着“叮”的一声，月饼烤好了。我赶紧戴上手套，小心翼翼地取出月饼，开心地替嫦娥姐姐“试毒”，豆子的香味在口齿间散开。

打开盒子，里面有8个深红色包装的小月饼盒子，图案跟大包装上的一模一样，还是那位看着月亮的少女。我拿了个金橘味的月饼，撕开一层塑料的透明包装，露出深黄，有点带棕色的月饼。我一闻，可香拉。一股橘子的味道迎面扑来，让人直流口水，迫不及待的想吃那可口的月饼。我用配套的叉子

中秋节又称月夕，时在农历八月15，因其恰值三秋之半，所以起名为中秋节。

中秋节各地的习俗也是很多的，比如赏月，玩月颇盛行。

我家过中秋那天晚上要在顶楼赏月。我们要先做自己的月饼。我们拿起小麦粉，用熟水倒进去，揉成面团，让他发酵半小时。接下来我们做月饼的馅料，有蛋黄馅，水果馅，芝麻馅……我们先做蛋黄馅，准备十几个鸡蛋放到凉水里煮十分钟后，把鸡蛋捞上来，将鸡蛋壳剥掉，再把蛋白去掉，将蛋黄拿走，放进大碗里用筷子搅拌，再放点黄油和芝士蛋黄馅就做好了。我们再做水果馅，我将火龙果，西瓜，橘子放进榨汁机弄出来是一大堆水果泥，水果馅就做好了。接下来我们可以做月饼了，我们拿起月饼磨具，将面团和馅料放在一起，盖上模具之后放进烤箱，30分钟后一堆香喷喷的月饼完美出炉了。
